Its probably more of a sign that I frequently shop here, but the staff is always asking me about whatever game I was talking about when I last came in. Super friendly, super helpful, and great to talk to people that love games! Obviously they will try to upsell some things and recommend some pre-orders, but I never have felt like it was done in poor taste. Great place to shop!

They had everything I needed and has been very helpful with my insurance policy with them.if you pay for the insurance and your controller messes up they are happy to give you a new one. I bought a PlayStation pro and a PlayStation VR Kit from them the PlayStation was used and Ive had no issues with it. Ive had to replace controllers and they hooked me up. I didnt put five stars because Im not always there but the times I have visited this store have all been positive transactions and no issues.

I called ahead to make sure we could do an exchange and they answered all my questions. The store rep was very nice and we found DS games in the store very easy. I would go back. And my son is very happy with his game.

Unfortunately they were out if stock of the item I wanted. Wish I would have called first. Ultimately I did find something close to what I wanted with the help of the in store staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and games offered. All in all a good experience 😊

It was very interesting. I merely came in to browse and see what was available. Many collectibles and toys in addition to the games and consoles. Many handheld, some RC stuff, and apparell related to the game/fantasy themes. The store was clean, and the staff friendly.

The staff was fine, helpful as much as they could be, but buying anything used from gamestop (in general) is a complete joke, at least 70% of the time you buy something used you will end up having to take it back and exchange it, sometimes more than once. The used accessories and sometimes consoles are total garbage. If some says refurbished might as well put it back and spend the few extra dollars on buying the brand new version, youll end up paying the same amount be it in gas driving back and fourth 4 times or just buying a new one.

Its game stop; you know what youre getting into. I will say some of the pre owned stuff you can get very cheap. If you catch a sale you can get pretty decent deals as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking can be a pain at times, but thats nitpicking.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. A wide selection of used and new games. The only complaint I have is please for the love of God....take the damn redemption codes out of the new game cases you have on the racks for purchase. Ive gotten a few new games with codes that have been redeemed.

Mike that works at this GameStop is amazing! Basically everybody that works here has always taken fantastic care of me! I cannot recommend this location enough they are knowledgeable and fantastic with their customer service! Keep On Keepin On guys and gals!

This is my sons favorite store as hes a gamer. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable on the games and products which is greatfor me on the days I go alone to pick something up.

Always go to then then any others because my past experiences with others always been dull, as they never really greeted or never asked if needed help I was honestly beginning to think all GamesStop were this way? But thats not the case with this GameStop because I always get greeted and always get asked almost right away if theres anything I need help with. Great place keep it up!

Bought a used game from them for $30 a couple days later i saw it at walmart new for 10 dollars cheaper went to return the game to save my 10 dollars they wouldnt let me return it to get my money back. I like gamestop in general. But Im sick and tired of gamestop as a whole as far as selling open products as new. I went to this gamestop today to pick up a game that I couldnt find anywhere else. They told me the game was new But it was open for display. Now does this make sense yo gamestop I bought this game off of you all I did was take it out of the shrink wrap but its still new can I have my full refund back? I think I would be getting a big NO because in their eyes it is not new because I opened it! I think I just made my point. The game I bought was very cheap but I could sell it online for triple the money for example I could have made a $100 Off of the game that I bought today that is if it was still in the shrink wrap. So I guess what Im saying is just because they say its new doesnt mean its new. Plus it was all sticky and had all kinds of finger prints and stuff all on the case and things of that nature! Listen gamestop if you guys want to display new games then display them behind your counter if you are afraid that someones going to still it! Other than that the service was OK. But gamestop needs to stop opening products and selling them as new you dont have to display nothing most gamers know what theyre coming in their for and dont need to see a display Box the only thing that should be displayed is used games!

First time I have been in one since the Wii came out. I was visiting for the same system actually. Marion location is one of the few that still have Wii games on a shelf. Prices are high for me (Im a PC user now who buys games on Steam for same or cheaper prices). I was happy I could pick up a Wii game for my young one to try out with me.The lady (younger than me) was really nice and super knowledgeable. Not forced nice either.
