Weve been looking for a range hood thats really working until we found fotile EMS9018, and I am absolutely happy with the purchase. As we cook a lot at home, I notice theres a big difference compared to other range hoods we used before, and yes the kitchen is now oil free and smoke free, plus it looks slim and modern. Today we shopped at Fotile for a most advanced range hood for our new kitchen. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with the salesperson. Casson was very professional and patiently explained all the features and why Fotile products are better, more advanced and best fit Chinese cooking environment which requires very powerful air extraction. We were impressed with the his knowledge and explanation on how Fotile is better than the other similar products in the market. We placed an order for the top end product spending significantly higher than our budget but knowing we will get much better quality and reliability than the cheaper alternatives.

We just bought their EMS 9030 model. Brilliant service especially for installation and after sales. At beginning we worried about buying a new hood since our cabinets is quite unique and I think not suitable for a wall-mount model, but the old build-in hood makes noise and not suct oil at all. Then we decide taking a shot and follow what my sister said. I went Fotile and they gave their installer’s contact who sent me few sample pictures and inquired our build in size. After few days they came and put it on for me. What a nice fit !!! Before I would thought wall mounted model could dis-abbey my kitchen style now it exceeded my expectation. Thank for their professional service and now I could have quiet and powerful mod in my European style kitchen where I can cook strong taste food!!

Before I got here, I thought it’s just a place sell and buy range hoods. This great showroom gave my family many creative ideas of designing our new kitchen. The staffs were friendly, introduced every detail even we didn’t purchase anything. Which impressed me the most is the sitting area. My parents can sit here and enjoy the sunshine while waiting me. Just got my range hoods installed! It literally has lightened my kitchen up and makes the entire kitchen shiny. My range hoods is JQG7505. It’s so quiet that I can barely hear it when I’m cooking. The LED light makes cooking experience best ever. The best part of JQG7505 is that you can turn it on and off by just waving your hand. No touching needed so no odors.Customer service was great, Ray and Joyce have provided outstanding services and customer care from beginning to end.Installation process was worry free. They got everything properly arranged. I just needed to clean out the space before they came.Highly recommended. Little pricey but definitely worth it.

We came looking for a vent hood for our kitchen. Ray greeted us as soon as we walked in and took us to the various models. He inquired what we were looking for and then showed us how they worked and how powerful they were. Once he found out that we were moving to a condo he honestly told us that we didn’t require the models that they had and should purchase a vent hood elsewhere. We really appreciated his honesty and knowledge he proved us.FYI, they have a sale on right now.

We purchased the vent hood from here. Excellent product! And great customer service. We had to exchange the hood shroud for a longer one and it was done quickly with no complicated processing.The Fotile hood is one of the best things we put into our kitchen reno. We have a small house (war-time bungalow) and every time there is even a hint of smoke - think toast, never mind a great steak searing - the smoke alarms would be triggered.

My aunt uses the fotile range hood. That is a brand new type hood with touch panel like an apple watch ! I used to do some cook in my aunts home and found it was awesome. This range hood is very quiet when it works and there is no any cooking flavor or smoke left in kitchen.

I came here to buy a range hood with some hesitation as Ive never used this brand before. I purchased a Fotile and initially thought of returning it as I thought it may be placed too high in our kitchen, and that the space between the exhaust fan and my stove would be too much. They were very willing to allow me to return it if I changed my mind, however I did end up keeping it, and am extremely glad that I did! Even though it is placed further than what is suggested in their spec, I find that it still performs excellently. I strongly recommend this brand and purchasing at this store for their exceptional service.
