They are always open to answer questions, came here about a week or so ago looking for a baby turkey and I missed them. The man explained that it wasnt a scheduled delivery and they were surprised they had them this year. Theyre always nice, and super friendly, I had to return a few things and they werent as judgemental like most WMs are.Edit to Add: I absolutely love their succulents they carry, however not all employees know how to take care of them. I wish theyd hire me to specifically care for the plants.PS. I would love to work for yall, just let your girl know when.

Been trying to call the store in Manchester Tennessee for 3 or 4 days at different times in the day and cant get anyone to answer. If they are that busy, you couldnt get waited on if you go out there, so I will just go to Coop and not bother them .bothe.them

Normally my family has had a great experience at this store. But tonight I went in at 838pm and needed something from the lot outside. I was told that the lot closes at 830pm. I did not see that anywhere on the site nor was there a sign stating that that I could see.

Really great service. Placed order... used PayPal (which I feel good about) and left the house. By the time I got to the store my order was ready to be put in the truck. Thank you for keeping me safe. Take good care.

Just love love love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and super sweet and friendly. My 15yo was walking around while I talked with one of the staff about mower parts and the cashier and the gentleman I was talking with said that the cashier would tackle anyone who would think about luring my daughter outside! They are the best employees ever, just wish I could remember their names.

Great customer service was out of chicken feed but thats because the truck hadnt came in yet. Will be a loyal customer for a long time. Just really helps me and my sister out a lot! She is an asset to the team!

Good tractor supply. Went to get some stuff for my dog. Fun fact: if you have a great dane, they have a horse enrichment toy that has to be flipped to get food out and it works for large dogs!

The staff there on July 27 I was needing some spray not one staff Where able to help with what I was needing. Evan was just rude. The older man outside had no time to help he was busy just standing around talking. I finally called someone thats goes into the store to shop and that person on the phone told me right where it was. Hope I can go else where for what I may need.

Pick up a pick nice table made of plastic and metal assembled myself not hard staff very polite. But did not load or help load box on pick up.

My husband and father in law had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and the older gentlemen working with her that evening on 9/11/17. We came in looking for a diesel reserve tank for our travel back home to Florida knowing that gas was in high demand due to Hurricane Irma. I have no comment? Its really watch a get trees, flowers and bedding plants in letting them die most of the time the trees dont get watered like they should and all other plants are the same way. This my second summer in Manchester, Tennessee because last year they lost more than 70% of the trees that I know about. If Tractor Supply dont to take care of them why get them in just to not take care of and loose money letting them die. Somebody isnt looking out for the company. Back in my days when we received trees, flowers, bedding plants and hanging baskets we would mark them down before we lost them. If I was that store manager district supervisor he would had been wrote up then fired there is no excuse for it.

I love shopping at tractor supply, especially during chick days. I dont know anyone would want to shop anywhere else. They have everything. They also price match competitors prices. They have to best price on gallons of wd40. Its so hard to stay away from this place.

Not the best customer service in the world. Make sure if you are buying something from the outside lot that you are getting what you expect. Some cashiers have difficulty interpreting the pricing in their book.

Normally I love TSC, but today I went to three different stores looking for Nutrena Senior horse feed, and ended up with one lousy bag. Why they dont stock more of this popular item is beyond me. Theres always piles of the other Nutrenas, but theres never enough Senior. Come on, guys, you cant sell it if its not on the shelf!
