Need to have faster service because of computer programs is to slow when looking up products and company names

Everyone at this branch was amazingly helpful. They took the time to explain how to fix my window and even helped fix it. They went above and beyond.

Lousy customer service as far as most of the pickers and a few office workers always have a chip on there shoulder.

The to the receiving didnt open until 8:08 am. By that time trucks already lined up for delivery and the use 1 door to unload.

Agree with the previous post that since Lansing took over, customer service has left the building. Bob Morrison and Fred Bigney would roll over in their grave if they saw what has become of their beloved company. As of right now I have been waiting 2 hours to find out where one composite decking board that is supposed to be stock is. I ordered it 2 months ago so I can finish a job.

Anytime we call this company we wait on hold for over an hour. Many jobs delivered incorrectly and no urgency on redelivery. Lead times given inaccurately (off by 3 weeks or more). Overall this company really needs some work. We’ve been working with them patiently for over two years and I think things are getting worse. I’m not one to leave reviews but, I hope the company realizes they need to make some major changes or continue to lose customers. I will update my review if things change or get better.

Been going their for ten plus years. The gentlemen and ladies behind the counter are great customer service is wonderful. Guys in the warehouse helpful and know their stuff about every product in the warehouse. The drivers are great and they deliver the products to customers house.

They are in the midst of getting up and running. Things seem a little unorganized.

Ordered windows in March for sun room. Only received a few screens. Rest were to be delivered shortly after realizing their error. Its June 26th and still no screens. Called and discovered they had been sitting there for weeks. Very disappointed.

Horrible place to work in customer service. You should wake up in the morning wanting to go to work. Everyday here you feel like you dont do anything good unless your the bosses favorite if your not she will make your life miserable talk behind your back to other staff members which is very unprofessional. Also to allow other staff members talk badley about each other should not be allowed. On top of that she has brought in her own people like her sister who never get in trouble or do anything and she allows them to tell other staff what to do. In a business this should not be allowed there are levels in command for a reason to insure all staff are properly tested in a fair manner. And if person relationships are being allowed such as allowing her to be the boss of her sister and friends how do you think that makes other staff feel.it is unacceptable that she can not be a boss and is allowed to treat staff the way she does as well as have her family members working for her and never being reprimanded when they do wrong. I would never recommend anyone i know to go work here.

Harvey does not stand behind their products. I have a door from them and now they claim it is not warranted by them, it’s a third party and I have been trying to get an answer from this company for several weeks. I will stick with Andersen products going forward as they stand by their products. Harvey never again.
