Terrible company to deal with. Ordered something for my daughter, and received a completely different item. I called the number on the packing slip and no one there knew what to do. This was a gift for her birthday, and the supervisor Diane laughed it off and said my daughters item was shipped to someone else and I received their order. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was a mistake made there but Id have to call somewhere else to get it rectified. This company screwed up and made zero effort to correct it, then when I was upset that I have to now call around to get this fixed Diane told me she didnt know why I was upset, that things arent always perfect and I should get over it and she hung up. When I called back I was sent to the fax machine for an hour straight. Of course the company she referred me to is a voice mail box that never gets a return phone call. Stay away from companies that mess up, and dont take responsibility
