Of course had to get the proper tubing and connections to hook up to my kegs, but did that and the jockey box worked perfectly for an event we had. Plan to use it many times more for future events. Very happy with it. Of course, dont forget to clean the lines after use.

It arrived quickly and so easy to use. We have a mobile tap truck with 3 wine taps and 3 beer taps and it works great! We blow the lines with air after cleaning just to be sure nothings trapped.

I recently ordered a regulator for my beer system. When I received it, I found that it was defective. I called the next morning and spoke with Nick, the customer service representative. He looked into the matter, and found that they had a defective batch, and were then out of stock. He then went the extra mile, and contacted the manufacturer, and ordered them to send me a replacement directly! This saved a lot of time, not having to wait for them to receive the new order and then ship to me. Nick treated me with first class care, even though I’m not a big customer for large orders. I would definitely recommend Rapids Wholesale Equipment to anyone needing top-rate service, and very good prices!! Greg Hughes from Wisconsin.

I’ve had great experiences with my purchases at Rapids. Latest purchase was for a dual faucet beer shank - this was perfect for my current build, wanting / needing a single shank for two pours.

I purchased a Co2 and tap package weeks earlier for a special event. I called to check on it the week before the event and when I called I was told that it was on back order. I said, if I hadnt of called requesting a delivery status update, was anyone ever going to notify me? The customer service rep offered a used co2 tank as a replacement in order to complete the order in time and assured me that it would ship by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week to confirm shipping and never received a return call. Thank goodness that I was able to find the same product from a competitor and I fortunately repurchased the items from a competitor and sent the items from Rapids back when they arrived a day after I needed them for our big event. What a disappointing experience.

For the past few years, everything zi order here arrives quickly and there is no problem,But on the last order I was shorted a few items, and called about what was missing, spoke to a person that said they would take care of it...Well items never came, so I ordered them from another place.Overall, I have had great dealing with Rapids, but for this one time.Maybe its due to Covid???

I ordered a beer line cleaning pump on line from this company and didnt receive it when expected I called and spoke with sales manager Nick Schmitt who went so far above and beyond what I could possibly expected the issue turned out to be with the supplier and Nick kept me posted and stayed on it he even went as far as reaching out to a competitor to try to make me happy You just dont see this kind of customer support anywhere anymore I will definitely do business with Rapids Wholesale Equipment in the future

I have a beermeister (now the word is kegarator) that I received 23 years ago. I hadn’t used it in 2 years. It needed some parts. I bought the adapter kit and used the parts that are in this to replace most of my existing parts (Sankey fitting, hoses, tap faucet, washers and other things). I realized I still needed the CO2 pressure regulator, so I ordered the dual-gauge replacing my leaking single-gauge that reads tank pressure and keg pressure the next day. I put this all together and now I have continuous pressure, fresh, great tasting beer for around $150 The Beermeister still runs and keeps beer cold! Thanks Rapids Peoples…

In a highly competitive marketplace, Rapid is on the fast track to obsolescence. Their solution to minor problems was, I understand if you need to order elsewhere. Thank you. (John P Collison | Inbound Sales & Customer Service Manager)Following a missed email on our end, our order was cancelled. We accepted fault and reordered and followed their inconvenient verification process the same day.Apparently the only person who could verify our purchase, Malena, was out of office through the weekend. We were told we would receive a call back and that our order would be passed along to the sales manager. We did not receive a call back and reached out the following business day only to find out that our order was once again cancelled.When we contacted to remedy the situation we received this response from the sales manager (who failed to contact us as promised):We have had a lot of fraud going to containers lately. So, we have enhanced security where the customer must call in and verify identity. This was the second order placed by you we had to cancel because verification was not confirmed. Our company will send an email confirming the order but we will not call to begin the verification process.We offered to repurchase a third time on the condition that Rapids would expedite the shipping of the order since it was already delayed.Malena and John really left our company very disappointed with Rapids. We will strongly urge others to shop elsewhere.

I have not received my order. It took weeks to ship. Then it went to some random shipping center and has never arrived. I have a customer that has been waiting for those faucets for months. Worst ordering experience Ive ever had.

I drove for more than 2 hours to buy a couple of items. I called the day before to make arrangements. They have storm damage to the show room - I know that from the previous call. Today - cant see or buy the product. Not very accommodating. Wasted more than half a day.

Extremely frustrating experience trying to purchase from them. Will only shop other restaurant supply stores in the future.We traveled up from Iowa City to view their inventory in person earlier this week, after we had viewed their online inventory. First warning sign should have been the fact that once we were in the store we were told they only had one option in their catalog for a rack, but not the one wed seen on their website. When we asked about that discrepancy we got no response.Then we were shown a prep table that was slightly damaged. They volunteered that they would check on a discount for the damage. Tanya asked for our cell number and promised to call us right away on that,and on the availability of a knife magnet in a different finish than what they had in stock. We explained wed run another errand in town while we waited for the call. When no call came, we called back that afternoon after returning to Iowa City, only to be told that computer problems had prevented the sales rep from checking on the table discount or the knife magnet. How a computer problem would prevent asking a manager about a discount is beyond us. so we assumed she was lying to cover up forgetting to check for us. But she assured us shed check and get right back to us.After waiting another day with still no call, we called back again and got a different sales representative. She declined to help us because she didnt want to take a sale from another rep. When we explained that wed been waiting and the other rep wasnt getting back to us, she finally agreed that shed check on the table price for us and get back to us the next morning. When we finally got the follow up call this morning, she told us that theyd sold the table out from under us to someone else this week. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with this situation, all they said was that we could buy another one full price.In sum, a very unprofessional operation. We were ready, willing and able customers prepared to pay on the spot, but they didnt seem motivated to get our business, or at all apologetic about stringing us along. Take a hard pass on them and give your money to a company that appreciates it.

Update: After some back and forth with Tanya the sales rep., we managed to send back the unit without any restocking fee. Received our refund in a timely manner. Overall the company did try to appease us in the end, but it wasnt without a bit of a fight. I would order from them again, just not any large or heavy requirement purchases which would require a FedEx freight shipment.Prior Review:Very unsatisfied with our kegerator order. Not only did our regulator come damaged but they wont allow us to return the kegerator. We plugged in the kegerator and the fan is way too loud and it seems to turn on every 5 mins. They claimed that because we plugged it in, its now considered used and they wont take it back. Im sorry but theres a difference between whats considered to be a used item and an item one plugs in upon arrival for inspection! How is one to know if the item works properly if you dont plug it in? Thats a bunch of nonsense! Its their way of calling it used soi as not to accept a return shipment. We were even willing to pay the return shipment plus their 30% restocking fee. While they have agreed to ship is a new regulator which only costs $89 they wont accept our kegerator set in which we paid $1,689 for. Now were stuck having to sell it on our own which wont be an easy task given the amount of money we paid. Whatever you do, be sure not to order any items from this company if wish to get your money back, for you wont!

95 Black 5 Keg Beer Dispenser - Kegerator w/ 2 Dual Faucets - Volition VDD95This product came to us damaged and when I called I was told it was my fault for not inspecting it before the delivery driver left however he came (LATE) over the lunch hour which is the timeframe I said do not come at. Our local Quality Brands beer rep had a hard time installing the machine. After install the unit will not cool and fan barely kicks on so beer is sitting at 45 degrees or hotter. We have had multiple experienced beer reps look at this unit for a week and still no results. They all say to return to Rapids. But Rapids does NO RETURNS!! . Customer service is voicemails only which is not helpful and the return policy is inefficient. We will update this review as soon as we hear back with their solution. Until them we are just getting lots of beer waste and returns. Stay tuned and please beware of this brand!
