Great service they fixed my iPhone fast!

It is always 5 star service..1# Boost in service .helping with any issue with phones and creating new accounts .

I wouldnt recommend going to this particular boost mobile store. I just bought a phone two weeks ago from this store. And about a week into having the phone. It began to messing up. Constantly freezing. I have to continuously restart my phone. I took it back up there to be told to reset the phone if continues....i did. It worked a day and went right back to messing up. So i took it back up there. Now the two guys that were originally in everytime i came in were cool. They were all set to send the phone back to be fixed or replaced. But this other guy who knew nothing of the situation insists its not a manufacturer problem. And its an app. So reset the phone and dont download the apps. Unhappy with the advice i left went home did exactly as he stated and guess what still the same problem. So what do i supposed to do with a non functional phone. When the people i just bought it from two weeks ago basically refuse to help.

I was not able to resolve my issue. I felt that it was about making a sale, not trying to help me with my broke phone. Its a rip off to purchase insurance on a phone and has to pay replace it too. The phone was a gift, I would have never purchased from them.
