Good store, great deals. Staff are friendly clean place good bathrooms. I recommend this store.

In general, this is a great place to buy food and snacks in bulk. The peanut butter pretzels are great.The mask situation, however, is not ideal. Lots of people in the space and no one was really wearing their mask properly. Still a good place to shop but its best to make it a quick trip.

Costco always has fresh products in all areas of the store. I love te croissants they are freshly made every day, buttery on th inside, perfect crunchy on the outside. And they almost always have huge bags 9f doritos on sale. Thw one thing that I cant stand from Costco is the parking lot not welled designed. I hate the parking design so annoying!!!! Lol!!!!!

My overall experience of this place is great! My last visit, Saturday, August 28th, my parents and I came here with the intention of purchasing water. After looking around the store, we bought more than we originally intended to. Aside from the water, we also purchased breakfast sandwiches, sausage links and beef dumplings, and to top it off, we purchased pizza and hot dogs from their food court to satisfy our hunger. There are so many items to purchase and sales all around the place! Overall, my experience coming here was great, and I intend to come back again!

Just arrived from PA to delivery papers towels to this store. After waiting for someone to open the door to the delivery area. I walked in and greet a female (receiving manager) employee with a warn good afternoon, and how are you. She almost bit my head off. It’s 11:45Am and all she said with a demeaning tone in her voice was “ I don’t know if your dispatcher to you we won’t be unloading you until after 2pm”. A simply greeting back from her would go along way. Remember the golden rule, you’ve 3 type of customers, the paying customer, internal customer and external customer. I fall into 2 of this categories.FYI: When I am not the external customer delivering loads to your stores, I am a paying customer. Please used this as an opportunity to enhance yourself customer service skills.

This location is pretty nice. We had to pick up our new cards and member services was not only very slow but unorganized. Other than that, we found everything (and more) that we were looking for. I think this was the first time we had ever visited a Costco during the week and we will be doing that from now on because there were not nearly as many people there, even though we went after work.

I need Costco to partner with Scott towlet paper brands and Dawn dish detergent. Then I will give a 5 star rating. Overall shopping experience was good😊

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility inside and outside. Thanks to all the employees there who clearly work hard from the guy pushing carts to the cashiers to the stickers, etc you all have me keep coming back to Costco for more.

Sometimes the food lines can be slow just to get one thing. The store as a whole generally has nice people but the managers are a little snooty to their employees. I feel bad for them. The electronics sales people always makey day better though 😊

I love that there is everything I need there and the prices seem very fair too. The staff is warm and helpful.

Sadly, I was surveiled while shopping. This is the third time this year that this has happened. Each time at a different location. I dont know if this is a new policy at Costco but it is unfortunate that it is treating its black members differently. The only satisfaction is that I took the $2,000 I had planned to spend that day to another vendor.

I been shopping here and few other locations with my wife’s card dozens of times and never had problems. We paid for this membership and my wife is abroad right now and they refused to check me out since the card holder is not present in the shop. Just wished me a good day. They didn’t even apologize. Horrible service, zero stars if could be. We paid money just to keep their card in the wallet for nothing. I feel like I been dealing with the scam artists now.

This was my first time visiting Costco and it was a great experience! They have a lot of options regardless of your preferences and deals you wont find anywhere else. The staff offers free samples throughout the store and prepares fresh food (such as chicken, bread, pizza, and hotdogs) daily. I would definitely recommend this as your main grocery store, especially if you have a large family!

I like the idea that Costco. Sometimes have seasonal products like this bourbon maple syrup. They also keep up with keto products which I also like

Great food , helpful friendly courteous employees ...what I dont like is the self check out ...I have to pay a membership fee to shop only to check myself out ??? I resent it !!!

I usually avoid going on weekends if at all possible, but I went on a Saturday and it wasnt too bad. It was definitely busy, but the crowd didnt seem as bad as before the pandemic. Although theres always that guy that decides to sit on the couches or chairs that you want to look at, that is totally oblivious to the world of people trying to shop. On this day he sat there in the same chair for about 30-45 minutes talking away on his phone like he was in his living room. Totally annoying, and employees just walked past him not saying a word. Cant totally fault them, but...The prices are good, and if you get gas here it makes the membership totally worth it. Wish they would have the onion soup in stock more, but if YOU see it, dont get it, its horrible... Ill just take yours so you dont have to suffer.All in all, a pleasant shopping experience, much better during the week.

Im not a person who likes HUGE stores with no maps or aisle headings. And the portions are gigantic, so itll take two of us forever to eat or utilize our purchases.But i think the topper is the pricing is more than my local businesses.I went as a guest to test whether to join. Thatll be a hard pass for me, doesnt necessarily work for a single person or couple. For families and larger households, except for higher prices, its a great option

This store employs people who offer food, I do not understand why they stand all day, why you do not offer them some chairs, you mostly have older people working. they need this job, but you can improve the conditions for them.

Really nice costco very organized and clean. Cant beat the gas prizes.

Worst place to buy or return a mobile device. The attendee treated us like total garbage and was very rude. Wouldn’t even exchange our defective phone even though we are still in the 90 day limit just because he wanted to go back and keep texting.

The cashiers were very nice. The store was decent overall, but I had to only give it two stars due to the experience that I had. I walked in with a few other people at the same time. I had my wallet in my hand and was getting my membership card out as I walked in. Nobody else that was walking in with me got their cards out. The greeter yelled at me when I already walked into the store. He yelled MAAM and walked after me. At first I didnt know that he was speaking to me because multiple people were around me as well. I turn around and asked what he needed and he told me he needed to see my card. I understand that you need a membership to shop here, but why did he ask me , the only person of color, who walked in ? It was honestly very embarrassing and made me feel like I wasnt welcome in the store. Even if I didnt have a membership, how would I check out or purchase anything? I just might switch to Sams club over this incident.

I like what I like. And I like it in large quantities and even in those quantities we still shop here every week. Almond milk, cereal, peanut butter, frozen shrimp, yogurt, cottage cheese...the selection is slim but- if you like the brand they have- you cant beat the prices. As an executive member ($120/yr) I get over $350 in actual cash back every year. Plus the best prices on the things I like. No brainer. Also, the cheapest gas in the area. And they treat their employees well with fair wages and benefits and as a result, they care about their jobs.

Rude shoppers. Bump into you & dont say excuse me sorry. Nothing. Gas station line make you think theyre selling GOLD as gas. Otherwise, big store with all the bulk food items you should need. Electronics still a little pricey. Nice little clothing & shoe section. I didnt see anything ugly. I personally like the frozen deli with the already made stuffed bell peppers, pasta & other quick dinners you just heat & serve.

Can spend the entire day here looking around. Definitely worth the cost of the membership.

Absolutely horrible after spending 625.00 my grocery were thrown in the cart they were pushing my things so I had to find room falling off the cart and then handed me my chicken so I had 1 hand to push cart customer service SUCKS. No stars

This is my first EVER time going into Costco and this location is literally down the street from me. I LOVE IT! And you will too. The only thing is if you are just going out to get simple eggs and bread DO NOT GO IN HERE! You will spend a lot of money. All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Even the people at the door are AMAZING!

Not my favorite costco but I still love costco nonetheless. Maybe its a off day but it was pretty chaotic and messy. Or maybe I should never go during 3-7pm because the amount of people with their tiny humans was wild.

Im a Costco junkie and get most of my things at Costco. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the online prices off of the app are not honored at the store. This just seems so deceiving if its true that i could not get the online price because I opted to go in store for pickup. Hoping someone can clarify that on their website.

Went to put some gas into my car, had to wait a bit to get to the pump maybe wrong time of day.

I went here last week to buy a Christmas present. This place is ghetto, there is a huge difference in customer service in this one compare to the other ones I’ve been to. They don’t seem to have the same standards, I heard one worker yell at an old customer for forgetting her phone number. She’s 80 years old have some empathy and respect. The old lady was signing up for a new membership, the workers there were like vultures. They need higher hiring standards in this one. I also have a feeling they have their employees write positive reviews on here. Not coming here again.

As usual very nice store with plenty of parking.The wearing of face masks is required but seems people are used to wearing them, social distancing is pretty automatic and normal now.The food stand takes debit cards now and place your order by touch screen monitors. They call out your number, much better system than paying in cash.bring your own bags or boxes ,as they no longer supply.Great service nice place all very clean and fresh

Just left there about an hour ago...and I will not be going back there anytime soon. There were WAY too many people in that warehouse at one time. There was not an employee at the entrance monitoring the number of people in the building, as there has been in the past. Several people were walking around the store with their masks half off of their faces, and it was impossible to socially distance ones self throughout the store. Clearly, Melrose Park Costco was only concerned about making money, and not about the health and safety of their customers or the employees. THIS is why we cant get from under this virus: greed and selfishness. My sister and I did not even get everything we went there for, because we were nervous about our safety. This was a potential super spreader event, and it will be reported accordingly. Do better, Costco.

When I went it was 3PM around the place were super pack!I went to look for a specific fan that it was on advertised and they dont have it, anyways I need a fan and I had to buy another but no wat I was looking for.

I waited over an hour for a handicap scooter they told me they have some out of order they need to get more quarters for the thousands of people capacity they have very disappointing !!!
