Oil change price is great but as far as being informed about the extent of things like detail its like pulling teeth if u ask them a question about something they only tell u hard nothing about it there customer service really has alot of being desired for I paid almost 70 bucks for well the lake of better terms NOTHING

Jeff from PMR was the driver to put my spare tire on. He even arrived early. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. Once my spare was on he even called around to help me find me a used tire! Great customer service!!

We own a company where we are constantly towing and are on the road locally ALOT! I had gotten a flat and called PMR. They were there within 20 minutes or so, changed the tire on the truck and I didnt even have to unhook from our trailer. Very affordable, friendly, knowledgable, and I didnt have to wait for long. The tow truck driver was Jeff and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service!

I have taken my car here several times and always been very pleased with the quality care they give. Everyone is helpful and friendly and the service is top notch. Great place

Ive been using PMR for years. They always maintain my vehicles and are very fair. They never try to make me fix anything that isnt needed. Any time I have questions, they are more than happy to explain whats going on with my vehicle, and if possible will even show me whats wrong, so I know Im not being sold parts I dont need. If I ever have a question about services, they are happy to let me know if I actually need it or not, and are willing to check things for me.

Excellent service and the most knowledgeable group around. These guys/gals work on everything. We have taken limos, buses, and straight trucks to them and have always received A+ service and communication. We put a lot of wear and tear on our vehicles and they always make sure we are on schedule. They make customer service a priority and that is becoming increasingly rare these days. We appreciate it very much.

Went in and explained what my truck was doing. I dropped it off and they diagnosed it, and got it fixed. Runs great. Had it at 2 other shops in town, and they couldnt figure it out and gave me the run around. These folks know what theyre doing! The employees are very pleasant to deal with too, on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this folks, if you have vehicle issues. A+

Was recommended by Advanced Autoparts, so there was an expectation of excellent service, especially by it being an emergency and I was going home three States away on the east coast--theyre on Central Time. But none of that happened. I expressly told them I was from out of town and was expecting to be back to work the next day. I was told that they had a few cars ahead of me, but they didnt start on my until after 1:00 pm; ordered a part which didnt come until after 3:30 pm CST. Then, they said they thought root cause of the issue was something other than what they already fixed. Meanwhile, the price is going up as they alluded to other probable causes. Another night at the hotel. The next day they found out the new issue wasnt the actually the cause but found to be another issue altogether with an even more increased price, many alternatives, and more price increase. But get this... The caveat was there was no guarantee for the parts or labor even if they fixed it. WITH!!! They also have a sign posted on the wall stating something to the effect of: am I supposed to stop doing something just to help you. The irony...The undersigned,Stuck and BrokeP.S. I didnt get fixed there so that I could go home. Babygirl is at my brothers house.

I find their honesty and their prices just can’t be beat- when I had a problem with my car at 4 am one time they came right away and had me on the road for work not long after. When I took my car in the only thing wrong was a busted coolant jug. Now it looks like it has liquid glass in my coolant jug. I cant even trade it in

We developed brake issues in our truck on the way to North Carolina. We stopped in Marion on a weekend to desperately try to get it fixed. We took our truck to PMR to get it fixed and made the best choice of the trip! The customer service was excellent, the mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient. Our brake issue wastroubleshot, diagnosed, and repaired in a very timely manner, especially for a weekend! We were back on the road the same afternoon. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend to any one.

As a tourist traveling through Marion, I got myself in a car jam and called PMR for assistance. They responded within minutes and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I would recommend PMR for any traveling tourist in need of towing services.

Never go to this place. I was traveling from out of state and they took advantage of my situation. They over charged and took them 3 hrs to find a spare. They also mounted my tires in the wrong rotation which caused my alignment to pull right. I was 500 miles from my destination. They had poor quality customer service. They treated me poorly. Theres plenty of other tire shops around the area. Not this one not good.

I never write reviews but I was extremely pleased with the interactions and service I received from PMR of Marion and I felt the price I paid was very reasonable. Both employees I dealt with at PMR (Nicole at the front desk and the tech whose name I didnt catch but Im pretty sure he was wearing glasses) were very friendly and professional despite me making an appointment near the end of their day.I drove almost 2 hours to Marion to purchase a used vehicle and wanted to get it inspected. I could see through the windows as the tech meticulously went over every inch of my prospective purchase: inside, outside, underside, and under the hood. I think he actually irritated the salesman from the dealership a bit with his degree of thoroughness, going so far as to check the seats folding down to cargo mode and back, scanning the spare tire compartment, etc. but I was more than happy to wait a little bit of extra time for the complete inspection.He made a list of the various minor issues he found and took me out to show me all the cosmetic stuff and explained how big of a deal each item was before giving his recommendations for each issue as well as a recommendation on the vehicle as a whole.If Im ever near Marion again with the need for auto service Im coming back to PMR.

Good place to check out for all your car service and repair.

I took my VW Jetta in for a broken fuel line and ended up replacing 2 fuel lines and then they put on my fuel filter did my plugs and wires but unfortunately there was still a misfiring on cylinder 3 but they pointed me to my coil pack and possibly a fuel injector but I went with coil pack first and it was a easy fix my husband and I were able to do it ourselves in about 30 minutes. If it wasn’t for PMR I wouldn’t have a dependable vehicle for a great price. The labor and the tow from Goreville to Marion was very reasonable. Thanks for everything you guys are the best and I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to have work done on my Jetta!!! Love ❤️ PMR Mecanics they are honest and kind and great at fixing cars no matter what the job.... we had been to them before when they were located on Market!! Thanks again guys for all your help!!!
