If I could give zero stars I would. In six months, my family has had 4 packages go through this carrier facility. NONE of them have made it on time! We pay extra $$ to ship overnight or two day and it takes a week to 10 days to receive? They have offered me the option to “pick up”, but why would I do that when I paid for delivery and don’t live in Marietta? They obviously lack comprehension of this and competent management. I can only suggest you use USPS. Their rates are comparable and your package will arrive on time. If I would have been given an option on who the shipper used to ship my daughter’s flower girl dress, I would have chosen any option other than FedEx and paid any price to make sure her dress arrived ON TIME! Their incompetence also leaves a negative reflection on the shippers who use them.

The manager Victor Beaz and his employee Davidia we absolutely rude and disrespectful! They were talking over us, moking us, threatened to ship the package back , and not allow us to pick our own package !The whole situation was - my order was supposed to be delivered on Sept 4th, then got postponed to Sept 10, then 11th, and then they changed it to Sept 13th, which was too late for me as I was flying on the 11th afternoon as I was abroad. Even all my requests and attemps to get it delivered early , they didnt. They tried to deliver a few times at home , but due to work nobody was home. So when my boyfriend went to pick it up from office , they refused to give it to him, neither to help us out, even that I was on face time , with my ID trying to talk with him. He absolutely ignored me , talked over me , and was making faces the whole time, telling us we have to stay home however it takes ,the whole days or all week even , waiting on them to deliver whenever..

Victor Baez was very disrespectful towards me. I was trying to pick up a package that was late two times and he explained to me in a very rude way how I should stay at home all day to avoid this from happening. Mr Baez said that he will call the police if I dont leave when I was trying to be polite at first but he wasnt willing to help. Absolutely disgusted with Victor Baezs lack of professionalism and attitude!

I had some trouble getting a package delivered and ended up picking it up here without issue. A few days later, I dropped off another package. Both times, the staff were helpful, nice, and efficient. Didnt have to wait more than a few minutes for the pick up and my drop off was handled immediately, taped up and all.

Fed Ex delivered my packed to an office park (not my residence). Then redacted the actual address (it was there last week, but not anymore) AND they changed the receiver name (again, last week my name was attached to the tracking number.) I am livid. There is no local phone number listed. I am out my money AND my package. The shipper is in China, so I cannot follow up.Basically a Fed Ex employee STOLE my package, LIED about delivery, and CHANGED the delivery instructions.

6 days later after overnighting a package, FEDEX cant tell me where it is at in the Marietta facility. This package has not been delivered in 5 days. This package has not been updated on the FEDEX website in 5 days. >10 call to FEDEX operator has revealed nothing. Supervisors are NOT taking calls. Marietta office is not taking calls from customers or FEDEX employees. FEDEX escalations department is NOT working. My surgical supplies for Mondays surgery is in Marietta but no deliveries. I will cancel 2 surgeries because FEDEX has zero responses to this doctor in 6 days. Horrible service. Horrible operators. Horrible company.Still no help from FEDEX. No updates. >20 calls. No urgency. 2 surgeries now cancelled because of FEDEX. No concerns from the Customer Service operators. No escalations for investigation. No delivery time.

I had a package coming from Walmart that the delivery guy literally just dropped off on my driveway on Sunday May 30th on homestead circle in Kennesaw. I guess he didnt want to be at work on the eve of Memorial day!! Unfortunately I cannot post the picture to show how far the distance where the package was dropped off from my front door and how poorly that package was also handled with all the tape off of the box as well as the holes on that said box. I must say that even though it was an oversized package, it only weighted about 30 lbs or so which is way below the weight requirement that is asked of any delivery person wanting to make deliveries (50 lbs or more is on that job application). It surely wasnt a big deal for ME to get it up the few steps that lead to my front porch/front door. The bottom line is: handle these customers packages responsibly and do your job right or get some hand to surface training before mishandling customers packages.

Two days in a row I sat in my house waiting for my package to be delivered and GOT NOTHING BUT TEXT MESSAGES STATING THAT THE DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT FAILED. When no one came to my house nor knocked on my door ! Now I’m having to go to the location to get my package because the driver lied !I will say whomever I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and helped as much as she could but this location needs to pay their drivers more ... maybe that’ll make them care about the job more ! The ship center itself was fine. I give 3 stars because I did get my package, and it got (eventually) from point A to point B. However, Im only giving 3 stars because I had a live animal overnight shipped from a town 8 hours away from me, and the poor animal had to be stuck in a box for 40 hours because overnight seems to mean something completely different to FedEx. This is the second time in a year that Ive shelled out for FedEx overnight, and both times my packages were very late and far from overnight. The first time my package contained time sensitive legal document, and this time a live animal. Im very disappointed with their service.

They did an amazing job for me yesterday. I was having trouble with a lost FedEx Ground shipment (a different company all-together so not their fault) and they managed to find it for me in their warehouse with only my description and no tracking number. They looked without complaint, and helped me ship it again via FedEx express, and we able to help me pick up a package that had been attempted delivery during the day, but missed. Even though there was a long line they moved through it quickly and efficiently. Also, they are being very respectful of COVID protocols. Shoutout to Kevan, who found my package despite all odds and saved my life. And thank you to Kenneth for doing my shipping and taking the time to discuss with me the differences between ground, express, priority, etc., and just generally giving me some tips and tricks of international shipping. He was very nice and funny. I will be returning to this location only for all of my shipping needs in the future.

Drove over & was told it might be in the building & it might be on a truck but I have no way of knowing because we started at 10:30 instead of 8am!!! Paid for an overnight delivery to receive last Friday. I was updated package was on the truck for delivery the whole day. 630pm it was back at the Franklin way branch. Made several phone calls and was told they didnt express delivery on weekends, the weather in Memphis was bad, and they had an overwhelming amount of packages to deliver.... none of which had anything to do with me. Come Monday received text that package was available for pick up. Get there 45 minutes after opening and no body can find my package! HOURS later, my package reappears. Bad business FEDEX!😡

What’s the point paying for service that you can’t get. They don’t even care about the fact you took a day off work to make sure you receive your package and they don’t show up. Manager pops her head out to yell about too many customers in the lobby, and then leaves the one rep to handle everything. Victor is amazingly quick and responsive for all packages for regulars and knows the system backwards and forwards and gets everyone out as quickly as possible, all other staff seem to not know where to look for packages or process simple shipping requests in less than 5 minutes. Teresa Jenkins needs to reevaluate her managerial style.

Has done an absolutely horrible job of handling my overnight package. You and your management made a decision to leave two-year-old forms out in the boxes that prevented me from getting my package shipped. But what was even worse, is that no one called me on Monday when I still had the opportunity to get the package delivery corrected. In fact, no one called me until Wednesday afternoon making it so that my Tuesday delivery could not possibly get there prior to Thursday. Someone was waiting on that package. Know that if they fail to deliver your express saver package for any reason, they will not make any attempt to contact you the recipient or make another delivery, they will simply send the package back to the sender and negatively impact whatever issue you had that required the express delivery in the first place. Worst express service I have ever experienced and nothing but excuses when dealing with them. I will do my best to never use their express shipping again.

In and out fairly efficiently considering there was only one employee. But I consider that point a problem.It takes a very long time due to servicing complicated business and large/multiple package customers. Picture home depot style rolly carts stacked with boxes and you get an idea of the 3 customers in line ahead. Simple drops get stuck behind business shipping since they only staffed one employee.All in all, I stood in line for 20-25 minutes here. If youve got a simple prepaid drop, you might want to consider sliding through the print & ship locations instead of this one, since those seem to be more for ordinary people making ecommerce returns, and only come here if you need to ship things for business.I cant rate too poorly, the location functions fine as a business shipping center, but youve got to consider your needs before making the trip. This might not be where you want to be.

Customer service was good but the delivery was horrible the fake attempt to deliver packages and claim closing this is not a way to do business. I requested a phone call to verify the delivery so that I could be there to receive it and I didn’t get that I just claimed that the business was closed even though the business was not closed they said that they probably tried to deliver to the back on the receiving but it’s a hotel and this is a personal item they should’ve attempted or at least called to verify so that the receiver can pick it up

FedEx Driver stated that he delivered item to my front door and he did not! When I called customer service they told me that there is nothing I can do. This is a heavy product that I am not able to lift on my own and I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS WAS DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR AND IT STILL WAS NOT!! When I called FedEx to make this right, Heather on their customer service team let me know (while laughing) that this is not something that they do. This is completely ridiculous!

My experience with this FedEx has been atrocious. I was meant to receive my package on Tuesday (my cell phone which I need for work). After getting home from work I found a door tag and went to the store listed for pick-up before they closed(the store was a 15 minute drive from my apartment each way). Upon arrival I presented the door tag and my Government issued ID, however, the staff would not give me my package as the addresses did not match up. After trying to reason with them that the name is identical on the ID and package and in their system they still refused. I eventually told them that I would return the next day with proof of residency. The following day I arrived promptly at opening of their facility only to wait for 15 minutes before any staff came out from the back (Wednesday 11/30/2016) I left before anyone came out to assist costumers as I was now running late for work. I returned on my break only to be told that my package was in transit meaning it was on a truck somewhere and that the employee the night before did not place my package on hold. I was then told that it would arrive at my apartment around 12:44 pm that same day. I explained the situation to my boss and went home to wait for the delivery. It is now 4pm and there has been no sign of the delivery man. I could not be more outraged about this situation and I will never use this facility or FedEX ever again.

VERY unprofessional and unorganized. The associate told me 3 different things on how to get my package then he’d switch it to something else after I satisfied the requirements. Then the manager came out and was worse. They all need retraining or different jobs since they are terrible at this one. The ladies in this office were about the only FedEx employees that were willing to be helpful in a matter where FedEx made a series of mistakes. The main customer service number was a nightmare to deal with. The gals in this office were the only ones to take ownership of a problem and try to resolve it - elsewhere just a lot of buck passing & that is a lot of aggravating time on hold only to be told that they were yet again the wrong dept. Ugh. The Windy Hill Fed Ex office store - just drive on past it to a UPS or Post Office - those guys were as bad as the 1800#. In spite of the solid efforts of the nice people at this store, I will never use Fed Ed again due to the extreme aggravation of dealing with everyone else that I spoke to.
