They are always great when you can catch them in. Web site says open til 8pm... sign on the door says 7pm showed up shortly after 6pm and nobody around and locked up tight. Then checked the store by Kohls it was also closed with a sign on the door saying they should be open.

On more than one occasion they have lied straight to our faces. Dan is actually a great employee but the rest not so much. I’ve never heard so many excuses not to help someone who has been a customer for over 15 years. Never again!!! Hello Verizon!

While the office and staff seem to be up to date and knowledgeable, the service after the sale leaves much to be desired. Weve had a billing situation ongoing since day one, and are being passed from phone support to store over and over again with no resolution. Four months of talking to at least eight people only to get eight different reasons for the problem ranging from thats an easy fix to that was not what the promotion stated. I would seriously think twice about renewing my Sprint service, and will caution others to research Sprint thoroughly before deciding.

Please everyone who reads this review never ever under any circumstances sign up with sprint! For the 18 months I have been trapped in this lease it has been one bad experience after another. The manager of the store will completely lie to your face. The cell service is horrible (my phone will actually say I am roaming! In my own living room) I could go on and on with all the bad and not one positive thing can I think of to say. I have 2 months to go and I will be leaving sprint behind!

I avoid going to this store. I can not trust anyone at this location. I was told our plan would not change after purchasing new phones. They said our bill would remain the same. Wrong. Our plan was changed and my bill was increased by $100.00. I found out after several trips to the store and phone calls to the company that I was out of luck.I wished there was a no star option.

I spent over an hour at this location only to be told that I was wrongly informed and did not have to go to the Marion store. I had a warranty issue with my phone in November and sent it out for service. I was told it would be 2 weeks. After a month of no news I contacted them only to be told they had received it back and needed to send it back out but they lost my information to get in touch and needed to get more information. So the phone went back out for service only to be returned 2 weeks later with nothing fixed, after receiving a call from the manager informing me it was fixed. Stay away from Sprint.

I have been blatantly lied to from not just associates, but also managers at this store. A promised call back that never happened and when I stopped in the store to ask a question, they handed me a phone number and that was it. If I could switch carriers today, it would already be done. Do not explain a promotion to me, only to then not do your part and then I miss out on $300 because of your laziness!

This store has the worst customer service. They are rude and act like its awful to help you and its their job! They keep you for 3 hours every time. The manager is a horrible example for the associates. The bash calling Sprint and say they are horrible when I always have more luck calling. One would think that since its the only store in Marion, they could get better service.

I went into the store Saturday to add my son to my account. I worked with Joseph and he was great and really the only reason I am giving them a 5-Star rating. I have been with Sprint for a while and this store is very small and only has a few phones on display. For me that was ok because we were looking for an IPhone but if you are looking for something else there arn’t many to choice from. I also felt as if the other employees seem unprofessional. They weren’t dressed as most other employees at other Sprint locations. Joseph was able to help get everything I needed together and was very knowledgeable.

This Sprint store has to be the worst cellular store I have ever encountered. The employees hide in the back of the store instead of helping customers which leads to LONG wait times. I have on several occasions had associates at this location blatantly lie to me. I have had a billing issue since making a purchase here, and that was 14 months ago! If you are seeking a problem free experiance, steer clear of this sprint location!

They are absolutely the worst at customer service. I was told I would have a free line and free phone. My bill went from 245 to almost 700. The next month due to proration of a bill which they said would not happen. Then after months of going back and forth Dan and Jenny both store managers said they would send me gift cards totaling 250. To put towards the bill. And here we are in May and this all started in Dec. Horrible customer service. If one of them would contact me Carrie Wilson, I would be glad to hear from you

I ACTUALLY HAVE A LONG STORY, BUT I WILL SHORTEN IT......IF THERE WAS A WAY I COULD LEAVE A 0 RATING I WOULD. My husband and I purchased phones right before Christmas......so far my phone has not been right. I think we were sold refurbished phones. As far as the billing I really do not even w as not to go there. Customer Service is completely UNHELPFUL. BILLING IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I am sure this post will not be shared here.....let me get started on other Social Media....SPRINT WILL GET NO RECOMENDATION. Dont get me started about getting help or assistance at the store....once their QUOTA IS MET....THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU........SPRINT IS HORRIBLE. I WILL RELAY MY MESSAGE.

If I could leave 0stars I would. Be very careful when trying to set up a new account or participating in one of their promotions. Went into the store and asked about a promotion. The manager informed us step for step what we had to do when setting up a new account. Something about the entire ordeal did not sound right so I specifically asked the manager would we still qualify for this promotion He informed me that we would and if there were any issues he would resolve. After 3 days of calling only to getting pushed off I finally got ahold of him and he refuses to do anything and was a complete jerk. When I asked about his supervisors info due to his service not the promotion, he completely refused to give it out and I would have to contact Sprint corporate. This ordeal has been going on for 1 full week, the manager Josh misinformed his customers then backs out on what he stated and is completely rude and arrogant.

Went in to upgrade my phone and switch my old phone over to my son since he just dropped and broke his phone. Well the next day I find out a hot spot was added to my laccount without my permission. I have called the store every day to have this hot spot removed, I do not even have the hot spot devise.. 3 days later it has not been removed. Then today I find out that a hot spot was also added to my sons account, again without his permission.. If you go into this store call sprint before you leave the store and ask if anything was added to your account before you walk out the door. This is shameful practice that one of their employees is doing and I am being left to clean up this mess. I was told by customer care that if I do not return the hot spot devise within 14 days I will be charged $600 and as of now my account is being charged $40 a month for something I did not authorize.

This location has messed up my account repeatedly. The store manager promises free items for compensation, then you find them on your bill. I traded in my phone for an upgrade the was charged multiple fees for no reason. The store manager was supposed to call me multiple times and did not. This store is under investigation.

Do not purchase anything from this store for a gift that you are giving to someone. There is only 14 days on returns and they will not budge on the horrible policy. I was out of town for 2 weeks and all I was given was a tip to sell it online.
