Xavier went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could keep her phone number. He made several calls and stayed late. He was the third rep that helped us. While all of them were helpful and considerate, he was the one that got the job done and he was kind every step of the way.

My family was moving and our AT&T coverage was severely lacking at our new house. While switching carriers is always tedious and time consuming, Wyatt at TCC Verizon went out of his way to make sure everything transferred to our new devices and services. He was confident and forthcoming about the process and what to expect. And he even stayed 2 hours after closing time to make sure everything was correct. We will come back to this store for our phone needs as long as Wyatt works here.

Trash experience. Hailey told me she was selling me a $710 phone for only $10 because of a promo she applied. All I had to do was visit the trade in website, select the promo and send in the phone. I followed instructions and the promo doesnt exist. Went into the store and they say theres no such promo available to me. They say all I can get is $100 if I change my plan and spend more. I said I want to return the phone. They said only the authorized account holder can do that. But they were happy to sell me the phone on false pretenses!?Im sorry. Theres nothing we can do.

I just gotta say this place is amazing. Kennedy is an amazing employee and she will push push push to help you and get you what you need. We hit issues setting up my account but kept pushing past close and even over 3hrs the next day. I highly recommend this location and this employee.

I recently switched from a Verizon prepaid phone to a contract plan. I was able to add a wireless hotspot with my unlimited plan for around $60/month more than I was already paying. I was very happy with the service we were given. The sales associate, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend talking to him if youre thinking about changing or adding to your wireless service.

My fiancés phone stopped working after an update forced her phone to no longer have service so we went to the store close to closing as she needs her phone for work. Xavier was beyond helpful and stayed late to help us get her new phone picked out. We came back the next day to get her into my account and again he was beyond helpful And knowledgeable about getting her new phone set up and about other products when asked. While I was waiting for her phones data to transfer over a upset customer came in and was honestly a little rude but Xavier was kind and professional the entire time! Cant recommend this place enough.

He answered all questions professionally. Very much a go to guy. If you need help, he knows answers or if needs assistance he is quick to find the correct person to get you the right answer. Ive been with Morehead since 1987 Wade Weaver sold me a bag phone. I went through the mid 1990s and early 2000s with the Jenny and Susie team. These three are the best Ive seen a Morehead over the 30 plus years. And now I will put Branson with this group. Sales people with this knowledge, personality, and ability to make you feel comfortable make it a good experience to come to Morehead with Verizon.

I purchased a new phone here this summer. I was talked into purchasing a warranty along with my phone. I’ve never done that but decided to since I was told I would only have to pay $30 if anything happened to it. I was doing a lot of traveling and felt I should go for it.The back of my phone is broken. I stopped in tonight to see about getting it fixed. Now I’m being told it’s only for the front of my phone. I’ll have to pay well over $100 to get it fixed.The young man whom sold me my phone lied to me purely for the sale. Very disappointed.

Every Verizon I go to in this county asks for your Verizon account information. Like im just trying to buy a simple phone charger/accessories stop asking for my name and phone number like im in an interrogation room...

I arrived at Verizon at 2pm on 12/1 and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone and it seems like they were entering shipment. No customers in the store and only that employee. He said someone would be with you in a moment. I waited 20 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted and had cash ready to purchase a new phone. This was a terrible experience and shows my how lazy this employee was. Most likely will not come back. I will take my upgrades and purchases elsewhere. Was very excited to get a new phone.

Went in there and was extremely pleased with the new staff. I went there before and have been extremely unhappy with the last few managers and staff. The girl I worked with was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back to this location.

Sorry this may be a little lengthy, but I have to put my story here. I was extremely impressed with the service I had there. I worked with a representative named Alexis. She was outstanding. Before walking into the store I had recently lost my mother. I had several pictures up until the day she had passed. I came in because I thought I lost those forever. I was in tears, poor girl probably thought I was crazy. It was a rough day and I could hardly find the words as I was sobbing when I thought I lost everything including my mother’s voice recordings. This girl told me to take all the time I needed. She was extremely patient and ran to the back to get me some tissues. She saved my photos and recording of my mom. The entire time she was so sweet and kind. I have NEVER received service like this. She went above and beyond and was so compassionate. After everything she walked me to the door and I will be back to see her. This company is doing something right to have individuals like her working there. I would give a million stars if I could.

Sucks..... The idiot I dealt with didnt know anything. The store is terribly out of date. They are still displaying the LG G3 phone and it hasnt been available for about 4 years. The LG G7 is available, has been for about 3 to 6 months. If you want quality customer service and knowledgeable employees is suggest any place else. Walmart employees know more. Ill never go here again.

If I could give zero stars I would.I went in there with a broken phone asking what could be done. I was told that I should not go through Warren and just pay then the $150 deductible for the insurance rather than them trying to save me my money. Then, I was insulted by the assistant saying, man, those are some girly shoes arent they? referring to the shoes on my feet. I nodded as I normally do with inconsiderate and obnoxious children. Then he asked, what does your girlfriend think about that? implying that I was dressed like I was gay and as if being gay was a crime. Ive never met someone so mean and trying to get my money at the same time.I do not remember his name but its probably best that I do not. Do not go here if is possible.

Unhelpful staff. Verizon outlet but they treat you like a dumbass if you have a Verizon related question. Slow and unfriendly. Dont go. Theyll be glad to sell you a plan because they get paid, but youd better not have a service request.I watched the customer in front of us sit in silence while the employee sat in silence glaring and typing. This place lied to me and my wife twice. The bill was way higher than they stated and they didnt give me unlimited data like I asked for many times and was out of data in two days they tried to charge me i returned the phone they returned a 1/3 of my money and said to call cooperate to get the rest. Once i did they said they can refund it since they are a second party retailer and told me never use them go to corporate store. After and hour of them and me arguing with this place cooperate filled a complaint against them also. Now Im sitting here about to argue some more. Stay away this place is a joke and sucks!!! (Update) Dont ever use William Clinton the 3rd. Soon as I came back he had all but my glass protector returned that was a hook up that now I got charged and corporate even filed three complaint on him.

Unfortunately I was recently released from from this location as an employee. The traffic is immense for the staff but there are some thoughtful gentleman in the store worth your patience and will go the extra mile to assist and educate
