Usually I don’t write reviews for places because I don’t want to be trouble. But I had a scheduled delivery today 2/8/20 between 2-4pm. Very nice delivery guys. I ordered a queen size bedroom set and they bought the pieces for a king size bedroom set. That annoyed me because why aren’t you prepared and why isn’t anybody checking to make sure the right pieces got on the truck??? Than I had to call and reschedule my appointment and now I have to wait additional days to get my bed up because I have to work around their schedule when they bought the wrong pieces. It’s not my fault and something needs to be done or I’m calling corporate. Also the guy who answered the phone at the store was not helpful at all and it makes me so upset. If it wasn’t for me not wanting to be dramatic I honestly want them to take it apart and I take my services else where.

I can’t speak to anyone about a complaint I have about an employee that wouldn’t take a payment. I won’t get into detail of what happened but what they did was completely unprofessional. They tell me to do it through their website but it keeps giving me an error.

Never had a problem if u pay on time no one should call u saying u need to pay ..helps they report to credit bureau...one satisfied customer here

I have gone with home choice before and was very happy with it. I just ordered new furniture before moving into my new place. I went in last week to give them my new address and they said they would change everything so it would be delivered to our new place. We were told they would be here between 1-3 today my husband waited around all day for them and no one came. They delivered to our old address because they never changed it in the system. Its been almost 3 hours after they told us they would be here and are still not here. They just left our furniture with people that currently live in our old place. Im not very pleased with how this all went down. We lost almost a whole day waiting around for them.

Withing hours of putting an order I found no need for the appliance after all so told them I no longer needed their appliance, To cancel my order before I even got the appliance delivery and that I would like my down payment back since they never delivered the appliance. They said We cant do that because its used for restocking and it will hurt your credit. I gave more than they ask for the down payment, seriously if I would off given way more they would off seriously hurt my pockets more then they did. Really pathetic if you ask me! Should at least got 50% of my down payment or the difference between the initial down payment asked for then what it was given!

They provide a service to people that my not have any other option..

There are really nice people and my mother has buy things from home choice more than once already. They deliver the bedroom set to your house. They also set it up for you. Where else you want it to be. The price may be high but you can always make payments on them.

Worst place ever. I believe that if youre ever late on a payment they try to rag doll you.this is the worst customer service i have ever received anywhere. Never rent from here because somehow theyre disrespectful and tries to change the price of what your renting everyweek dont bother. Just save up to buy your own furniture

Staff is great working with you, but didnt quite improve my credit as well as I figured, you will also pay more then if you bought the product outrite

Love the idea of giving payment its the only way that I can get Furniture and brand new even though it a little expensive also it is helping me building up my credit points....that is awesome

Pathetic. Told them they should not deliver yesterday during a blizzard and they attempt to anyway, get stuck and refuse to deliver before Tuesday. Tell them we want our money back and to cancel, and was hung up on. What a joke. Do not go here.

People are rude. So when we told him we would be in next week to pay it off he said yeah right what ever you say. We paid it off the next week. Will never be back.
