Billing is terrible!! They shipped supplies to wrong address, but continued to auto deduct from my account for months. When I called they said they couldn’t refund any of my money or send items I didn’t receive-so I asked to be taken off of autopay as well as auto shipments. Months later I received a bill where they had continued to ship to incorrect address and bill me!! When I called to find out what was going on, was told that their records only showed that I was taken off of autopay, not auto shipments. I ended paying a second time for supplies that I never received. Was told then that I was definitely taken off of the shipping list. Year later I’m still receiving a bill for $28 from something they shipped. Would never recommend anyone using this company and if you absolutely have to, do not let them sign you up on autopay or shipping.

Horrible! 15 months with this company. They dont follow through. They dont follow guidelines. They dont deliver when they say. We absolutely need a certain feeding system to keep my husband hydrated. They only tell me its back ordered and cant advise me what to do????HORRIBLE COMPANY! One star is too many.

It is very unfortunate that This business can not keep their own records straight! The two people I met there were nice, today I spoke to the manager and she kept asking me the same question over and over! She got testy and I decided I had had enough! Do yourself a favor If you don’t need anymore stress in your life.....go somewhere else for your supplies! You have more than 1 choice bc my husband and I have same doctor and he gets his supplies from someone else. 🤯

Their billing department has over billed me since Oct 2018.. They acknowledge the overbilling but have not made refund as of Feb 2019. Promised the refund by the end of December 2018. Disgraceful and avoid if you can.

I always have to call and ask for supplies. My husband also has a c-pap and they call him to see what he needs and sends immediately. Have told me several times I have been added to call list, but it never happens. Is is laziness or incompetence or possibly both. My insurance pays them very well.

I would NOT send my dead maple leaf to this office. NO one there knows how to do their job and you wait 20-30 minutes for a HUMAN voice to answer. NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!
