Staff went above and beyond my expectations! I came in today to switch from Metro. Abe assisted me and was upfront and honest about all costs. This rating is overall my quality of service not the store itself. The man at Marion location is helpful. Cricket itself doesnt have my support. I had a plan with 5 phones and 2 of my phones constantly had issues while on cellular data. Sketchy areas. My parents winter in Fl and are on my plan. Coverage last year was non existant on their phone while they wintered down in central Fl. My daughters iPhone x would hardly ever operate unless it was on wifi although I paid for unlimited. Dealing with their customer support is beyond frustrating. Numerous reports were made I reached out to them for tech support was promised a call back and never got it back to Verizon and that sae iPhone x has no issues at Verizon.

The deals they offer are totaly missleading

Place charges more than any other Cricket store as well as online. Told employee phone I wanted was cheaper online and he told me Cricket will send me a used phone if I buy online. The only phone I could get new online was an IPhone X. Place is a ripoff!

They always do a great job I always miss all the accessories that you buy on the phones that you have screen protectors cases bundle deals for things of that nature highly recommend new owner is going to what they do and owner remembers you
