We have two older Dodge Caravans, 2009 and 2014, and if anyone has had any experience with these vehicles you will know how persnickety they can be, both to diagnose and to work on.Colon T&A are always looking to keep your total costs as low as possible, and work hard to make sure the job is done well and safely. If the problem is beyond their scope, theyll immediately recommend a specialist for you. Didn’t realize how much they had overcharged me on my tires until I checked it up and found the exact model of tires online for a fraction of what they charged. Not to mention the ridiculous price for installation. On top of that I had to wait about 10 minutes to get an employee’s attention after he was done having a casual conversation with a friend. They make up their numbers on the spot. Don’t pay more here. Go to other places and compare prices before coming here.

Best place in town. I come here anytime I need something done and I’m usually in an out within the hour. The staff is very friendly even when their busy and it’s hectic. The owner couldn’t be better at giving reasonable prices for the service. If you don’t bring your car here you should!

They work with the state and help people all they did was play games and wouldn’t fax paperwork over kept making excuses 3 strikes your out and I brought it to another mechanic Elm street auto to help me never again will I go to Colon mechanics for help

Lol where do I start? They don’t even deserve the 1 Star. They knew I had some things wrong with my car and a short amount of time to get it fixed. To make a long story short, they charged me $200 (yes, 200 dollars!) for a repair that should’ve costed me $65 max. I had to pay it as I had no other place to go to at the time. Just don’t go here unless you know your stuff about cars and are able to call them out on their nonsense.

Always take my car here. Owner is really honest. Never tells you that you need work done if you dont. Always has reasonable prices. Always able to squeeze me in. And they are really nice. I highly reccomend for tires and service.

Went in for a standard front wheel alignment... They charged me double saying a factory bolt needed to be switched out. Fine. Then 5000 miles later that tire is ruined due to bad alignment. Cost me an additional $300 thank a lot Colon tire...
