My Samsung S7 battery failed and popped the back partially off the phone. They had a replacement battery in stock and completed the replacement while we had lunch in the area. The price, ~$65, was nominal and beat the hassle getting a battery from Amazon and dealing with the sealed case. We went back the next day and had my wifes S7 battery replaced too. The owner will gladly tell you how smart he is. This is one of those rare cases where he isn’t lying.

My phone wouldnt charge when I was down there on vacation. Stopped in, hour later phone was fixed and is still working great. Owner a tad gruff, but he knows his stuff.

The owner of the rental space is the biggest a hole I have ever met! I hope that nobody in the world ever need help with your computer while in the keys. He is the most unprofessional jack ss has no customer service personality told me he “hope you die today”. It was all over a used printer I purchased from him that doesn’t work. I just asked if he could get it to work with my laptop I would keep it otherwise I would like a refund. Would not give me a refund called him several choice name!! I spent $138.68 to learn what kind of person he is.

Called to see if they had a charger for my laptop and the way he handled the call was a good reason not to want to shop there- he said we dont need your money . Very rude.

Came here with a cracked iPhone 11 and they “fixed” it by making the touch screen only work sometimes and it now has a white haze over the whole screen. Came back to see if they would fix the issues but they refused.Expensive and poor quality.

Needed a new computer charger...quick, pleasant and affordable! The kit I got is good for multiple chargers so I feel set for life!

Horrible service, not even good morning, they way he talks to the people makes me wonder how is that bussines still in place. i went looking for help as a local thinking that i was going to get help or at least to him but not even. i would never recommend anybody to go there. all i remember he saying is that he charges $120 an hour over and over again. I left so dissapointed because i thought the keys was all about helping locals, obviously not this guy.

I was in desperate need a power cord for my laptop while on vacation. He not only opened the store for me on Labor Day, but sold me a cord at a very reasonable price. He extended my vacation 4 days. I am beyond grateful.

The clown working seems to think that hurling insults at customers walking in the door is a good idea. Took everything I had to be nice and try to help him turn his day around. What an absolute example of the bad down in the keys. Go back to Connecticut and stop telling yourself you are a local who has some sort of right to yell at Keys property owners who walk into your store.

Extremely Rude, no people skills, AVOID

Just went in to all keys computers and was shocked at the unwelcoming “service” of the man working. I had a bunch of cell and laptop repairs to be had but thought I would just come in to see what was in the store. Extremely rude and unwelcoming person who would barely acknowledge us. No wonder there is a help wanted sign.

Who did they pay to get a good rating... after dealing with the twins bro and sis for 2 minutes i can only expect the reason they are still open is because of lack of competition. Go to key west i save 40% and was talked to professionally... hope they fail as a business.. they already did as human beings

We had an unfortunate accident and dropped our iPhone in the ocean while in Marathon. The technician there was able to save the phone, all of our vacation photos and did it very quickly.

So impressed with this business. I came in with a MacBook pro with a screen issue, and the gentleman helping me could easily have made himself more money with a $5-600 screen repair. However, he made me aware of a service program that Apple had quietly launched that allowed me to fix my screen for free. I will always appreciate locals helping locals and running businesses with high moral standards. THANK YOU!

I went to All Keys computers on a cable to connect the computer to the light, this was very difficult to find since it is not well known so I had not had much luck in finding it.Fortunately, my visit to All keys computers was very timely. I quickly found what I was looking for. I will recommend this place to all my acquaintances

Fast service

The man running the store is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered operating a business. He is completely rude on the phone and needlessly rude in the store. I guess being the only computer store on the island has kept this place in operation.

I read some of the previous reviews & yes the owner is a little brusque, but he is damn good at his job. He fixed my daughter’s iPhone 6 screen when she dropped it, plus he fixed the camera at no extra charge when I mentioned it was broken. I’ll take a lack of bedside manner when the quality of work & speed is this good. Would recommend

My Cousins PC just stopped working suddenly and we took it to All keys and they told us its power supply needed replaced. Did the job in 24 hours. Very helpful.

Wow, this has got to be the rudest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. First, let me state that I did not get past the terrible first impression and walked out without giving my computer to them, so I cant rate their technical expertise. When I asked questions all I got were flippant answers. Me: Do you have a rough idea of what it will cost, Tech: somewhere between $100 and $12,000. Me: How long will it be before you can take a look at it: Tech: it could be 2 hrs or 30 days. You get the idea. They seem to be the only computer repair shop in Marathon, so they think being polite to customers is not required.

Brought them a laptop that was not functioning as fast as it used to and needed more memory, The took care of bit right away and runs fast and flawlessly now. Thank you for your work. A+

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Honesty and integrity doesn’t get better than this place. My HTC10 phone had a cracked screen. Did a google search and found this highly rated phone screen repair shop. Stopped in. Didn’t stock my screen but could order it in for me. But first he did a computer search and found I could order a refurbished HTC10 on eBay for about 2/3 the cost of the repair. I chose to give my money to the local guy for the repair and told him to order the new screen and call me when it was in and I would drop the phone off at his shop. He would not take a deposit for the screen. He called in a couple days and had the new screen. I said I would be in the next day. Before heading for the repair shop the next morning, I decided to remove the phone’s protective case. I almost also removed the after-market screen protector I had applied myself nearly 2 years ago when the phone was new. However, I was a bit concerned that the cracked glass screen would come apart so I left it on. When I returned to the shop a few hours later, to my surprise I was told that it was the screen protector which had done its job and cracked and not the phone screen itself. Although I felt a bit foolish for not having removed the screen protector myself and discovering that no repair was needed, I was grateful that he was so honest. He said there was no charge and would not accept payment, even for the screen he had to special order. He said he would put it into his inventory for future use but I know the chances of another HTC10 owner needing a screen repair in Marathon are pretty slim. After some persistence he did agree to accept a donation to his favorite Cat charity, a donation jar was sitting on the counter. I highly recommend this shop.

I found the owner to be very rude on the phone. I had someone else do some work for me and they where unable to complete the job. I then went to All Keys Computers and the owner told me I should have gone to him first, that he was the only one in the Keys who did it correctly. I then asked him if he would fix the problem and he said no, because I didn’t go to him first. I offered to pay him as if no one had done any work, and he yelled, refused and hung-up on me.I have used this dealer in the past and seemed to have done satisfactory work. I was planning on purchasing a new laptop from his business, however that won’t be the case. In fact, I am surprised that he would treat a customer in such a offensive manner.

I called them asking for help with my apple computer. They were able to fix the problem I had but instead showed me how it was a known problem for the model and make and how apple would fix it for free. Mark saved me a lot of time and money!

Great service. I had issues with my laptop so I contacted All Keys Computers. They told me that is probably something with power supply and we set up meeting next day. And they were right, some conection was dameged and repairman fixed tthat in 15 minutes.Highly recommend!

Absolutely the most horrible customer service you can imagine. Please spare yourself the aggravation. After waiting 2 weeks for a laptop repair (that has been done twice before in 3 days) and becoming frustrated - he literally told me that if you ever want to see your laptop again you will apologize for your tone. Unacceptable timeframes, unacceptable attitude.

I’m very sorry to do this review to a local business, but I feel betrayed by a trusted profesional ...In June 2017, I took my apple laptop to be repaired because it was not turning on... after two weeks there, they told me, the mother board needs to be replaced... I said OK... paid them $188.11 and took the computer home.... after a month working, the computer shut down again, I took it back to repair and today 3 months later, no one from the store had called me to inform me of the problem or when it will be fixed ...when I called today, very upset for the lack of professionalism, the owner of the store, told me that he had not worked on it and that it was my fault the data was bad, because I had used Quickbooks... (and some sort of technical explanation).....told him that I had taken the computer there because it was not turning on, like the first time it was there.... he hang up the phone, supposedly because I was yelling ....I went to pick up my computer.... he told me in my face he was giving me my computer back in pieces, that he will NOT put it together and if I want to I could take it to Miami or hire an attorney...I said no, I will only write a review about your services and he went on to threaten me and said that if I write a bad review on him, he will write 100 about my business if I wanted to play that game.... He did not only disrespected me, he bullied me and made threads to retaliate against my business if I told the truth about his service....I think if the job was too big for him, he should have not taken the job in the first place ...
