Great shop! They had just received the specific bike a Yeti SB130 T2 I was looking for a while. I called in the morning just put a small deposit and they had it built for me to use over the weekend that day. Helped me with with some carbon wheel upgrades with 0 attitude like most shops out there. Highly recommend and definitely going back! Thank you Justin, Casey and Bob!

Absolutely the place to go to get a bike. Very knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to do business with. My family will be exclusively going here for all biking needs.

Terrible service! After driving 35 minutes to get there having been assured that raising the handle bars was a quick adjustment they coild do while we wait, as long as it wasnt a weekend, we get there Thursday midday and are told we have to leavr it. But it gets worse. We see the part they are going to use will not raise it as high as we wanted. He then insists that the higher part is not possible without rerunning all the hydraulics etc. Except that is not true. We already installed the longer part ourselves and the hydraulics were fine. Our part was just missing one thing to keep the steering column tight and we didnt have it. So i put their originsl stuff back on and we took it to them. But instead of actually listening to the customer, his ego jumped in Im a profesdional and proceeded to unprofessionally interrupy and then ignore their customer insisting what had already been done was impossible. Ridiculous. I was going to bring snother bike in for work. I will never do business with them again.

Wish I could give more stars. I am probably the biggest pain in the rear, but Justin and Bob are always ready to assist in my questions, switching out parts, or doing maintenance. I always dreamed to be able to afford these types of bikes. They are absolutely the best in New Hampshire. Best bikes, best service, best maintenance by far. Last visit I went in to switch out my grips, and I also walked out with a new Carbon Descendant Sram Eagle Crank in less than 20 minutes for everything. Already looking forward to my next bike. Thanks guys!

These guys ROCK! At a time when NOBODY has bikes they do! I was able to walk in, try on a couple of bikes for size, and then order it. It showed up in under a week. I was amazed at their foresight to have bikes on order from 8 months ago so they would have some in stock this spring. Bob and the gang were super nice and informative, answering all of my many questions in an honest and straightforward manner. They were supportive and easy to deal with in a no pressure sales environment. I wish I lived closer but its definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend.

After searching many bike shops on-line all around New England, I found Cycles Etc. Manchester. They still had lots of bikes which surprised me when most bike shops did not due to the supply chain problem. I tested a demo fat-bike and found that it was awesome but I still needed a full suspension mountain bike for the type of riding I wanted to do. I then tested and bought a Giant Trance Advanced 2 xl. After my first ride there was a minor problem. When I returned to the shop they remembered me by name and found that there was a manufacturers defect. Justin actually replaced it with an upgrade and when I offered to pay the for the upgrade they politely said no, even again when I offered to meet them halfway. I am extremely happy with my new mountain bike. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Social distance Protocols are great. Awsome customer service!Update 4 weeks later: Still no bikes in Massachusetts and scarce everywhere else so my wife bought a giant trance Advanced Pro 29er.Awesome bike she loves it! She went up alone and picked it out and told me she got the same top Notch service!Paul

I purchased a used 16 We the People BMX bike for my child through privet sale. The front tire was low so I filled the tire (not exceeding the recommended psi). That night, the tire went instantly flat as it was in my kitchen. My wife picked up a new tube the following day and my daughter was eager to ride. I however was at work so I suggested to have the pros do it so that my girl could ride it as soon as possible. She brought the bike to Cycles Etc located next to Naults in Manchester. After learning the bike was being service, I took a short break at work to reach out to thier service department and notify the tech working on the bike to inspect the rim tape and replace it if necessary. The person that I spoke with was not the tech working on my bike and he said that it was included in the service. (As I would expect at a pro shop) The bike was paid for and off we go! My daughter didnt get 1 lap around the block before the tire did the same thing. Once I learned about what happened, I came home to inspect the tire myself to be sure there wasnt something else causing the blowout. (I have over 25 years of street riding experience, I have assembled and tuned bikes for Naults cycle in Nashua when I was a teen) Low and behold, after sliding the tire aside away from the rim to inspect, I instantly noticed the spoke caps excessively worn through the rim tape in the same area as the tube puncture. The following day I called the shop and explained to them the situation. I was informed to bring the back back down. At this point, me having to take the time to bring the bike down a 2nd time, I was already into a simple bicycle tube for the cost of labor, 1 tube, downtime, and now travel expenses. About 2 weeks later...... (This morning), I took the day off due to the forecast as I work outside. Went into the shop, a tech broke the wheel down and instantly came back to tell me that it didnt need rim tape. I asked him to bring the rim to me so that I can show him the warn though area on the tape and how it lined up exactly with the leak on the tire. Once I showed him, he then said that it wasnt there tube. I told him that my wife purchased it while I was at work and brought it to them to replace it. Clearly nobody wanted to just say it was a small oversight and takes under 2 min to repair. I was going back there with the intent of purchasing a roll of tape and tolls for future repair. Hoping they would have just replaced the tire or did the labor again at no cost. I believe that was more than fair. (Its 10 dollars) but after the 2nd attempt at passing the buck I just said Ill put my own rim tape on it and I asked him to give me the bike back. There was another employee at the desk who them I was talking to was directing himself at so Im assuming he was the lead tech. He turns to me and asks What do you do for a living? Dumbfounded at his question I did answer him. I told him that I am a yellow iron mechanic and I pointed out that he is a bike tech and thats why I had brought the bike to them.... I can clearly do the repair myself but when you work for a living its hard to find the time. Convenience and luxury was the reason I brought them the repair. I have a family of 5 kids and they all ride with the exception my youngest. My bikes arent cheap Pacific cycles or walmart pre assembled bikes. My frames are all hand built by a well known builder in the bike industry. (Aside from this 16) Hence why Im reluctant to allow anyone to repair or tune them. Moving forward I will never bring another bike to any pro shop. When simple tasks become headaches its frustrating. They should have stripped the tire down charred me for the rim tape and swallowed the cost of the labor. I would have been in and out within 10 minutes tops and brought them every seasonal tune up (7 bikes) and tire replacement moving forward. Instead they just refused to acknowledge a small error and made 2 attempts passing the blame. I do not have patience for ignorance. See ya!

I got to give three stars bought several bikes over the past 20 years here. Just bought a giant fathom. First off, got it put it in garage. Working alot. Finally a week later got some time for a ride. Flat tire. The presta valve adapter in bought is horrible. Wont fill. Made a makeshift one myself. Got the tire full. Road a mile or so flat again. Got a tube good to go. Went out realized my shocks have no air in them. Pumped them up. They seem to be losing air quick. Also second ride no shock air. Then pumped. Got about mile down trail sram shifter sx eagle fell apart. Now Ive been calling for 2 days s. I have to go to a thru via phone no answer or its busy every call. I just payed 1700 dollars for this bike and zero communication and zero help. At this point I want to ride before it gets to hot out. So Im ordering new sram shifter thru a online site. There website has no similar shifters. Would be nice to get in touch with someone but I d0nt have time to drive there wait in the 6ft line and drive back. A simple phone call would have solved this issue. Please cycles get in touch with me.

They responded properly on my initial feedback about the price differences between their website and actual store. They clarified that that the product price difference from the website and the shop is due to different model and they just looks very similar. I confirmed and model and it matches their clarification. With how they response Im a satisfied customer.

Update***Charged more than estimate. Parts were changed without permission. Bike cleaning....the bike chain and parts were very dirty. Posting pictures after cleaning and tune-up was estimated $150 was charged $285+ manager lowered price and apologized for doing work without permission. I still had to pay more than estimate.Owner reached out after posting of my review. My bike was still not fixed. Owner asked me to bring the bike back and it would be repaired correctly at no charge.I told him what I thought was wrong with the bike. They replaced the parts and now it rights perfect. Thank you for reaching out. If you have an issue reach out to the owner.Owner also explained that bike tune up does not include chain and other parts cleaning. I was not told this at the time of service. Now they replaced the parts so I cannot comment on their $20+? Detail parts cleaning offered.Customers should have to be worried about extra work being done without permission. I did pay more than the estimate, but State law does not force me to do so.

I just relocated to NH from Ontario, Canada and have been trying a few local shops. My first impression of this shop was actually good and they did a decent job on my daughters bike. Very friendly staff.Today I went in there to buy a camelback and I was talked into buying an EVOC HIP Pack Race 3. I bought it for $95 and hated it right from the get go. I didnt ride 300ft and thing would simply slide down to my but and get stuck in the saddle not to mention that it makes for a very awkward mountain bike ride and prevents you from standing in an agile way. I left it in the car and went for my ride. It is simply a bad design.I stopped at the store later to try to exchange it for the regular model like a backpack. I was simply told I cant return it since I used it.I have been cycling for over 10 years and typically spend at least $500 - $1,000 bucks every season in local bike shops. And I typically buy my bikes locally as well. As I am getting close to update one of my bikes, I will certainly not consider buying it here.I guess that losing a customer over $95 dollars is a good deal for this shop. Very disappointing.Update***The owner contacted me after reading my review and was very quick to offer a replacement hydration pack at the same price level, which was all I wanted to begin with.I very much appreciated the fact that he reached out to me directly and made sure I got a brand new replacement item.We have agreed to a fresh start and I will certainly continue to shop and service my bikes there so I support our local shops and cycling community.

This is a review thats a little over due. I purchased my bike from Cycles Etc back about 7 months ago. Prior to purchasing my bike I spent a large amount of time in and out of bike stores. I lost count of how many times iv been to Cycles etc. Every time I went there the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. During my search Cycles even provided me with a few demoes. After finally pulling the trigger I had brake problems within the first week. I called Cycless and dropped my bike off an hour later. The next day I received a call from Bob saying that theres a manufacturer defect and there sending me out an upgraded brake set. The set back being, Id be out of a bike for a week. During the down time Cycles provided me with one of there demos to use until I got mine back.A few months after that. I went to one of there Santa Cruz demos. My girlfriend was next in line for a new bike. While she was testing bikes out I got a flat and didnt happen to have a tube. After pushing my bike back to the parking lot I met up with Bob. Asked if they happened to have a tube. One of the guys with him happened to have one and helped me put it on.A few months after that I started having issues with my dropper post. While in the process of getting it under warranty they put one of there post on so I can ride my bike in the mean time.Cycles etc has been nothing but AMAZING!!!They have fixed all my issues and kept me roiling as quickly as possibly. There friendly, knowledge, have a great selection, and back what they sell. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.
