Interesting place.. lots of cool goodies to find/buy... but its not all under $5 anymore :/ so gotta keep that in mins, but still it has good deals..

Its 5 & below the most awesome store! They have wide variety of stuff....from clothing to books, house stuff, workout equipment, kids toys & coloring books, backpacks, cell phone chargers...cases...tablet covers, candy, keychains, makeup, lotions, bathroom stuff....the list goes on! Love 5 & below...the stuff the offer and of course the prices!

Always a good go to store for gifts and cheaper craft supplies. Although I wish theyd get newer stuff more often. And their clothes really only fit teens.

Today I went here to look around waiting for Bestbuy to open so I could buy a new phone. First of all the younger girl working the front of the store and the register was very sweet and was working very hard for how incredibly busy it was. She was monitoring people coming in for what I think was a 25 person limit and was the only one on the register ringing out what was a nonstop long line. I did end up finding a few items I wanted so I did stand in that long line waiting for that sweet girl to checkout everyone in front of me. When I finally reached her I jokingly asked if she was the only one working today. She said that she thought her manager was somewhere in the back but really didn’t know. That is pretty unacceptable to leave this young girl alone to do all the work in the front such as running the register and having to turn around every time another Customer walked into the store and have them wait to come in until another person leaves first. I am 28 years old and when I was 17-20 years old before I got my career I worked retail and I know first hand how annoying retail can be and how managers like to hide in the back and not to any of the work. Unacceptable. If I was basing this review solely on the work of that young girl at the front it would be 5 stars. She is a very hard worker especially for her age and she deserves a raise! 👍👍

The store here is one typical of other Five Below locations yet does well with what it offers. This is perhaps the cleanest Five Below Ive visited in recent memory, as the floors are free of debris and items are are where they should be. Checkouts are easy and friendly.The only drawback is that this store is always so, so cold.

The store was very clean and organized. I had a huge cart full which I immediately apologized for and the cashier was so incredibly helpful and kind. This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning.

Just went in to this five below didn’t know the hours had changed. And I’m guessing the manager (bc she told the girl she could clock out) said to us we close in two minutes which was fine but harassed us asking us what we wanted and if she could help us find it. I went in to look and at nothing in particular and as soon a I walked towards the back to start looking she said you have one minute, I felt like I couldn’t even look at anything. Like I understand that they were closing but that is no way to treat a customer pushing them and making them feel like they couldn’t even look at anything just because the wanted to get out, I would’ve rather them say I’m sorry we are close then to yell at me that I had one minute to look. I’m very upset at the way the girl treated me and my family, I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

I walk in for a simple item and walk out with half the store.

I honestly think that is an amazing store! The staff is excellent and always helpful! Some of these reviews are absolutely asinine; dont believe them. The store is closing I felt rushed, how stupid can you be? 😂. If a store closes in two minutes you should kinda fell rushed.... Just saying, they have a good store. I feel for them having to do with the dumbest and most entitled people you can find.....

Craziest place I have seen during Covid!!!We all have done preventative measures to make sure we dont spread Covid 19, and I have always been happy to do so, however they are only allowing 12 people into a huge store at a time.My wife and I walked in and only saw 4 people that were all in one area in the store and were asked to wait outside until the other people were finished.This store is really large and I can not understand why they would be so overly strict especially as I have been to other five and below stores that were the same size and allowed enough people in to shop, but not too many to social distance.I will just drive to another five and below anytime i need anything. I will be able to drive there and back by the time I would have stood outside waiting.

Love this place!

Ive been here many times and its an alright store. I love the array of candy. But heresmy problem...I have literally called 23 times with a question about merchandise to no avail. It starts with a recording, rings a couple times, a recording comes on and says to check the website for hours and they hang up on me. I know theyre open and there are employees there so why can no one answer the phone!? Its very frustrating.

Its 5 below stose,

1) This is a fun place to visit.2) There are all sorts of useful odds and ends if you need them.3) There candy selection is quite good-not for high end stuff though.4) The staff is usually friendly and helpful, but I happened to get a grumpy soul at last checkout. Such is life.5) Prices are very good for most items. Many hover right at the $5 mark.6) A good place to take kids if you want an inexpensive item to keep them occupied.7) It is always crowded with items so a person has to be careful when navigating the pathways.8) Worth at least one visit in ones lifetime. . . .

They chick with teal hair is super friendly and helpful

A fun place for just browsing. Tshirts run small, hardly ever any XL or larger. Some items are now $5.55, so they may want to consider a name change! Associates now say Welcome to Five Below upon entry. Cashier was very friendly for a young person.

Store was so cluttered that you can barely walk and stuff not correctly tagged with prices or not tagged at all. I rated this place before and it was really nice. Not sure what happened in the last couple of months but they need a new store manager or someone over the age of 17 running things. Not to mention its not 5 and below anymore! More like 10 and below. When did this happen!?!

Good for lots of quirky and fun gifts. It has games, apparel, candy, decor, and more. Itd be harder to not find something youd want in this store than to find something you like. It is always pretty tidy and its a nice size. Staff have always been very friendly. Plus they are attentive when the check out starts to back up and will usually open another line.

They have a little of this and a little of that but I like going there for their phone gaggits. They have all these cute things for your phones. Also there candy selection!!! I go crazy for there candy. The people that work there are nice.

They always have a great selection of the cutest stuff! And of course, you cant beat the price. Also Hailey, the cashier was extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

Very cool store. Like a dollar tree but hyped up to five dollars or less. Very cool trinkets and home decor items that you dont see everywhere else. Great phone accessories especially for iphone and galaxy.

Good place to browse for cheap items. Unfortunately, I would not recommend any electronic devices or any power/battery operated toys. Everything else seems to be fine.

Great customer service! I had to go back within 20 minutes because I purchased the wrong charger cord and the return and exchange was quick and seamless. Also, of note, I was not looked at like an idiot because I picked up the wrong thing in a hurry, lol.

Just as advertised, 5 dollars and below. Great customer service and quite the variety. Place was booming on Christmas Eve but they still handled everything smoothly.

I love the store! I had seen on Facebook that Five and Below had Vampires for sale for Halloween. I called my local store to make sure they had them in stock before I walked there. The lady I talked to was nice enough to put one up for me to pick up!

I love this place. Its a great place to take your littles shopping. Their stuff is a lot better than the dollar tree stuff that breaks coming out of the pack. You can get some pretty good awesome stuff here too. Especially around christmas time. They have a great selection of electronic accesories, like, headphones,phone cases,chargers, xbox acc., etc. Love love love it. Only thing I dont like, if they get something good, you have to get it soon as you see it because it wont be there the next day. They sell out QUICK.

Like their variety of neat products and generally the cashiers are friendly... until I tried to return something. I went in to return a $5 car charger which I had a receipt for and because their scanner didnt pick it up, I was treated like a thief and liar. I mean why would I need to lie about a $5 charger being bought from there?? It was baffling to me that I was treated that way. Also took forever because I was obviously trying to pull one over on them by collecting my $5 back so they had to fetch other people to figure out what to do with me before ultimately deciding to give me store credit so they could follow me around the store to spend it. It was CRAZY.
