Horrible service he just steals your money and is very rude to customers. I would recommend look somewhere else. This place isn’t worth your money. They are frauds and just want you to make business with you and don’t want to do what they said they would. Don’t buy the warranty at all because it’s just a waste of money. I looked up a part on car parts.com, For $75. I Called and paid with a credit card, They delivered the wrong part. When i called them he said oh that one is $125 because its the rear. I looked elsewhere and found it for $50. I called to cancel the order and he said he could not refund me because it was already taken off the vehicle. I called the bank to have it canceled and they told the bank this part was delivered.The audacity of this guy still trying to blame me for wrong part, when i looked my part up on carparts.com and as the consumer i knew what i was looking for.Long story short........ BE WARE of these people they gave me a credit, but everything is so much over priced that it is still cheaper to buy somewhere else without using there credit.

Bought an engine and the thermostat housing was cracked and the threads for the bolts were stripped. Bad parts I do not recommend this spot.

This place is a joke.. I talked to 3 different people about getting a part they sent the wrong one 2 times I informed them I was coming from out of state to get the part.. They told me on Friday they would have it by Monday them when I called they gave me the run around saying we can just give you the money back. There are way more professional places to deal with save yourself the headache.

This place is a joke. Car was in the shop for more than 8 months only to have the same issue upon return. Extremely unprofessional. Your better off Youtubing a solution. Would be 0 Stars if possible. My car was in the shop pre covid and have a vaccine now (to put the time frame into perspective) but no work done with my car correctly.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I give it no stars, I got an instrument cluster for my truck and it makes a high pitch sound I changed it right in the parking lot to make sure it works and I came back and told them, the guy came to my truck and listened and told me there’s no high pitch sound and said to me “must be something I was smoking”. I recorded the sound and played it on my phone so he can here it and then he finally admitted that he hears it. Telling me I was smoking something and he told me something was wrong with me Because he doesn’t hear it then admits he hears it. Bad business

Absolutely terrible. Toncar had an intake manifold listed in stock and for sale, called to purchase it and was told they would not sell it because they wouldnt seperate it from the engine. Why list it?

Ive been buying dozens of used parts and never had any problems / issue with, however, waiting time to be served neater front of the desk or over the phone is bit more than expected.

I called to get my car towed, the people on the phone were really friendly and towed my car within the same day. The guy picking up my was really friendly, overall great service.

Garbage recyclers. Bought a engine for the first time and was bad. Wasted my day and on top they didnt wanted to give my money back. Only credit! Who needs credit on garbage parts. Never again

Be aware of this junk yard !!!!!They are selling parts that are not tested and defective in my case.I purchase an A/C condenser thaw was licking all over. Staff was not helpful working towards refunding the money,end up paying $45 restocking fee and paying the auto shop for installing it.My first time experience buying from them was not good.

Bad service high prices some staff have attitudes the place isn’t worth the Drive

I called them Monday to come pick up a car. The lady who I talked to was very helpful in scheduling a day to pick it up, which was wednesday. I called at noon on wednesday to make sure they were going to and the gentleman who answered confirmed my car type, city, and name and said it would definitely be picked up. I told him it was important since it is sitting at a tow yard and Im getting charged daily for it to sit there. I called at 6pm wednesday and the gentleman told me it wouldnt be today but tomorrow. I was unhappy to say the least. I was promised wednesday and i had a ride for wednesday. He told me definitely Thursday they would pick it up. I informed him that I didnt have a ride to the tow yard on thursday and that I was promised it would be picked up that day. He gave me some BS excuse as to why the guy at 12pm may have had the wrong car and I told him that was impossible cause he had my name right. Because of them I now owe another $50 for another day at the tow yard. Worst experience ever. No apology. No nothing. I would never recommend this place for selling your car.EDIT: I called back first thing in the morning and was transfered to the same rude guy from the night prior, who said he was the owner. The gentlemen who came to pick up my car were polite and apologized on behalf of the owner and asked me to remove the review. Unfortunately since they did nothing to fix the extra $50 charge an caused me to have to walk to the tow yard in the cold (I only had a ride for wednesday) and were still rude when I called that morning I will be keeping the review as it is.
