Well, it has been a couple of years since my last review. I am happy to say that the team at Moms Manchester is still as fantastic as always. I just purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger (fantastic bike). Jennifer Wheeler is the absolute best. She talked through all my options, answered all my (many) questions about the bike and through all my hesitation (most expensive bike I have ever bought) was nothing but helpful and supportive, never pressuring or intimidating. In fact, she helped keep me from buying other bikes that were not exactly what I wanted that would have ended up costing me more to modify into what I would be happy with. Jen is a credit to the Moms organization and you can feel confident no matter if it is a used bike, or new bike she is going to help get you onto the bike of your dreams!Another shout out to Spider, he prepped and detailed the new bike, another fantastic job, best bike detailer I have ever dealt with! He will make your ride look better than you can imagine!I also for the first time interacted with the Indian parts department, Joe is great! Took the time to help me look up some of the accessories that I am going to add on and is working with the service department to find out for me about install costs and other info on compatibility, he has been prompt and responsive.I cannot say enough good things about this place, I have been coming here for about 20 years now, have purchased numerous machines, and they have ALWAYS been the best. You can feel confident the entire team at Moms Manchester is going to get you going on the right bike, does not matter if you are a new rider, or experienced, they are the best in NH and will get you on the bike of your dreams.

Danny and the team made our purchase of a hard to find 21 Raptor 700R, smooth and swift. Communication was excellent, they addressed my questions and concerns and worked with my busy schedule and came through on their end even though I had a delay on my end. I live 1 hours 20 minutes from Moms in Manchester it’s totally worth the drive. I first talked to Jennifer for an hour over the phone. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable it was worth the trip. Once there she spent 3 hours with me in choosing the right bike for me and showing me all the features. I decided to order it to get exactly what I wanted. She kept me updated on its process then when shipped. I went to pick it up and she went over the entire bike with me and helped me program certain functions. I left extremely satisfied. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and understands great customer service. She has a customer for life. Thank you so much!

In particular, we were assisted by Jennifer who is super knowledgeable and has a great way about her. But if you need time, she will take as much time with you as is necessary to make you happy. Just bought a Challenger Dark Horse, my 3rd bike bought here, last week from MOMs and the experience was great overall. Put a deposit down on a matte black one that was supposed to be coming in, but with the shortages going on and uncertain ship dates, I started looking at other dealerships in the area and found one in Mass at a dealership they had just acquired and asked them to hold it. They brought it up here, I bought it, was fairly simple. Got a solid trade in price. There wasnt any pushyness or pressure, and Jen answered all my questions and showed me all the features of the bike.Overall a great experience and Id recommend checking them out for sure.

If you’re looking for an easy enjoyable experience to get parts for your bike this is the spot. All the personnel were extremely knowledgeable and made sure that all my questions were answered with only the expertise that someone who enjoys their profession could do. Ryan was beyond helpful and the man’s beard is next level. The fire red of it is akin to a morning sunrise ride along the Gold Coast of California. 10/10 will be coming back should I need a new bike or any parts in the future.

Amazing staff and selection. I bought my Kodiak 450 from MOMS almost two years ago and they did everything they could to get me in the machine I wanted at a great price. Everytime I go back its a good experience and the parts department always takes great care of me.

Buying my Motorcycle from MOMs was easy and enjoyable. Ryan was attentive and always answered all my questions quickly even on his days off. Only thing I didnt get cooperation from was the weather; picked up my new bike on a rainy day, but even that didnt dampen the fun of the new ride all that much.

First ever experience with MOMs. We came down because they have the Yamaha demo truck there and my wife wanted to try out the R3. Ended up liking it and the MOMs staff was super nice so we ended up ordering one a couple days later. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful and it was good experience. With how lead times are right now the bike came super fast as well which was nice. I would definitely recommend them if youre looking for one of the brands they sell.

This is the best motorcycle dealership I have ever stepped foot into. There is no pressure to buy a bike and they let you look around and answer all questions honestly. I found my dream bike.. put a deposit on it, backed out and then went back a few weeks later to find the same bike there and changed my mind. Parts department consistently provides great customer service and quick turnaround on parts needs in season to keep machines up and running.

Guy at service refused to do an inspection even though there was no one waiting in line and his excuse was he is closing in an hour. Bought my last 2 bikes from here, had all my maintenance done here. Last time I will step foot on this property, customer service has always been great, but the guy with tattoos and a beard, might want to find a new job. You lost a customer from his attitude and lack of customer service.

I have wanted a specific motorcycle for many years. Yamaha YZF R-6. There never around so I figured Id go the new R7. I asked months in advance if they could let me know when they got one in so I could put a deposit and get it. Called the other day to see if it was available and the sales person tells me they sold it three hours from getting off the truck. Great sale but unfortunately I specific asked months ahead of time to get this bike and they sell it. Needless to say I wont be going back to this establishment.

Everyone at MOMS Motorcycle was great! The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me get into a perfect Indian motorcycle. After sitting on a few and talking to Danny the sales representative I ended up getting a Scout Bobber in Matte Black. The stocky frame definitely has a Mad Max feel to it... totally my thing... I’m so excited for the riding season to start!!!

Thanks to Motorcycles of Manchester for having our bikes available for our 3-day rental. David made the whole process go very smoothly and had great suggestions for rides since we were not on an organized group trip. They also have maps available with loops plotted out in case you need ideas! We had Limiteds, they were clean and fueled up, even had a few extras. I was able to go to the parts department next door and snag a removable phone holder for the handlebars as I prefer my phone gps over the h-d version. We brought our own helmets but understand they have rentals in case you forget yours. Overall a nice experience! The parking lot was large enough for us to park our car during the rental period along the back fence, so we appreciate the option to do that. The only extra that would’ve been nice was to have highway pegs for that inevitable ride on the interstate to make time! Only one bike had those, not mine! Thanks again David and to MOM for helping make our trip a wonderful experience!Oh, and if you’ve never done the Northeast, hmmm, let me just say the county roads are wavy and hilly with rivers running everywhere! If you can tolerate speeds of 35-45, safe riding for blind curves, homes and children playing, not far to get places, by all means put this area on your bucket list!

Excellent experience. My rep was Ryan Slatky and he was very well informed on my bike. He helped me immensely because I was all over the map and definitely a difficult customer. Gregg in the finance area made everything a breeze. They certainly earned my business.I am typically not one to leave reviews, never mind 2 of them but I felt the need to add this. My 500 mile service came up and I had bought the pick up and drop off feature. My bench date was on Friday but John picked up my bike on Wednesday. I wish I had his last name because he deserves the credit on professionalism. Anyway my bike was serviced early and detailed to look like new with paint protection applied and returned to me Thursday morning a day earlier then it was even scheduled. This dealer and service department definitely have their game on top level. Shout outs to John who treated my bike like it was his, the detailer (wish i knew his name), tech Tyler Rowe and service writer Brian Wheeler.

Couldnt be happier with my 2017 Yamaha Grizzly 700 Special Edition. We bought two and are just waiting on the other one to get all the parts in for delivery. The package deal on this was AMAZING. Full bash guards, a-arm protectors, 2500lbs winch and extra warranty included in the out the door price. Cant wait to get some mud on this and the wifes

I have been to the store in Massachusetts and wasn’t very happy with the sales department!!! I waited to talk to a salesman for over a half hour. As the salesman approached me another customer, walked up to him and he told me that he would be right with me and left me there for another half hour so I walked out!! I thought I would give the other location a try and after more than three emails I still can’t get an answer on a motorcycle that I would like to buy. I bet if I was looking for a new Indian motorcycle they would have gotten back to me!!! Poor service in SALES, imagine after they get your money. Update!!! After trying for days to get an answer ANDREW from the N.H. store emailed me that the bike I was interested in was “on hold and under contract “ maybe if he had gotten back to me sooner than ONE WEEK!!! It might still be available! The bike I was interested in was an old Honda “as is” sale with little commission involved and I know in my heart that if I wanted to buy a new Indian this ANDREW SCHWARTZ would be all over me like I was his best friend!! The bike I was looking for was a replacement for the bike I bought new in 2003 and crashed last July and it was totaled . I’m an old man and I prefer carburetors to fuel injection and this 2004 Honda VTX 1300c was the only year for the carburetor. I was SUPER excited when I found this bike and tried very hard to buy it so thanks for nothing MOM’S usually people who are in the motorcycle culture help each other out so this is why I’m going out of my way to tell you that I’ve given MOM’S two tries and at TWO different locations and walked away not only disappointed, but almost ANGRY??? This is the bike I crashed and wanted to replace. I am a auto body man and spent lots of time customizing it and was looking forward to starting over on a new bike. Anyone else got a 1300c for sale?

I was originally going to be buying my 2020 Indian Springfield Darkhorse from a Massachusetts dealer but after speaking with Jennifer it totally changed my mind. She made the buying process painless and easy. She went right to work for me after I gave her the bike I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I did everything remotely which made things even easier. When the day came when I was picking up the bike all I had to do was sign and ride off. Amazing staff, very welcoming and met the criteria I was looking for.

After spending a season of not owning a bike after my engine went on my last bike, I decided to test a few here and there. Mike and Ryan were patient and understanding and just overall stand up guys. Finally towards the end of the season I settled on a beautiful bike a bit of back and fourth on negotiations and we came to an agreement. Now I am just waiting for spring to take it out and bring it home.

Well I originally posted five stars , now I am a little upset 😡 the dealership was ok and helpful and I absolutely love the new indians however I had changed my mind on the bike I wanted and they didnt have another cheif and said they would have to order another and thats fine but my wife called to get our deposit back and specifically asked them not to do a hard pull on my credit and was assured that this would not happen and they did it anyway so now Im changing it to 3 stars....I did get the bike I wanted at national powersports in Pembroke. This is the problem with some of these dealers. I wouldnt have cared but them doing a hard pull dropped my credit score and for nothing , other then that moms is good place and the indian motorcycles are amazing.

Love my bike had a couple of bumps along the way in the deal which were not really anyone’s fault mostly my own fault. The GM was great to deal with she was very kind and wanted me to have a great experience. The one downside was that wasn’t my fault was when I picked up my bike the parts I order and pre paid for and pre paid labor for to have installed were not on the bike and I now have to wait till my first service to have them installed 😑. The guy in the parts department was great to deal with and was very personable. The two salesmen that worked with me were great as well and were pretty knowledgeable.
