Horrible company. Horrible products. Horrible customer service. I have contacted Microsoft who is now looking into their business as they to be an Official Microsoft Reseller.

W purchased a Laptop from them thru Walmart. The computer I received is a dud. It takes forever to power on and even longer to try to do anything on it. Will not connect to internet easily, as well as a lot of the programs and drivers installed are “blocked” from starting because it’s known to have problems with windows and telling me to contact hardware manufacturer to get a new driver. (Code 48).If I knew there would’ve been serious issues, I would’ve put another $30 with what I paid for this and went with a brand new different one. I wasn’t trying to cheap out either as I’ve once had the same exact one that I LOVED which was stolen from me. Not happy at all and patiently waiting for them to open at 10am Eastern time! They gonna do something about this. It’s illegal to sell something that isn’t what is described .

I purchased a computer from Wal-Mart and in less than a year it went out. They said I purchased from 3rd party Micomp. Micomp said no problem, just call us with the tracking number and well start your return. 2 weeks later I get the new one and its old and the modem is open. No power cord or cable to connect to the monitor. So dissatisfied. Looks like a big old dinosaur.

I ordered a refurbished laptop from MiComp and discovered upon receiving the device that it would not connect to the internet. I tried returning it to Wal-Mart but was told that since MiComp is a third party vendor, I would need to contact them directly. I was given a website but no contact number. I sent a message through the website but after a week or longer of getting no response, I contacted Wal-Mart customer service and was told that MiComp would be contacting me directly. They sent an email asking that I explain the issue, which I did, but they never responded back. I have since sent two additional emails and made an additional call to Wal-Mart customer service and this issue has still not been resolved, weeks later. Very dissatisfied with this purchase!!

I have bought 3 computers here, All great machines and each one better than the last. I have talked to their tech as I made my purchase and he was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Micomp is the best place I have ever bought a computer, and I suggest that you should buy one here too.

Total trash. Bought 2 PCs for Christmas through them for our boys for Christmas via New Egg. Arrived with no video cards installed, which of course we found out after un-boxing them Christmas Day. A bit more digging yielded us finding that several other people had the same issue. We attempted to contact them multiple times and no one ever answered. We contacted new egg, again they couldnt even get a hold of them initially. Finally, New Egg was able to break the barrier and get them to move. The PCs arrived with scratched up serial labels and just looked like refurbished junk. Avoid if you want to keep your money....

Great People to deal with, polite, understanding and get the job done quickly, and deliver a quality product. Why buy a new unit that is overpriced when you can get a great product at a fantastic price from Micomp.

I have bought around 14 Remanufactured Computers in the last 10 years, and No Remanufacturing Company has come close to MiComp. Price wise, or Quality. I am 65 years old, Retired & Disabled, and Computers are my Hobby. Having 6 Desktop Computers set up & I live alone. Micomp is by Far the BEST Remanufacturing Company I have Ever bought from, or dealt with. Quality Products, & Great Prices, as I have dealt with a lot of Remanufacturing Companys. Included is a Screenshot of just one of there Computers set up, as I own 3 Windows 10, & 3 Windows 7 Computers. I would recommend MiComp to anyone, as they are the Best. !!!

Ordered a desktop from this company, and the power supply was bad. They were very good to work with to get a new working one in place.

Guy I know had a bad experience with this Place WATCH OUT. Keep Receipts, take pics of what you get in the mail. so just in case you have to send it back. and they try something funny. I know now not to purchase stuff from this place. What a pain in the butt I guess.
