Definitely recommend JL Solid stone for granite countertops. We love our new kitchen and happy that we chose this business for our project. Diana, Luis and team are awesome. They understand our constraints and helped us by prioritizing and installing everything within a small window. The other thing that we liked about this business is they don’t force you to come to a decision instead encourage you to choose your own style. The went an extra mile of doing an after service visit to make sure everything is looking good.

Always wanted to get some granite tops in my kitchen, finally got them done! I couldnt be happier!Thanks @jlsolidstone. Totally recommend.

JL Stone its not a very professional company. Three appointments with them were missed. The tear out people and the installers were late in arriving. The salesman promised things that were not done. When they were finally finished after 3 days work promising it would be done in one day; I had to hire a plumber to hook up everything under the sink that they took out and I had to hire a painter to repair the walls from after the tear out. They put holes in the walls they pulled a sheetrock paper off the sheetrock, and they used the wrong kind of silicone so I couldnt even paint where they had messed up the wall. It cost me about $300 to do the repairs that from what they had messed up and I didnt get any refund or even apology. I definitely do not recommend this company. I will however say the countertops were beautiful but the aggravation that I suffered from outweighs that. Do not use this company

They kept our family without a kitchen from Saturday until Tuesday didnt call or show up on date of original install all after they were paid half their money and the owner refused to make it right . all Luis wanted was the rest of his money on Tuesday making excuses for his management. the installers were great and one manager bob also. dont do business with these people but if you do make sure to speak with bob. and dont pay them until the job is complete.

Horrible service. They kept us out of a kitchen for nearly a month. After showing them the cabinets we wanted and the design we liked they were not what ordered nor were they the right size. Had to reordered. The custom like sliding drawers spice rack and etc.had to emphasized several times. Several different people telling us different times about date of delivery for granite tops.There was no contract written and the communication was very poor. After threatening to contact the media the granite tops were finally delivered after 5pm without advance notice. These people have know integrity or respect for anyones time . I would not recommend there services to anyone.
