Definitely the best electronics store Ive ever been to, especially if youre into hard to find vintage stuff. Great place to find guitar amps, both new and old tube amps. And they service tube/solid state amps (guitar or audio). I have 2 old PA tube amps there right now being converted to guitar amps. Literally the only place I would even think about bringing them. Also a large selection of vinyl which Im always looking for too. Picture is of a 1964 Gibson Falcon amp I bought from Barracks about 3-4 months ago. Sounds incredible.

No one paid attention or talked to us as we entered, walked around, or when we left.

Friendly helpful staff we got 2 speakers and they sound fantastic.

If youre going here looking for car audio, dont bother. This place has seriously gone downhill since the 90s. Theres absolutely nothing in stock, and what is in stock is covered in a layer of dust so thick I dont think its been moved for a year at least.

If you neee broken stuff or you need to be dissapointed heres your place and its sad because back in the day this use to be a 5 star place to go.

Great store with some really awesome finds. Everything is in really good condition and well priced. The owner was super nice and helped me downsize and even made it an even trade when the speakers I left with were priced higher than the value of mine.

Great inventory of used electronics-- especially A/V equipment, along with other odds and ends.

So I took my Marantz back to Barracks Trading Post this moring at 10 because it was making a distortion/feedback noise as soon as i turned it on. No sooner then me driving back to my house I get a call from them telling me they replaced all of the transistors on the sound board and its ready for pick up. Better yet that the cost is $0.00 because I purchased from them. Highly recommended for vintage stereo equipment...

After going to 6 different places looking for a replacement plug to an old big screen projection tv and finding nothing, I stopped by Barracks Trading Post because of all of their vintage audio/video equipment. I talked to one of the guys there named Jay. He said they dont have that but that you could easily cut that cord, solder it and attach a new plug. I said, easy for you but not me. I know nothing about electric and wouldnt even want to try. He said he would do it for me. Took him less than 10 minutes to make me another cord that I couldnt find anywhere. Then to top it off, he wouldnt take any money for his work. After a couple of minutes, I threw a few bucks up and said at least let me pay for the new cord.The guys that work in this place are great. Very nice and smart guys that probably could fix just about any of your old equipment that is hard to find parts for. Plus, the store is filled with great vintage stuff. Cant say enough great things about this place. I will be back.

Purchased laptop from them with Windows program installation..2 days later called to inform of problem told me to bring it back in..reinstalled program 1 day later program not working called them again was told if it happens again after installation they cant do nothing for me...purchased laptop because they said they could install the newest program for it and couldnt..and its my fault? well will never ever go there again and informed all of my family friends church members on how they conduct business..they use to be good..been a customer for years but never again..Thanks for zilch

Barracks trading post has very professional and qualified customer service. The people there are also very nice and helpful. I used this company for almost 10 years. I work with audio and video technology systems and they have just about everything I need. The thing I like most about here is there unbelievably low prices they have good quality tech and systems for not even a quarter of the original price. I highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality tech at low prices. I just bought a network receiver with an original value of 1300$ and I got it for 285$. He tested it for me, I brought it home and it worked perfectly. Still works till this day. In conclusion everything deserves a second chance. Just because the products are used doesnt mean that they dont work. Again, I have bought frome here for 10 years and I never had a problem. Barracks trading post is the place to go!

Great place to find the hottest and hard to find items new and slightly used.. prices are exceptional ,the owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly... Our dog chewed up the cord to my husbands battery jumper box. I called the manufacturer, they said it was on backorder to the point they didnt know if or when they would get it in. I went to Lowes, since Radio Shack is no longer available. They gave me the end that could be attached if someone knew how to put it together. I saw that someone on this site recommended Barracks. I took it there, they fixed it for me. NO CHARGE!!! I offered and he wouldnt accept payment. Awesome people! Thanks again! You saved my dog lol! 😁

Stopped carrying alot of stuff

These guys were awesome! Took in some stereo equipment that needed to be repaired had it at another shop prior who had it for months before they said it could not be fixed and charged me $16 for nothing. Guys at the Barracks not only had it fixed the next day but found another problem and didnt charge me for it. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely use them again in the future Thank you!

Outstanding service all ways very helpful

Getting ready to sell my car and had an aftermarket radio system in it. Sold it here for an OK price (-1 star). They even took the system out of the car for me and put my original radio back in for free. (+ 1 star). I would recommend going here.

Great place for treasure hunting. Awesome prices, too! Just a couple of days ago I went there and I was interested in buying a used subwoofer for my TV. The guy I talked to could not get it to work because the subwoofer had to work together with a soundbar, which they did not have. So, the guy says to me I will not be able to sell this, so you can have it for free if you want, so I took it with me, at no charge! This speaks volumes about how much they do care about customers and how they stand behind what they sell. Great service, friendly, too. Will have to go back soon!!

Barracks set me up up with some great used stereo equipment for a good price. They had exactly what I was looking for and were extremely helpful.

These guys have been around for longer than I can remember. They are great when you need some replacement electronics and dont need the latest and greatest. My 8-year-old Samsung blu-ray player died, so I stopped in and got and got a newer player for $35.Its a great place to get some vintage high-end audio equipment at bargain prices.

Dont stop by here if you want to get a fair price for your electronics/etc. They only deal in specific items, and their store seems to be mainly geared towards car stereo equipment and the like. I found the staff to be obstinate and rather unhelpful as well. Dont bother, or if you have to, call ahead and see if its even worth it.

Save time and money. These guys are nasty. They offered me $35.00 for a dvd player that is still a current model. I took it elsewhere and got $ 100.00 for it. They take most items for as less as possible ,then mark it up 300%. WHAT A RIP OFF.......
