I found these guys thanks to google! I had been having trouble scheduling with another company for over a week to come install my garage door opener. I called this morning, gave them my information and asked how soon they could do it. The guy on the phone Tim who took my call said they could be there today when asked what time he replied writhing the hour. The two techs who showed up were friendly and helpful. They had the opener installed in just a couple hours, then they checked everything a few times to make sure everything was in good working order. They cleaned up after they were finished, and got the invoice squared away. I am so happy with the work. I will definitely call them for any future jobs!

The Door Guys installed two new garage doors for us today. The pandemic caused some delays with the delivery of our garage doors, and the first set were damaged in shipping (not their fault). Overall, we were pleased with the work they did. They were here when they said they would be, and the job was completed very professionally and timely. Definitely recommend them, and will consider them for other jobs.

Very happy with this business. I called them to replaced my old existing garage door & track in May of this year. They were polite & professional. All was good for the most part except the door started opening kind of rough & not closing all the way. 2 days ago some bolts came out & there was a hanging cable. They came out today & fixed it at no charge even though the warranty was expired. I will call them again if needed & recommend them to friends & family.

I used the Door Guys in Marion when I purchased my first home. Every time I see their trucks it reminds me of how much I got taken. They charged me far more than what we agreed upon, for a basic garage door opener install (I provided the unit which was purchased from menards).It also took two days to have the job complete. The guy who installed it had a company truck the first day and then the next day he showed up in an old white El Camino. The installer was nice but didnt set the right expectations whatsoever. I wasnt billed until months after with a surprise charge on my credit card. At the time, I was much younger, naive, and had no clue what rights I had. The new amount that I was billed was not once discussed with me. Everytime I called I could never get in touch with anyone from management and let it go. In hindsight, I should have seen this to the end and fought to speak with the owner. Its been years at this point but I still am left with disappointment.Today, as I had a DIFFERENT company install my new Chamberlain garage door (in my new house), I again remembered my nightmare of an experience with The Door Guys in Marion. I couldnt help but feel the need share what I went through. Perhaps this was an isolated incident but I was unfortunately one of the unlucky ones.

Quick service and fast repair of broken garage door spring. Called for appointment and one hour later the tech, Phil, was here fixing the spring!

Great experience. Got me scheduled with a couple days. Came out went over my options. No high pressure sales tactics I had to ask him how much a new opener would be because he was more concerned saving me money and fixing my 20 year old opener. The new update new is sooooo much quieter, faster and smoother than my previous setup I know I will be good for another 20 years!!!!

Austin Jaggers came to my house and was right on time, helpful, and very kind!! I thought I needed my garage door completely replaced, but he said it was just a sensor issue and fixed it for me at no cost!!! He also took the time to explain things to me, so I could correct the sensor issue myself, if it ever happened again. I will use Door Guys again for all my garage door needs and recommend them to everyone who is looking for professional, prompt, and caring service.

These guys were fantastic!! My garage door needed a new spring and motor and these guys fixed everything so quickly!! Their technicians were all very professional, knowledgeable, and polite, could not have asked for better guys. I will definitely call them again with any future issues!!!

I had two old, rotting, terrible wood garage doors that I was looking to get replaced. I had no idea on costs for replacement and a google search put Door Guys near the top of the results.I called Door Guys and two other companies. Austin with Door Guys answered and was able to fit me in to his afternoon schedule that day.Austin showed up with samples of the different door types and was able to provide a quote on the spot for the replacement of both doors. Based on what I was wanting to pay and the type of doors I wanted (insulated, smooth exterior finish) we were able to settle on doors and the price was extremely reasonable.Austin placed the order for the doors that day. Within 10 business days, Door Guys called me to schedule the install.The installation was seamless. They removed the old doors, tracks, springs, and hardware and replaced with all new tracks and hardware to go with the doors. Once finished, all that was left were two new doors and no mess at all. All old materials were removed. Doors look great, no damage to the house or garage.They have since come out twice now to check on limits for the doors and are responsive and stand behind the work they perform.Would highly recommend The Door Guys to anyone in need of garage doors or service.

Called them Wednesday night with 2 broken springs and they were here bright and early Thursday morning. Great customer service and the service tech Phil was very friendly and helpful.

My experience was a nightmare at my own doing.Ryan and Mike came to my house to get my new garage DOORS yes 2 of them open.So that I could get to a car that needed worked on.It was shut up like fort Knox. Ryan made a call to see if we could cut a panel that was on order to be replaced thank goodness they could.THE AMAZING THING ISMike came to put up the new garage and locks.He was fast accurate and very pleasant funny even. Wonderful to be around.I ask how long he has been with the company thinking about 7 years..... HE SAID senceDECEMBERI couldnt believe it. He needs a raise.If you want a great job someone with a great personality and knowledge ask for Mike.

Never had to do any repair work on a garage before but I just needed some insight... met 4 people that worked at the Door Guys, all of them friendly and helpful.. instead of paying probably $300 for them to do the work, they told me what I needed to know and gave me the parts I needed and I was able to do it myself for about $60

I called the door guys because my garage door spring was broke when I got home. The guy on the phone gave me a good price and said there was a guy working close to my location and he would call me in an hour to an hour in a half. 20 minutes later I received a call from mike and he said he would be at my house in 30 minutes to do my repair. he showed up faster than he said he would. As soon as we walked into my garage he said he didnt have the new garage door spring with him because my garage door system was out dated. He quoted me a little more than the original price but it was to replace the spring and everything else it was mounted to. I checked online and it was close to the same price that it would be to replace it myself. I told him that i wasnt going to be available for the next couple of days and would really like it done right away. He called his boss they figured out a way to get it done for me tonight. Mike told me it will be 6:30 to 7:00 pm before he could get back my way, im in Delaware, Oh and they are out of Marion, Oh. Im really impressed that he is willing to work late and give up his night to make sure he can get my garage door functioning for my wife and myself tonight. The Door Guys were recommended to me by my dad and he had a great experience as well. We would both highly recommend The Door Guys for any garage door services you may need. Thanks Mike.

We had to have a custom garage door made and installed in our new house. They did a great job. Very skillful, polite, respectful, clean, and precise in fitting. High recommend.

The Door Guys are awesome! My garage spring broke and they were super helpful with getting it fixed as quickly as possible, as in the very next day! Then, there happened to be a cancelation shortly after I called so they could send someone to my home that day! Phil came over and was great - he fixed the spring efficiently and also gave me a few suggestions on what I can do to keep my garage door in order.

I do not write many reviews but this company impressed me in all aspects of their service. I had 3 estimates from different companies on installing my 12x14 garage door, (2 other companies kept saying they would be out to give me an estimate and wouldnt show up!) these guys showed up the day I called and were the cheapest and by far the most professional. One estimate was 3x what their estimate was....ridiculous! They did a great job and was on time. You cant go wrong with this company!!

First and foremost the Door Guys called ahead of time and were on time.I had a failed LiftMaster opener on one of my doors, but also had broken springs on another. All 3 of my doors required some maintenance.This was a complex claim with my home warranty company, but the team was efficient and worked out the issues with the warranty company on my behalf.Highly recommended!

He said could not repair double garage door had to sell me new one $1600 to $2000 installed. Said he would call back next day. he never called. I called Gandert in Mansfield. They were here next day, REPAIRED door for less than $200.

Looking for a door company tocome and look at my garage door and give me a professional opinion as to what would be needed to repair. After calling and speaking with one of the workers and asking to leave a message for the owner to return my call, THREE DAYS PASSED and TO NO AVAIL. Once again, I had called back and was told they would come out and look at it, THREE DAYS PASSED and TO NO AVAIL. This company by far should not be a bussiness to operate in an UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER AS THEY HAVE> still no call back, nobody showing up yo home, and NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONSIDERATION TO A CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC................

Fixed door at a reasonable price

I had 100 plus year old barn doors on the garage that I wanted to sell but they didn’t even call to ask if I wanted to keep them, but they hauled them away to a dump! “Uh, well... we’re real sorry sir. You should of told us you wanted to keep them”.. “I didn’t know you guys were there!”. I had a lady wanting to come by to check them out... $400 dollars gone. Not only that, the door they installed came with two golf ball sized dents.. my tenant over heard one of the guys saying how bad the door looked?? Seriously? Also, they were suppose to install an opener that I had bought. Seriously guys? Come on.. If you’re going to go through these guys, make sure you’re there watching the whole process. I waited and waited for them to call me to tell me they were on their way.. I get home at 7:30a from work and waiting around until noon to find out they’ve been at your rental since 8:00a. I will not be going through you guys for future work.

Gave a quote for opener to be installed. Two other guys show up, saying the guy wasnt correct with the estimate, not only was it going to cost more, but an additional 400 bucks for a newer door opener. I checked another company, and they showed me where these guys experience was out the window
