Im happy with my purchase and my experience with the store. I preordered three copies of the Yu-Gi-Oh Cyber Strike Structure deck and they reserved my order without an issue. Despite their notification email indicating that they would need up to five business days for confirmation, they got back to me early. The people are consistently friendly in this welcoming environment. I strongly recommend giving the store a try if you have not already.

To all first time/ beginner board game players, dont ever hesitate to ask for recommendations, especially from the staff here. I came in looking for two games, an easy one and a hard game to play with my GF. The staff member helping me gave me a excellent recommendations for both of my games and approached it in a way i didnt think of. HE GAVE ME A CO-OP game! The perfect game for a couple! I really enjoyed my experience here and will look to return when I am in the market for a new board game :)

The community is very nice and I had a lot of fun playing Magic and opening packs.

Traded 5 pokemon cards in and they said they werent worth much $20.00 credit for ( 5 cards) went back the next day. Two cards were selling for $35 each and other 3 must have been sold.

Nice, clean and friendly locals with reasonable pricing on all products, the staff are more then happy to assist and answer all questions. Once covid restrictions are over I can’t wait for them to open back up and let’s patrons go into the basement to play and mingle with other customers.

A good little store with a great staff and stellar atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially David, dudes a gem. Since its a smaller store the selection is a tad limited in terms of TCG singles, but thats a small trade off for the great play space and friendly atmosphere. In terms of events, its surprisingly casual and David will regularly talk to the regulars to see what people want to play and will change the schedule accordingly. They also sell all the board games if thats your jam. All in all its the best store of its kind in Markham and worth a visit.

Honestly. Super impressed. Good selection and even better customer service. Went in to buy a few games with my girlfriend, and were met with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great little store. Mainly focus on card games but they have some D&D stuff too. Nice play area. David is amazing and really makes the store what it is. Only issue would be the play area can get a bit crowded and noisy otherwise brilliant across the board.

Called the store to try and see if they had a product i was having trouble finding and the guy who answered couldnt have been nicer. Very helpful and friendly gave a very good first impression for a store I havent been to.

If you dont know which game to chose, ask their employee. He is very positive, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the games. It was a pleasure dealing with him! I frequented here when I lived in markham. Really nice place with really nice people. Good communities for the limited and commander events I went to. The staff there are also kind and helpful. Ive bought large lists of cards from here several times and the staff is happy to help.

In a game store, you typically look for the following:1. Selection of Games2. Customer service and staff knowledge.3. Open and welcome space to try out games before you buy.I think the Three Kingdoms hit all three marks in a relatively humble space. It has devoted half (or more) of store to an open area where you are free to play a number of games. It shows how serious they are with building a local gaming community. The staffs are welcoming and knowledgable. They recommended a few games when we mentioned the games we played. We tried one of them (Forbidden Desert) and liked it a lot. Overall a very positive experience.

Easily the most friendliest and the most welcoming community i have ever been apart of and hope to continue to grow alongside the people attending and working here. Excellent with all ages of people and a very wide variety of card games and board games as well as a vast knowledge of those card games and board games. Personally i have never been in a store like this and felt so at home

Ive become quite a regular at this store, along with my boyfriend. We just cant help it - they have a great collection of board games and card games like yugioh, magic, pokemon. The staff is also always very helpful and friendly. They even let you try out some of the board games. Would recommend a visit!

First off, the store and its appearance looks amazing. The staff are really well versed in the products they sell, but if you are looking for Magic, come here for sure. Not only will you find what you need, you can get help as well in pretty much every card game.

Board games are cheaper here than online and they have an amazing selection. They also have a huge area for people to play games and they host regular game tournaments.

This shop is for table top gaming which I am a big fan of so this is fairly biased, but arent all reviews? If you want board games to buy to play with your family and friends at home you can do that. They dont have a wide selection but they have a good one. If you dont know which game you want, and the explanation from the super friendly clerk cannot help you make a decision rent a game!! Rent a game and play it in the back of the store where they have tables a chair so you and your friends can gather around and destroy each other figuratively. The back of the store is not only for you game renting pleasure but also if you are a Magic the Gathering NERD! They hold tournaments where you can... I dont know what you do there but my man is happy about it so they are doing a good job. This store is a nice addition to the neighborhood so if you like table top gaming check it out.

The staff is completely unprofessional and rude and completely wasted our time. We called in IN ADVANCE and put the game on hold, once we got there half an hour later, he just finished selling the only copy to someone else (who was still in the store and just finished purchasing it, holding the game and refusing to look at us like a coward). They were laughing in our faces thinking it was a funny joke to make us drive all the way there and waste our precious gas and time. Needless to say, we had to explain to them WHY it was a rude and an unprofessional thing to do because clearly they have no understanding about how to run a business.

Sometimes when you walk into a niche store like this, you feel like an outsider and when you ask questions about certain products, often you will get a condescending chuckle and a unhelpful answer. Not here. I went in to pick up a few things for our 8 year old MTG and Pokemon trainee. We were immediately welcomed and shown around and all questions were answered with exceptional detail. If you are looking for TCGs and a wide variety of board and table top games at a place where the staff pay more attention to you than their friends, come to this place. Cant say enough about my experience today. Thank you Three Kingdoms Games Markham! You will be seeing us again soon!

Selection isnt huge and prices are ok. However what they dont have, they make up in friendliness and great atmosphere to hang out and enjoy gaming with others.

Three Kingdom Games is a store that sells a variety of board games, and MTG cards and other TCG products. There is a backroom that is free and available for people to come in and play board games with friends. The staff here are all generally nice, and theres lots of ways you can get involved in Three Kingdom Games community such as becoming a DM, or player for their scheduled Adventurers League D&D games, or joining a TCG tournament or pre-release of a new set of MTG. The cons of Three Kingdom Games is that the store is generalized and basic for people who are starting to get into the hobby of TCG or D&D, so expect products to be limited. An example would be that they only have one shelf for D&D which has one of each of the core ruleset books and supplements, a couple of D&D board games, and 1 or 2 mini boxes. In terms of my experience of being a DM at Three Kingdoms, I had a great experience overall, except the problem was that it was hard to run games during busier times or when there was more than one group of players playing board games as it became loud and hard to convey information to players.
