Very informative. However not all services at this location. Sometimes if phone needs adjusted you have to go to Polaris office if phone was purchased somewhere else rather than buying the AT&T phone.....Staff were very helpful but I didnt want to travel elsewhere.... For that reason I chose another carrier.

Although the local store and its emplowees are great, AT&T corporation is another company that has forgotten what customer service means. The companys fraud control department continues to cancel my orders over and over without any questions or statements. Not worth the hassle

I wanted to upgrade my Galaxy S9 to the S21, go from prepaid to a plan and add my kids. This was a disaster. The woman signed me up for the most expensive plan and all kinds of extras. I wanted the cheapest plans. I kept saying that 2 were for kids and I didnt want extras. She didnt give me any explanation of charges or any paperwork. She said everything was digital. I didnt find out until my first bill was ready. I asked if the S21 had an SD card slot. She said no, but the S21+ does, so I went with that. It does NOT. Now Im stuck with this phone. She even answered a personal call while helping me.

Tried to get in this store at 6:15 on 4-16-21, but they were locked up tight, even though the hours listed on the door said they were open until 8. This has happened several times to me and others Ive spoken to about it. Whats the good of listening their hours, when the staff just leaves whenever they want? The owners of this store need to get off the pot and do something about this. If it was a one-of, it might not bother me, but this is the 4th time for me, and who knows how many others. I drove 20 miles to get some things straightened out, then had to turn around and drive right home again.

Great service, very knowledgeable associates and a great deal on a new phone. Only $30 a month unlimited talk and text, 5 GB date which is a LOT, more than Ill ever use. I was with the other V wireless and this is so much better than they will ever be.

Had to take my new prepaid phone in to activate it since the website wouldnt let me enter my new info to turn on my phone. I had to wait 40 minutes until the lady got to me, as the store just opened and there was 3 people in front of me. But when she did finally help me it only took 2 minutes to get my phone up and running.

My son who goes to school in US has an ATT prepaid account. He lost his and I was told by ATT to send him into the store to get a replacement so he could keep his number and should be able to pay for the device on existing account. I was told I could not have the device added to his existing account , I could not pay for the phone over the phone (because of legal reasons) and the person did not know how Ito access their store website to get a new phone. i sent him to another store . Entirely unhelpful. !!!!! I can call up florists , restraunts, all kinds of services and use my credit card over the phone (from Canada) but not ATT store @Marion . Even better would be to have a knowledgeable representative that knew something about online commerce portion of the store especially since COVID

Very helpful staff, manager...not so much. Seemed more interested in his own issues over the customers. Store wasnt open the next day til an hour after posted time. We had all of our concerns and questions answered by the staff, but the manager didnt complete paperwork for our discount.

Ordered phones online for my kids to get picked up. Kids show up to pick up the order and the store can’t seem to process the order for several days. Then they tell the kids that they will only charge 1/2 the activation fee (adding lines to existing account is free) and they are going to lose the promotion because the order wasn’t processed in time. The store is the reason that the order wasn’t processed in time. Then come to find out, the store never cancelled the porting process for one of the phones. I would never recommend going to this store

Amanda was great but the other lady and the company itself, neglected to let us know there was a problem with our order and it is probably going to take two weeks to get our phones. I am not a poor person, if this customer service continues, I will pay off my phones and go back to Verizon. I am able to do that at anytime. A free phone was just ideal but not a must. Good customer service, communication and value is. Overnight shipping should of happened period due to the lack of communication on the part of the company. We are not off on the right foot. My gut says I will be leaving soon. I have the money in hand and will move on if it comes down to it. Verizon was my company for over 10 years. I have no problem going back. Maybe, I can get a deal there.Update: I had a gut feeling I was going to be robbed. I backed out of the phones before they shipped and stayed with Verizon. Magically, they shipped the same day. Then, we are told we have to return the phones to the post office ourselves! WTF? Stay away from ATT. I still dont have my FULL refund I was promised. I never even opened the phones, I canceled before they were shipped and I was promised no restock fee would be applied. I am short on my refund. I am guessing they lied again. LIARS! BEWARE!

Really kind and caring staff, they fully disclose all information to the customers! Really appreciate doing business with honest employees. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new cell phone provider! Also their service is unmatched! Again their staff are so patient and work with customers that may be confused on details regarding their smartphones or plans themselves, can’t say enough positive things about this location and its employees

Recently stopped in because of a few confusions about phone applications. Staff was inviting and upbeat. Had the pleasure of meeting a worker named Dylan and he had an amazing attitude and was such a help! Every question I had was answered. Will most definitely come back to him for any other help I need.

Stopped at the store to get help with my iPhone (wont make calls). Told by Tyler that he had already worked 10 hours so he wasnt going to help me, even though the store didnt close for 45 more minutes. When this was brought to his attention, he threatened to call the cops unless I left immediately. What kind of service is this place offering?? Obviously based on other reviews poor service is standard here.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will never go to another at&t store again. This one has staff that helps resolve the issue and even if it takes time to do it they make sure you leave happy and taken care of.

I dont generally complain but I had the worst experience here. I have been an att customer for over 10 years now and I am really thinking of changing providers now. My phone was lost at a local store, I needed to track it or replace it in a hurry as I was on call for emergency response. I tried to use a phone from a lady at customer services to track it but I could not log in to google from a new device. (I am thinking its because it was apple not android) Texting and calling didnt get a response. So she suggested I go to the att store and see if they could help me. Im thinking great they probably help with thinks like this pretty often. I walked in and a girl stood up, she just looked at me for a moment. I thought she was a customer by her dress and mannerisms. after standing there and looking around for a moment I realized she was still looking at me. I asked if she worked there and she said yes. So I told her that my phone was missing and I asked if she had anything I could use to get online to track it. As in another phone, a computer anything, she said they didnt have anyway in the store to do that. OK I guess, this seams unlikely but I will go with it as I didnt see anyone else in the store. Next I asked if I could buy a cheep smart phone, then I could track my phones location and set off the alarm to locate it, I knew it was in the pocket of am employ at the store I had been in but had to way to prove it without them being caught with it. She said she would sell me a phone but they were out of the cheapest, so I said no matter just give me the next cheapest. At this point she looked at me like I was an idiot, I knew my phone was in someones pocket, I knew they were working at a near bye store, and I knew that if I had access I could ping it and get it back. She told me she couldnt sell me any other phone in the store without me signing a new contract, I told her I already have att and just wanted to buy a phone. She then went on about how it is store policy to not sell phones without service. but i have service, I just needed a phone. I had cash, in hand and didnt care about the cost because the phone I was trying to locate is worth a lot more than normal phones. I left. I went back to the first store to their electronics department, where they sell att phones explained to a guy what I needed to do, he understood, showed me that the cell phones they sell work, I pulled up google, located my phone set the alarm off and it was magically found less than 10 minutes latter hidden behind some items in the food area. I never thought a big box stores under paid employee would be a greater help to me than someone working for a national company that I have relied on all these years.

So disappointed in this trip! Have gone in the past and received awesome service, this time nothing. The young man who helped me adjusted my display lighting: my problem is my phn dying so fast. After I said I wasnt ready to get a new one, he had nothing to offer. Then he tried to tell me how much better it is now to pay for the phone because it made the plans so much cheaper!! Ha! Umm..my first phone was a bag.....dont tell me this is true.

Went to this store to try and save money on my cable and internet services since I had spectrum and they raise my price, once again, to 180 dollars a month ..not only did AT&T save me money, 70 dollars a month, by getting uverse and directv, they also got me but one get one free on the galaxy s9 phone and saved me money for being a veteran ..i appreciate everything theyve done for me and will be letting my family know to go there and at least see if they can save them money as well

Sales representative Ashley at this location was very unprofessional, she made rude comments about her coworkers in front of myself and my elderly mother, and seemed totally disinterested in assisting me with my needs. I was only interested in helping my mother get set up with a replacement for home phone, but was also considering changing providers for myself and my husband. Total lack of respect from this associate has made reconsider that idea. I will keep my business elsewhere.

Sad in the store for one hour and I could not figure out how to program it APN internet into my phone call the actual AT&T service from 611 and within 5 minutes I had internet this store does not know what theyre doing and they need to train their customer service people better incompetence sums it up for one word

Was told that I couldnt port my new phones (purchased from Bestbuy) due to the temporary phone numbers that were on said phones. They didnt bother to double check with At&t. Do yourself a favor and call AT&T direct. Was taken care of over the phone. I will drive to Lewis Center before I do business with this location.
