Fast unload got there early had to wait for door but once I got one really fast

My driver was just told that the people that load dryvans are only there until 6pm but we have an appointment from Convoy to pickup at 8pm today (10/19/21)and deliver to Danville ill by 10am tomorrow (10/20/21) talk about lazy staff at this warehouse 😑

Good place, they even took me in a couple of hours before my appointment.

Mindless workers here.. Got loaded in an hr, but worker realized they put the wrong pallets on my trailer.. But before they fix it, they had to take a lunch.. 15 years ago, a lot if these people wouldve been fired.. Its whatever now in these warehouses..

They obviously don’t care about the drivers at all it is very noticeable by the way I was treated when I walked in to the time it was time to get my paperwork the lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude and is very disrespectful idk how she keeps her job came off of her break 30 minutes late which means I ran out of hours sitting here waiting for her I will be refusing any loads coming here from now on and I suggest anyone else does the same exact thing

Prepare to be there for at least three hours. Very slow place.

Shipping/receiving is on corner of the building. 2 hours to unload full load

Just Another one of IL business with slow workers, waited hours to get loaded with new pallets.

They load you if youre late early it dont matter they take for ever to load you 2 or 3 hours but one the plate is on they only take 20 minutes tops

Very convenient to get into docks. Personnel is helpful. Wait time is decent. They could use a dumpster to sweep out trailer rubbish into.

Simple check in. They took me early from my appointment. Tons of docks! Back in and wait for the light to turn green then go get your paperwork. You might need a broom because they tend to leave the trailers messy when finished.

Must have facemask or will be refused. Must have a pick up number and appointment time
