Very rude staff both time we went to this store. Overheard them talking bad about previous customers then motioned to me and my party to be watched in case we were stealing. We bought our bottle from a very impolite cashier. We arrived to our hotel we decided to get a backup bottle for the night and returned to the liquor store where we were met by a large man with a broom blocking the door and yelling that he had already served us and refused to do it for a third time even though we had only been there once. We tried to explain we had been there one time and he got very emotional and stepped towards us in a threatening manner. We took our business to a different liquor store. We came to get booze not judged by a man with a Jesus complex.

Employees very rude and inconsiderate. They will acknowledge you at the counter while you are ready to check out and then converse amongst themselves about how rude the previous customer was while you are listening and waiting to pay. Taking my money 10 minutes drive away for better customer service.

On my most recent visit I went in and the staff was talking behind the counter, cursing and talking very unprofessionally. Found a bottle mislabeled for a different price and in the wrong spot, when questioned the sales associate rudely corrected it and refused to explain why it was in the wrong place; they then went and tore up the sale price and removed the mislabeled bottle. That same visit there was a bottle on an end cap with a sale price and it rang up a different price, when pointed out the associate also tore up that sale sign and mocked my questions about it being on sale, implying that I was cheap for not wanting to pay the difference. Another time I ordered a specific, specialty bottle and gave them my number to call when it arrived, they told me it would take two to four weeks. The timing was good because it was supposed to be a Christmas present and we were ordering in early November. After many attempts and being told later and later each time we went online to see if they had it in stock and they had my bottle on the sales floor! When I went in to pick it up I asked about it and the person behind the desk only replied that they weren’t responsible for taking calls. The incompetence and lack of customer service over several visits has completely soured every experience I’ve had with this business and I will continue to go to a different store. No apologies or anything were given for any of the aforementioned things. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Really not a friendly place. I was getting ready to leave and the young gentleman at the front gave me my card and I said thank you. He said nothing. I said “Have a good night” again no answer. Treated me like I was trash and I was so appalled by this. Hopefully they get rid of him because he is so disrespectful and needs to learn customer service. Acknowledge people is the first key in customer service. You have a lot to learn young man.

Chris & Richard are EXTREMELY RUDE & liter ally chase customers out of the STORE! (3/30/21 @5PM)Uncooperative giving public info about owner over the phone.Will be reported to BBB, OLCC, Yelp, Google, ect.Oregon law states all Oregon ID is valid, EVEN IF EXPIRED , through October 16, 2021 due to covid-19 issues at Oregon DMV.Literally lost huge purchases today & customers permanently. Great way to lose business!!! 😡🤯🤬Apparently Chris & Richard are NOT worried about losing money or customers.

Clean, well lit, not too cramped, and organized effectively.The section highlighting local made products is really cool too, its awesome that theyre encouraging supporting Oregon based companies.

Fast service when I go in. Staff not too knowledgeable. Went in today for usual grab n go when the front cashier looked at me the wrong way the minute I walked in and left. Not okay to check out girls. Wont be in again unless Im told he works in back from now on.
