I tried buying a desk that this store had on display and when I told them I wanted to buy it they said they didnt have it in stock. So they checked online to see if they have it online, but they didnt have it on there either. So, asked them if they could sell me the display but the wanted to charge me more then $100 just for dismounting it and giving it to me. How are selling something you dont even have in stock?? And they even put it on SALE! I am very disappointed.

Why offer curbside pickup if no one comes outside? I had to go inside and pick up my curbside pickup on 6/23/20 at 2:39pm.

So I had to change my printing order. It processed but wasn’t completed so I couldn’t edit but they directed me to customer service e and I canceled the order and put in a new one. Since I had to put in a new order that pushed my pick up time and I really needed the document ASAP. Jocelyn at the print center was able to get it done for me ASAP. So very grateful for her consideration.

Cashier lied about needing an email for rewards and tried to put his own email in with my info. He also lied about getting me 20 percent off my purchase for signing up.I ended up using my personal email for rewards.

I was looking for printer ink and had no problem finding what I needed because of the layout of the store. I was greeted warmly by the gentleman at the register. Everything was handled professionally and promptly.

This office Max is my favorite in the area. Very few staff members, but always 1 there when you need help. Today was the first time I tried there printing services. It was only a small project, but with a color printer and a color at home, it would have taken me 10 times the effort and time to get this job done. So the price was more than fair if not very inexpensive.Office Max always has interesting items in the aisles to look through if you are an organizational nerd like myself. I ended up walking out with a new color inkjet printer for about $30. I rarely use color but when I need it, this will do the trick.Every staff member has a walkie-talkie clipped to their lapel. Ask them a question for which they have no immediate answer, and they get the answer from another staff member.OfficeMax also has great prices on laptop computers. Over the course of using them, I have bought two laptops that I still used to this day. I couldnt have bought some at this price online. Office Max gets thumbs up for me.

Went looking for a laptop sleeve for my bff, got her a new laptop, but they didnt have them in colors, just black. But I found a black with purple stitches, I think its cute.I hope she likes it. Ugh the stores are insane. Office Max has very limited help, maybe 4 or 5 and just two cashiers, but I was lucky I got there at 10:am and no one was in the store, just two picking up stationary. I was in and out within 15mins. SWEET. 😁😁😁😁

I personally dont feel that consumers should be charged to provide their own services. So basically youre being charged a fee, for using equipment. All of these self-services places are effecting the economy. This Officemax, needed at least 3 other associates.

Customer service is good here. People were very helpful and answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction.

Very frustrating. I ordered online to pickup at store. I waited 2 hours and never got text that my order was ready to pick up. I was I hurry and went to store. Got to store and waited 10 min to find out that order was never picked.I helped the associate pick my order then I bagged my order and waited some more time for them to check out inventory.While I was waiting I watched the lack of urgency to take care of customers. In the future I will shop anywhere else but this store.

A joke. I came here to get an estimate for a simple repair on my laptop. The guy didnt even ask what brand or specifics and came up with a number. Really? $600 ? What a joke. No wonder nobody comes here.

Did not have what I wanted I was looking for half inch white vinyl lettering they had everything but that seemed likely been out of it for a long time someone needs to look to the store and restock the items that people really need

Worst ever service, inexperienced workers, not blaming all employees. Took me more then hour to order stamps. Different store in Elk Grove had more professionals, they have done in 15 min custom stamp...

Not a very nice GM. I walked in and as I walk in I ask a question to Shannon. He was having a chit chat with his co-workers. Long story short he completely ignored me and when he decided to answer my question I did the same and kept walking. Manager was so unprofessional. Is not when youre ready buddy!!
