I did not like the service since the moment I stepped foot in the door. When I was giving my insurance info @ the front desk there were two women employed there that were just laughing out loud and joking around and then using the phone talking unprofessional saying“dude” for whoever they were talking to, like I think that is just rude in front of customers and unprofessional. THEN the woman that was “helping me” didn’t show or even make me feel comfortable with what i was buying didn’t even explain to me what I was getting, didn’t help me look for something or even showed interest to really help, I mean wth. They just act like they just there for the money and nothing else. I just went there because they have a variety of options but definitely never for service.

I go here every year since last 6-7 years because of my insurance, they are good but I have never gotten my annual exam done for me and my family without coming back 2-3 times: walking never available, they cancel without consulting patients, make appointments and don’t inform,Last week I confirmed appointments 3 of them the day before and guess what I was told there is only ONE spot mind me I even received reminders in mail too yet they couldn’t accommodate and correct their mistake. Then I was told manager would call me due to this discrepancy , never got a single call from anyone... not even to see if I was interested in making all 3 at different day. APPARENTLY THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS.Not professional, nor they care for long time customers.

Dr. Blase is fantastic, he listens to any concerns that you will have and walks through anything you want in understandable language. The other staff at Pearle is also fantastic- Lori F. helped me out, and pulled some frames based on what I was looking for, and was tremendously helpful, patient, and so chipper- at several points she sang along to the music playing- it brought a smile to my face!

I have been going to this location for the last 13yrs and all the staff members and Dr. Lang are all wonderful people giving you the best service. Lori works the floor and she is the best at doing this. She always greets you with a warm smile and is always trying to help you out in anyway. I’ve been getting eye exams here consistently on a yearly basis for about 3 years and every year the service is just as good. Everyone is super helpful and all of the doctors are very sweet and understanding. I had trouble finding some frames and Lori was such a great help. Super happy with the service I received from Lori there at Pearle Vision. I have a pair of rimless glasses that I accidentally sat on and broke them. The place I purchased them from wouldnt honor the warranty since the discontinued selling rimless frames. I purchased replacement frames/pieces to repair them. I had stopped at numerous other places hoping to get my glasses fixed, but because I hadnt purchased originally from them, no one was willing to help. I stopped in at Pearle in hopes they could help since they have an on site lab. Lori stepped up to the plate with a smile and assured me theyd try their best to help me out. Left my glasses and parts and received a call no more than 30 minutes later saying they were ready. WOW! Went to pick them up and they provided the service complimentary. Theyve definitely earned a customer from here on out for my optical needs. Thank you so much Lori! You rock!

All of the employees are very amicable and pleasant, but Vanessa was extremely helpful. I broke my favorite glasses and needed my new pair for work prior to heading out of town. Vanessa made sure I had my glasses on the date I needed them. Also, I tried a new frame style (round vs. square) and lenses (transitions). As a result, it took me a while to get accustom to the new round frame style. I returned to the store and Vanessa and the girls were still very accommodating and helpful. I was so surprised at their patience and kindness. I actually ended up keeping my frames. I plan to return next year to get a new pair after my benefits renew. This store was excellent overall. I was lucky to be placed with a sales associate named Lori, who was so incredibly patient with my indecisiveness about which frames to choose. Came as a walk-in after getting my glasses (which had been purchased elsewhere) damaged during a basketball game. Vanessa fixed them within a few minutes and did so with great courtesy and cheerfulness. They also offered to check the calibration on the glasses of a friend who was with me, improving the quality of his as well. All this was given at no charge. Highly recommend!!!

Ive been coming here for years and yes the doctors have not been consistent but I have lucked out every year to work with Lori, may it be for contacts or glasses. I must admit I have come to trust her input!! I always go in, prior my exam pick out 2 maybe 3 frames at most and by the time I sit down with her I know what I like and ask for her advise on which looks better? Lori hasnt steered me wrong yet as my new pair of glasses have received more compliments than I LOL! Lori is attentive and has quite the knack at identifying my tastes (and I venture to say others as well, as I actually asked for her this last visit, I mean after waiting almost the hour for the exam, least I could do was wait a bit longer for the person I trust.) Lori also makes sure to provide the options available for the frame, lenses, etc and will only steer you if asked to. Never pushy with the options one should select, yet letting you know the pros and cons of each. If you havent worked with her, take the time to wait for her on your next visit. My glasses were broken and when I initially brought them in to be fixed, I was told theyre beyond repair. Some time later, I entered this Pearle Vision and told the optician I know that these glasses are unfix-able, please help me find a new frame so I can reuse the lenses. Imagine my surprise when Sandy, the optician, looks at me and says that these can be fixed. Lo and behold, less than 10 minutes later I walked out with my glasses, good as new again. Even though it might have been more profitable for the store to sell me a new frame, especially when I walked in with the intent of buying one, Sandy prioritized the satisfaction of a past and potential future customer. You better believe that I will be returning here soon when its time for my annual eye exam.

Just pick up my glasses and I’m so happy with my purchase. I had picked out a pair that I liked on Saturday forgot that I left my card at home I was supposed to come back on a Sunday and I wasn’t able to make it back till Monday. Soon as I walked in Vanessa remembered me And without looking up anything she remembered What glasses I loved, was in and out within 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!

The facility was very well clean and maintained social distance. As soon as we walked in our temperatures were checked and we were asked to wash our hands. All the staff followed all the protocols and it was appreciated

I had a really great experience here. I hate glasses shopping but Vanessa was friendly and knowledgeable, she helped me with everything. Severely overpriced frames and lenses. Even with insurance I still paid almost $400 out of pocket for a single pair. I did not purchase designer frames. Charges per lens and add-ons. I researched similar frames online and found them for half the cost, including high prescribition lens. When calling, hardly anyone answers the phones. Its taking 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive any updates, I was told they would take a week our less. Then said glasses would be delivered to their office the next day. Still waiting.

Fantastic Doctor and support staff. Dr. Blase took his time to recheck my vision and explain what was happening to my eyes. And Lori was great in assisting me to find the perfect frames to accommodate my prescription.

Came in for appointment everything was fine with my doctor visit waited a little longer than usual but that’s understandable when it’s the end of the year. If I could give 0 stars I would to the checking out process. I waited too long to check out I had to wait for one sale person to help me out when there was plenty other sales persons available. My kids were already tired and exhausted so I just ended leaving.

Due to oversight on my part, I had forgotten to pick up a pair of trial contact lenses they had ordered or me in June of 2018. I suddenly remembered them as I was out of contacts, and tried to pick them up. Unfortunately, the brand they had ordered a trial for was no longer available. I was upset because I was previously without insurance, so had paid out of pocket for the exams and glasses last year. I did understand that I needed a new exam so they could fit me with a contact brand that was still available, but still very upset that I felt like I had wasted my money the year before (I know it’s my own fault, but being unemployed can make you ONLY focus on finding a job and forgetting everything else). In short, Lori knew I was upset and did EVERYTHING she could to help with my situation. She offered a discounted exam for new contacts, and even informed me of their price match on some contact brands. I now am employed and have insurance, and with the insurance coupled with Lori providing some price matching, I was able to get new contacts plus prescription sunglasses which I’ve never been able to afford before! I WANT TO PERSONALLY THANK LORI FOR HER AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH A CUSTOMER’S SITUATION TO PROVIDE WHATEVER HELP IS AVAILABLE! I was hesitant coming due to COVID-19 but still decided to go since my glasses broke and I had no choice. When I initially called to schedule an appointment it took almost 30mins just to schedule, the process was way to long and slow. And then they want to charge me an additional $30 for something I didnt ask for yet the explanation made no sense. Whatever I came in they took my temperature and I had to wash my hands, everyone was wearing mask, great right? NOT really there was way too many people in the building definitely more than 10people I felt very uncomfortable and was ready to leave if it wasnt for my glasses. I paid so much I have never paid this much only positive thing about this whole thing is getting my glasses in an hr other than that Im not satisfied nor felt safe. I will not be coming back.

I came into Pearle vision 30 minutes earlier than my appointment at 12:30 and its now 1pm and theyve seen everyone in the waiting room but me and now Im late for other appointments I set for today. This should have been an in and out check up. Now that Im leaving they expressed that I can be seen by the doctor. It was only one other person and myself. The other doctor had already seen 7 people while I was waiting!

Although the eyes doctor is nice and kind, they have a bad customer service , I have been there twice and this second experience was the worst! My son was trying to do his contact eyes and the lady who helped him was showing him attitude all the time while he was trying to put the contacts on!Every time I asked something she always answer literally with this face 🙄.Definitely not going back.There’s so many places they offer you more than only a nice place.Customer Service is everything and if your not patience enough to answer basic questions, what you are doing working in the business!

I was there to get glasses with my spouse and associate Bayan helped us. She was awesome and had excellent customer service skills. She helped us with finding frames and we were there for more than 30 minutes on looking and deciding on frames. She also looked up to see if frames came in different colors. She went over the insurance and explained all costs and discounts.

This place is great ! Very experienced optometrist... with my insurance I did my eye exam , picked out my frames , and got my glasses all in the same day!! Very organized, will be returning back.

Pearle Vision has been nothing but amazing in helping me with getting my contacts and glasses, time and time again. Lori, especially, is one of the best employees there, always ready to help me out with my orders, and helping me pick out frames when needed. I couldnt imagine a better eye care center!!

First time and everyone here was very nice and professional, Grace and Brenda took care of me. Grace was really informative and great feedback about my selection, Brenda was very kind and professional. I highly recommended!

Wonderful place. The Dr.s are great and very thorough and caring. Lori was great! I found a pair of Coach frames that I did not already have and she made them work with my ni lines. Cudos to Lori!😍

After my glasses floated away somewhere in the Pacific after an epic vacation (dont ask), I found myself urgently needing replacements. Stopped by Pearle Vision for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff. Claudia was very helpful in booking (and rebooking) my appointment after travel delays. Dr. Mary Roberts was phenomenal - she checked my eyes both with and without contacts, and found that my contacts were actually at the wrong prescription. Her expertise as a clinician (and professor) was clearly apparent - Ive had glasses since I was 3 years old, and this was the most thorough eye exam Ive had. To cap it off, Lori was fantastic in helping me pick and adjust my glasses. Shes personable and really made the process fun! All of which is to say, I will be coming back with the rest of my nearsighted (lol) family. Thanks Pearle!

I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was immediately greeted and helped, which was nice. DR. NORMAN BLASE was very friendly & a great conversationalist. When choosing glasses I was helped by LORI who was able to find the gold aviator style I was searching for in a brand that was completely covered by my insurance! I hesitate on giving this location 5 stars because LORI did not give me the option to choose add-ons for my glasses. She simply told me how much my glasses were, which included ALL of the add-ons. I questioned the price & declined various options I deemed were unnecessary for me, which brought the price down by $150. If she gets commission then I don’t blame her but it was a bit irritating that I wasn’t given the option nor an explanation prior to her giving me the price.

This place is great to get glasses. The person who helped me, Lori, was nice and taught me how to use contacts. Everything was easy going. Totally recommend!
