Seems to be one of the most poorly run CVSs anywhere around here. Theyve gotten my prescriptions late over and over again. Ive called in prescriptions and was told to get them in the morning, I show up and nothing has been prepared. They have my RX Scheduled for nearly 4 hours later than it should be.In short: go anywhere else if you want to be treated with respect and have your prescriptions handled with integrity.
Absolutely the most pathetic, incompetent pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. They are ALWAYS late on prescriptions, and apparently unable to read a calendar! When you try to explain the situation, they (especially Beth) will cut you off, and refuse to listen (although multiple times the techs have admitted they were wrong). Noone should ever waste their time with this pharmacy! I would give a negative rating if it were an option!
This is a very poorly run place. They want to charge triple prices compared to other stores. There is always too long of a wait. Customer service sucks too
So bad that I can’t even find the words
The absolute worse in the entire county!!! Always a hour wait smfh so sad! The staff couldn’t find their selves out of a closet with the light on! The pharmacist is so incompetent it’s pathetic! Been sitting here 40 minutes for a prescription they said would take only 5 mins! Really believe the pharmacist got his degree from fisher price.
Apparently word from the pharmacist there not a fast food restaurant when it comes to getting your medications. They told me to give them some time which I did...30 mins and I come in to be told that. I will be going else where. The pharmacist needs to go!
Never have I gotten so much attitude at a pharmacy. She was seriously like Im not calling the doctor or pharmacist again so if I really needed my medicine which I do I would have been screwed. Luckily they were able to find it in one call. A little patience and kindness goes a long way. One of the other customers stood up for me and I am thankful for that.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IGNORANT PPL!!! I NEED MY EMERGENCY MEDS FOR 90 DAYS AND NOW THEY STOPPED ANSWERING THEIR PHONES!! SO I CALLED BACK AND PRESSED 2 THE PHYSICIANS LINE SHE GOT IRRITATED I DID THAT, NOW I CALLED BACK BC MY INS. COMPANY SAID THEY ALREADY DID OVERRIDE ON MY MEDS TWICE AND NOW THEY WONT PICK UP THAT LINE EITHER. SO DAM DISRESPECTFUL!!I WILL DRIVE THERE NOW AND GIVE THEM HELL!
(Complaint #1) I called this CVS location on Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at roughly 6:30 PM and asked if they stocked X medication for which I am prescribed. Yes, was the answer. I asked if they took discount cards (DC) for X medication -- the same one as before -- and they said (paraphrased to reduce word count), Yes, as long as you bring your own; we dont procure DCs ourselves.Few minutes later, I arrive, enter the store, and drop off RX and DC. Pharmacy tech (PT) told me they could fill it. Same PT then tells me the DC I presented wouldnt be taken, though RX can still be filled.Pharmacist (PharmD) tells me the pharmacy is at its capacity for this medication. There is no such thing as being at a capacity for any medication. I prefer to be given a legitimate reason for refusal. Also, PharmD asked 0 questions related to why I wanted to fill in Martin -- where I live, btw -- or had turned to another pharmacy in Jackson to fill for the two months prior to my visit to this location on Friday, Nov. 1, 2019. I have only ever used two pharmacies to fill since February 2017, the first time I was regularly prescribed meds as an adult. One of those pharmacies was CVS Martin.I felt like I was treated unfairly._____________________________________________________________________(Complaint #2) In August 2019, after 30 consecutive months of filling at CVS Martin (this location), I was told that they would not fill Y medication -- not the same one mentioned in (Complaint #1) -- with a DC as part of the stores new policy. I paid full retail price with cash, as I dont have insurance.Keep in mind that this same pharmacy told me just three months later -- see (Complaint #1) -- that they WOULD accept a DC.I know other people who fill at this location who are consistently allowed to fill with DCs, even within the past few months. I feel that, instead of directly refusing my fill request with a legitimate, valid reason, the staff refused to fill Y medication with a DC to encourage me to seek out another pharmacys business._____________________________________________________________________CVS Martin did me well for ~30 months worth of business. I only had insurance for ~12 months total, on and off. They accepted DCs for the occasions on which I was not insured. My experience with this location and its staff was good throughout this stretch.Only recently did my taste for CVS Martin at 116 Commons Drive sour.
I have had good experience at CVS. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Great staff, always quick and professional.
The employees have been doing a better job after being trained by CVS. They have dropped the Vans attitude and are friendly and caring
It’s a pharmacy next to a university, so they have many pre-pharm students looking for experience. So any low-rating givers on here need to accept that. It’s a dang pharmacy like any other one. Bring what you’re supposed to, and you’ll get what you are supposed to get. Anything else is your own fault.
I agree with the most recent review. Please do not waste your time with these people. It is not worth it. I’m surprised by how the staff actually treats people. It’s unheard of and disgusting.
The customer service is always poor and slow. I would recommend driving the extra few miles to Dresden, which are always amazing!
Rude, incompetent, inconsiderate know it alls... dont waste your time stopping here... go to Walgreens or go without
I would give negative stars if possible. The absolute RUDEST and non-understanding individuals. DO NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. should be shut down or at least the main pharmacist should be reevaluated.
The adress dont exist.
Very friendly staff but used to be Vans and could fill your scripts in 15 minutes or less. Now upwards of an hour wait and busy.
Poor customer service and unprofessional
You can not get anything here without waiting an extremely long time. They tell you your prescriptions are ready to pick up but then you get there and have to wait all day to get them. It has been terrible. I miss Vans.
