I went into the store to look for a new phone and to upgrade my plan. They didnt have many phones in stock (which I understand). But the sales person left me to look at phones and said he would come back. 10 minutes later another sales person came over and wasnt much help and showed me 2 plans to pick from but told me to do everything online. I was wanting more assistance with doing all this, but never did I get the impression that they really wanted to help. Ive never had an experience in this store like this before.

I waited for two hours before getting helped while several people went before us after we were told we were the third party in line. When I finally got helped I was told they only had one iPhone 13 max pro color. Cindy, the rep, was extremely rude along with the two other ladies behind the counter. After a terribly pushy sales attack, they mentioned that calling another Verizon store to check for another color would “never lets you talk to a real person and you’re wasting my time.” She handed me a phone, that she didn’t set up, and told it was ready. Four days of phone calls and promises from Cindy, it still doesn’t work.

Just call into the customer service line and speak to a rep through there or get online and shop there. Went in due to replace my wife’s lost iPhone XR, I missed the beginning of the conversation due to parking the vehicle. When I got in the sale rep was trying to sell her the newest latest greatest with a new line on the account, once we got that straightened out. We were still only lead to believe that the base model iPhone 12 was the closest in stock to what she had. So we bought the iPhone 12 and was told that as long as the phone was not opened it could easily be swapped out; due to the nature of my wife’s job it was imperative that the phone be replaced within 2 days so ordering one was out of the question. Later that day after finding it’s impossible to do a good inventory search on the website I called into the Customer Service, and find out the exact phone we went in to replace was at this store the whole time. Was able to exchange for what we wanted but not before getting informed there’s a $50 restocking fee. Literally was lied to by omission about their stock and was outright deceived about the exchange process. Horrid experience, save yourself a headache and go anywhere else or visit the website or call into the customer service, literally do anything but go here.Edit: Reply to the owner, can I count on a credit to my account due to omissions of your employee and the added cost of restocking an item when the item we specifically requested was at the location the entire time? And where does this get escalated to? How can I follow up with that escalation so that some action is take place and so that others don’t have to bear the same burden

They made me stand outside and wait. Then when they came to the door I explained I wanted to purchase a new phone. The young lady told me to go home and use the app or online to buy it. There were no other customers in the store and they would not let me come in to buy a phone. I went home and got online to maybe purchase it online. well they wanted me to buy it and pick it up in the store, the same store I was just turned away from. NOPE! not returning that place. I was already there. I will buy it somewhere else. You cannot even call this store to speak with anyone, number goes to a menu to talk to national sales, no option to speak to anyone in the store. Terrible customer service here. Use the store in Bucyrus or the one on the other side of Marion - they will let you in the store and be happy to sell a device to you and make you feel welcome.

Went to the door to stand on the spot they had marked to get service. They open the door hand made me feel like they didn’t want me to come in. The employee made a comment about my mask and how I was wearing it. I fixed it to their liking then asked for help in ordering three phones and they said it would be better for me to go home and do it. Seemed like they didn’t want to help at all very unprofessional. I am in retail sales and would never make a customer feel like they were a bother or had the plague. Sounds like they need some better training and how to treat people!

When I got to Verizon there was one lady taking care of a couple, a guy checking people in and there were two girls..... three of us walked in at the same time.... the two ladies disappeared so it left one guy checking in, thats all he did and the other lady taking care of the customers so I would have been there forever and I think two of us went ahead and left.... Not a very good review today

Ive never been treated so badly. I was made to feel like I was 3 years old AND NEVER USED A PHONE BEFORE. I watched as an employee deleted apps on my daughters phone that the employee didnt agree with which is completely unacceptable. I will find a different carrier as soon as our contract is up. I took the phones they couldnt fix across town to the other store and in 15 minutes BOTH phones were working like new. You really need to get with your staff on good customer service and letting them know if they dont know the answer ASK SOMEONE WHO HAS MORE EXPERIENCE!

Honestly Verizon cannot do a lot of the things they used to do with Our Phones and Other Electronics,they always took that extra moment to fix Our Problems. Sadly with the Co-Vid Virus Our daily living has changed so much.Staff is at Bare Minum #s but Bless Them they still do all their capable of accomplishments.

HORRIBLE service, and they are either incompetent or they lie to your face. Added a phone to the account for my father-in-law, who was in bad shape and recovering in a nursing home. With COVID, we cant visit, so we thought this would be a way to try to stay in touch. EVERYTHING about the order was different than they told me. I wanted to just pay for the phone outright, they put it on a payment plan. I was quoted $10/mo access since its not a smart phone, its $30. Was told it was $30 for activation, it was $40. Had not even gotten my bill for the next month yet when he, unfortunately, passed away. Went to cancel the service on that line and was told I couldnt because it was on a payment plan that I didnt want in the first place! An hour on the phone with customer service seems to have it worked out, but Id stay away from this location

Do not buy any new phones!!I bought 2 new phones($900 each)not even a month ago and 1 of them had a manufacturer defect.they had to send us a new phone.well I received alike new one but Im still being charged$900 for the like new replacement phone and Verizon wont do anything about it....So apparently we are all better off buying our phones off Amazon or eBay!!!I will be letting BBB know about this!!

Worst customer service ever! Waited almost an hour with 6 people still in front of us! No help in sight! Plenty of employees in the back though. None of the employees seemed to care. Will never return to this location!On a bright note....headed to the Verizon store on Delaware Ave! Best service Ive ever had!! Got our problems solved and was in and out in 30 minutes!

The first time I went in there I was trying to upgrade my phone service &purchase a new phone and nobody seemed to want to help. The girl actually said she didnt want to sell me a smartphone since I wasnt sure what I was going to be doing with it. A few weeks later I went back in & had a really nice and helpful guy. I left with a new phone and more data without breaking the bank.

I dropped my phone, cracking the screen. Cindy, my Verizon rep discussed all my options from an inexpensive screen repair to a new phone. Since I had said I was tech downsizing and didnt want to increase my monthly bill, she and John checked my offers and I decided to fix my screen and bought a PALM as a companion to use while my other phone was fixed, allowing me to pay it off on my special plan and get a second (and future primary use phone) at a very special price. I am quite satisfied.

Absolutely do not go here... They will swindle you. I went to a different store to deal with a different thing on my account and found out the sales person added the protection plan to my phone without asking.. I believe her name was Amy... She also swindled my mother in law into buying $100+ dollars worth of extras that she didnt need. Claiming the phone didnt come with a charger and forced her to but a wireless charger.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

The 1st time we went into the facility the sales people were wonderful and very friendly. We spent over $ 2000, along with lifetime warranties on screen savers. The 2nd time however, we went in to have them replace it one of the screen savers that had cracked. We were told that they no longer put the screen savers on. REASON..they cant do it they are too hard to put on, but we could pay over $40 dollars and they could try ...(remind you its under warranty and free) The customer service in this facility went from top notch to virtually nothing. After spending over $2000 in being told they can not put on a screen saver because its too difficult, I will not be going back.

One of the better Verizon stores that Ive visited. Its spacious where some of their venues are very small and cramped. Displays are laid out well allowing for good flow through the store when browsing. The only downside is the wait time. Expect to be in the queue for quite a while.

I went into the store on a Saturday. I was told that my screen went out on my phone but I had insurance so they would order me a new one. Told me that it would be overnight. Well I waited till Monday since I figured mail dont run on Sundays. I got home Monday night and still no phone. I called the store and they lady in a very rude tone stated that if the phone order was done late Saturday then the phone probably wouldnt of shipped till today (Monday) and that I would receive it tomorrow (Tuesday)....Tuesday I got home after work and get again no phone! I informed my husband who then called the franchise to only be told they never order the phone! He sat on the phone for 2 hours and they finally put in a order for a phone and was told I wouldnt receive it till Thursday. I ended up getting the phone Wednesday so long story short I will never go back to the store again and will only call the franchise for now on.

Wait time was long. A nice lady came to assist me and I told her that I could not access Verizon on home computer. She gave me a numerical password. It didnt work. I drove from Bucyrus to Marion to get access to email links related to new phone program which I recently switched to. Two trips to Marion and I still cant access the terms of my new contract or access Verizon site. Totally frustrated:)

This place gets me everytime. I go buy a phone that is supposed to be on sale for 770$ get bill it shows as original price of 990$. While there purchasing the phone I buy a zagg screen protector, for 49$ and ask the lady if it breaks I can bring it back here for a replacement. She say of course you can. 2 weeks later I broke it took it in and was told . Oh you cant replace that here you have to go to there web site and replace it there . Which 10$ dollars just to ship it out. So much free replacement guaranteed for life of phone .

Horrible customer service and always expect an extremely long wait time when visiting this store. The store itself has plenty of staff but, they are very unorganized. Today I visited the store expecting a 30 minute wait and about 20 minutes into it one of the staff asked me if I had been helped yet and I replied no. He said someone will be right with you! 30 minutes later I left with no one ever helping or offering help. I will never go here again and am also considering a new cell provider
