Thanks to Ron Cagle and his team for a great job on T-shirts for our car clubs annual car show. His pricing was very competitive and his turn time was very reasonable -- about a week. We had our shirts right on time and everyone loved them!

If youre paying $16-$20 per shirt for direct to garment print, you need to reevaluate your business strategy. No one should be paying over $7-$10. And the minimum quantity is 24 so that takes out the entire convenience of DTG printing.

When I called to gain an explanation of the process, I spoke to Ron whom claims to be the manager. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and nasty! He rushed me the entire conversation and gave me a very vague, unclear explanation of the process. He was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. His customer service skills were horrific!!!! It’s truly sad when a company feels they do well finically they lose all humbleness towards the people whom got them there ( the customers ).
