Great ice cream. sometimes pricey.

Its a little spot thats on the corner of a busy street that Ive passed by plenty of times. Glad I finally stopped by there and tried this yogurt fruit drink. It was very creamy, rich, delicious and fulfilling! That was my first time there and I can tell you, Ive been back a couple more times already. Friendly people and great service!

All the fruit is fresh, the yogurts are delicious (Nuez, Mango, Coco, Fresa y mas!!!) they have a variety of flavors of ice cream. Sabroso!!!

La Michoacana on 2012 W Lake st, has the best mexican ice cream!!! I dont know of any other place that I could say its better than La Michoacana, they also serve delicious yogurt with variety of toppings, I love the walnut flavored yogurt topped with granola and banana, simply delicious.

I really have enjoyed coming to this location with my family. The service is good. The ice cream selection is good. Ive had the corn in a cup, variety of ice cream and the Doritolocos (very good).In order for me to give them 5 stars I would like a little more organization when placing large orders. I ordered 70 paletas 2 days in advance for a company event and when I showed up at 8am, they had no clue what I was talking about. I had to wait and reselect all the flavors.Other than that, the place is clean and everyone is nice.

I visited this location on lake street on Saturday July 8 2017, the hours say open until 10pm. I was with my 3 girls as approach the door i notice it wouldnt open it, it was closed. I knocked on the door and the lady said in spanish we are closed I showed her my phone from the glass and it said 9.55 pm. I told her its not 10pm yet I understand that people are tired and want to go home, but at the end of the day it would of just took 5 min to make my order. By the way I was just getting 3 bubble gum paletas. I went across the street where it was once dulcelandiana . The little place sells candy and ice cream. The guy was very nice and was giving out free samples of things. Very clean and they are open until 11pm. He told me they make their own ice cream there, it is also creeper. I will never come back to this ice cream shop again.

Really bad service my husband went last night and all he wanted was an elote but one of the two ladies working there told the other lady that the elotes left there where the ones she was taking home. What kind of place would let there employees take the food home instead of selling it to a customer never again going here. And wasnt the first time that this happened lesson learned never going to this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad service I ordered 3 yogurts with strawberry and they told me they didnt have strawberries when they clearly had boxes and boxes of fresh strawberries in the cooler. What is the point of having the product if they are not going to serve the customers.

I saw videos on youtube of Mexican food there in Mexicans and the chef is the same one that charges, with the same hand that grabs the money with that same hand touches the food that is being served on the plate, they are disgusting, hygiene is not there , nobody sees that, of all those who buy nobody sees anything, nor says anything, so they grab the food and eat it, fatty foods, high in carbohydrates, fats, salt and sugars, rightly all Mexicans I know are diabetic, they get sick from eating their same food, Mexican food is disgusting, they dont know how to eat anything other than their Mexican food, they eat the same things they eat when they go to Mexican restaurants, there are so many countries in the world with different meals and it is not surprising to eat something different, well it should be mentioned that apart from eating their Mexican food, the other thing they eat is Chinese food, they take the whole tribe to the Buffets and eat like pigs without measure, they eat as if they were days of not eating, you see They are fat pigs to their children, they believe it is good for the child to eat, they do not see that they gain weight as they are going to eat them in December, if it is bread, it exists in Italian, French bread, etc.But once I asked a Mexican what is the best bread and he replied: Mexican bread, hahahahahahahaha surely since this man was born is the only thing he has eaten since he was born and the bread is horrible, they do not know how to make bread, they do Salty or too sweet, with reason in Mexican bakeries you only see Mexican, they are the only ones who can eat that horrible bread, in conclusion the only reason that Mexican businesses exist, is because they are the only ones who consume their own meals.

The product is good. The attention too. The only thing that was unpleasant was to see that there are very rude clients both with the staff and with the clients who frequent the place.

It is a disorganized service. As the owner of two businesses, I am very disappointed how the employees treat the clients. First, they dont have the prices on the menu that is on the wall. When I asked about the price of a product, the employee who served me told me a price of $ 3.06. When I was going to pay, the cashier charged a different price of $ 6.06. I told the cashier that the woman who attended to me told me a different price. The cashier then said, It may be that he was wrong and asked the woman who attended to me what the price was. He told me. The woman who attended to me then agreed with the price of which the cashier said. Reject that product and bought another. My advice for this place, put the prices on a menu to avoid discrepancies.Service Sucks I asked a lady about a price, she told me $ 3.06, the cashier then told me it was $ 6.06. The cashier asked the initial lady what price she told me. the initial lady, embarrassed, agreed with the cashier. Very bad service in this place, you have to wait a long time to be treated and they never have corn, its the only thing I go with my family and the last 4 times they never have corn if they know they run out quickly because they dont have a pot back booking or right there that is inefficiency do not know how to run a business.
