Awesome customer service! Each time Ive been here Ive had a great experience. I needed a tire replaced and they called and coordinated the replacement with the tire warranty company I have. Jeremiah went above and beyond to make this seamless for me. Theyre also very familiar with working on Teslas. They take both appointments and walk ins. I highly recommend them.

Bought 4 new tires and had them mounted and balanced. They tried to say 20+ weights a wheel is an acceptable amount. Had them redo it until they got it somewhat correct. They weren’t going to clean the sticky weight residue off from having to redo it. Told me I could clean it easily. Damaged one wheel. Gave me a place to take it and get it fixed. New paint is already chipping off. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I have been going to this discount tire location since they opened. They are always friendly and fair. Watching and listening to their work, their processes are clearly well controlled, defined, and followed. All they do is tires so no upsell on other work to worry about (alignment, suspension, etc.). They have also been accommodating on price when something less expensive is out of stock and have to go with the higher option. Highly recommend.

Service and staff was great. The one thing I wish this place would do that would bring it up to the standards of other shops is offering wheel alignment.

Third set of tires purchased here and I will find a new place to buy tires. Made online appointment where tires where purchased and appointment set for install. on install day I arrived 15 minutes early for appointment as instructed and after one hour and fifteen minutes of just sitting there my car had not moved from where I parked it. They have a one hour guarantee and were telling people after me that their car would be ready within an hour since they made their appointment online like I did. So when they havent even started on my vehicle after one hour and fifteen minutes I asked for a refund and my keys and left. They simply wasted my time....

We’ve been Discount Tire customers for decades. We missed their great service when we moved here to Alabama, then discovered there was a store locally. We needed new trailer tires. Not many shops carry trailer tires. Discovered our Discount via a google search. They set us up with a great product @ an excellent price, and quick service. Happy to have such an excellent company in our new city. It was well worth the drive.

These guys are polite, efficient, and work hard. They literally run from the desk to customer cars outside. This is unheard-of today. I wont buy tires anywhere else.

Although busy, they took my truck back at my appointment time and had me back on the road in 35 minutes. Four new tires mounted and balanced...on a Saturday. Impressive. Price was also the lowest I found in my area.

Weve been using Discount Tire for years (in FL and AL). They never disappoint. I took my new to me van to get a low tire looked at, and they patched it for me for free. Will be getting new tores from here soon and their warranty is fantastic along with free rotation and balancing.

I could not be more pleased with my Michelins... especially today with the rain from hurricane Elsa. Great value for my dollar, they treated me well and they did their best to get me in and out. Truly a 10 so far.

After getting new tires put on my car here yesterday, I had a hubcap come off minutes after leaving. I called and spoke to the manager today who apologized and offered to correct the issue without giving me a hard time. I truly appreciated that customer service from him. We’re all humans and make mistakes so I was understanding of the situation, I just wanted to acknowledge that he was very professional and respectful. That alone receives a 5 star rating from me.

I got a screw in one of tires over the weekend. I sat down and made an appointment with Discount Tire on Sunday afternoon, and was able to get in on the following Monday afternoon. I dropped off my car and a little under an hour later my tire was all fixed! For free!! Very professional and kind people who know their stuff and are eager to help you. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Man let me tell you, this is the only tire place I will be going to for the foreseeable future. Even if you disregard the unbeatable/unheard of prices, Discount Tire still has the best customer service, the cleanest stores, and the quickest service I’ve ever seen. There’s no pressure from the employees to buy additional warranties etc either, so it always makes for a pleasant experience.

Good prices, good customer service and efficient workmanship. Tires mounted without scratching on the wheels and torque wrench used for final check.My one complaint is the equipment as their standard lifts do not use factory lift points unless specifically requested by a customer. While this generally will not cause damage I find it inappropriate for use, would not allow it again and dont appreciate it being done without prior authorization.That said, I would still use their service again and appreciate their willingness to inspect for damage at the time; none was found beyond the cosmetic.

Can not speak on the sales aspect of this location as i soley used them for jut replacing my old tires with new ones i supplied myself. Yes i had to wait but where in north alabama are you not going to have to? But my experience with my visit was satisfactory even with a 2 hour wait. I arrived with no appointment on a saturday at 3:30pm, they had a tent set up outside so you could conduct business while socially distancing yourself and to my surprise a guy was stationed there even so late in the day on a saturday.. (they stop taking customers at 5 but work after as needed when busy) i was able to get on the wait list within 2 minutes of arriving, was able to see my estimated start time (6pm), finish time (7pm) and i proceeded to wait. At 5:30 they said to bring my car into the bay. I was able to remain in my car while they swapped the tires. I reccomend this place, not cheapest but not terrible for the level of service offered.

We are headed out on a trip and had the last minute thought to get a full spare tire vs just having the donut spare. Jeremiah was awesome and went above and beyond to help us. This is our second time using this location, both times the staff were really helpful. We will definitely continue to use this location for all our tire needs. It always takes 2 hrs or longer to get tires rotated. Could save customers time if you could ste appointment.UPDATE 2ND CAR TIRE ROTATION WENT MUCH BETTER LESS THAN 30 MIN. FOR TIRE ROTATION.

Prompt and polite service, went about an hour faster than the quoted time, and one of the staff was even kind enough to let me borrow a charging block while I waited! Will be returning for any and all future tire-related needs!

Professional staff and quality service. I had a screw lodged in my rear tire and they plugged and patched it for free. Also, they will provide free tire rotation and balancing if you purchase tires through them, which I plan to do for our cars in the future.

Great customer service and excellent experience! They had to order a replacement tire for me, it arrived 2 business days before expected, but they didnt have any appts available the following day. I decided to go first thing in the morning as a walk-in and just wait. They were done a full hour before expected and everyone was friendly the whole time I was there. Unexpected bonus was the free wifi so I was able to work while I waited w/o using my hotspot. Ill definitely be returning to this location.

Got a flat tire from a literal razor blade while driving. I recently got new tires and had their warrantee, so it was only $12.75 to replace the tire (couldnt be patched, the blade was too far into the tire). Jeremiah was super nice and helped me out! Super fast service!

Wow what top of the line service, I came in with my Ford 350 dually for my tire pressure light on, they pulled the tire off and found out the valve stem was leaking, they had some issues but they kept me informed of what was happening. This store provides exceptional service. Im here for the first time and have been extremely impressed. The waiting room is clean and spacious. They have complimentary water and Nick has been extremely helpful in getting me the tires my truck needed. Couldnt find anyone that vary their price either. Within 2 minutes of me being here, Nick introduced himself, remembered my name from the phone call, and had my truck up and the wheels off. Ill be back!

Long waiting times. Called one time and told me there was no wait. Arrived and they tell me I have to wait 2 hours. Few weeks later I Reyes again. Couldn’t make an appointment on the webpage. Called and told me they’re only taking walks in. Arrived and the wait is 3.5 hours. Ridiculous. Will take my bus sinews to Walmart.

As a Tesla owner, Discount Tire is where you want to go. Prices are great, service is pretty good also, and they know how to treat a Tesla like so many other tire shops dont.I think there is one area for improvement. I used to use a competing tire shop back in the day that would wash the wheels and tires as they installed them. Not just wipe them down, but WASH them. If Discount Tire would add this service, it would truly be the PERFECT Tesla tire shop!

Just got home from buying 2 sets of tires and 1 set of new wheels from the Madison AL Discount Tire store. I believe this is my 4th set of wheels and 7th set of tires that I have bought from this store. I drive almost an hour one way to do business with this store because they always exceed my expectations. The professionalism, the pricing, and the quality of their work is second to none. I greatly recommend this chain and this store specifically.

Jeremiah the store manager was awesome. He spent time with me to get the proper wheels and tires for my Tundra. We went the extra mile to find me the best prices on everything I needed. I had a couple of different tire brands/treads types in mind and he talked the pros and cons of each. Im more then happy with what he helped me decide. If you want to witness a store manager doing his job perfectly, go watch Jeremiah. He needs a raise.

My car isnt even ready yet & I had to come leave a review lol. A man named Matt helped me access what I needed for my old 2000 toyota Camry. He is just such a delight and made this experience such a positive one. Everyone working here is so friendly and running around the place on a helpful mission. I will never go anywhere else! Would never buy tires from this place again. Had to order the tires a wanted and then waited for 4 hours to have them put on. Then some guy tried to up sell me lug nuts. Never again.

If you have a problem with the service here, I dont think its on their side of the counter. (Its you)I made an appointment for 4 oclock the day before. They didnt have the tires I wanted but said they should have them on the next truck and be in by 3 the next day. The truck was running late, their supplier and not themselves, so they gave me a call an hour and a half before my apt. and let me know that if they werent there by my time they would call for reschedule. I got a call very shortly after that the truck had just pulled in. I let them know I may be late, which I was by twenty minutes but they still got to be quickly when I arrived. I want to point out that when I called I could understand their greeting and their name, very good telephone communication even during rush. Shout-out to David, Ian, and Corbin.I noticed the employees and seniors jogging and seeming rushed. Once they got to me I asked if they were busy, but it turned out they were short staffed. Got back inside after getting my vehicle details and the line had increased several times in just a few minutes. I overheard one manager tell a customer that they would have their car back by seven, the store closes at six. Even though they were clearly backed up, they were willing to stay overtime to honor the customers coming in.I was given an estimated time of 6 oclock, one hour and some change for a wait time. After I sat down the line was efficiently taken care of. The shop floor looked cleaned and oil free, from what I could see fromm inside. The interior waiting area was clean as well as the employees and uniforms. I received my car at 5:20, I had watched about 30 minutes of a show, much faster turn around than what they ballparked.

I know it sounds pretty but I spent a bundle on the tires, I was assured theyd put New valve covers on but they put 2 new on 1 side and 1 old on the other and left 1 tire with no cover at all.

Excellent experience with Discount Tires. They located a set of Goodyear travel trailer tires, that were on a 4-5 month backorder nationally, in a Discount Tire store in NC. They had the set of tires FEDEXd to the Madison store at no cost to me. I had the tires installed within 6 days of the order. Very professional staff and clean facilities. They actually use torque wrenches when installing your lug nuts. DT also accomidated me by allowing me to remove the old tires, and wheels, and bring them in for new tire mounting/installation. Jeremiah, Ian and Sutton provided superior customer service. Highly recommend.

Our second car was brought to them and we were going to get ripped off with having to purchase a new tire from another place and the dealerships, well I brought both vehicles in and both only had a simple fix for a tiny nail in each vehicles tire. No cost! I love this place! You should never go anywhere else! Others will tell you that you have to buy a tire yeah so they can make money off of you! Not this place they are 💯 legit! Great customer service but dont get the warranty. They dont honor it. I was told because I was not getting my alignment with them my warranty was voided. I get my tires alignment with every oil change. Got proof. Offered was to sale me a new set of tires. No way.

I have been a Discount Tire customer sine I was able to drive in Arizona in 1987. I have always had great customer service but this store needs better management my son ordered tires and steel replacement wheels for his 2010 VW beetle on August 2nd we never got a call that they arrived he had to call to see if they were in about a week after ordering. Today August 13 he went to go pick them up and was told he had to wait 1 hour before they would be ready and was told they couldnt month them without a signature. If this is true then when my son called checking on them they should have told to him they needed a signature. These were fully paid for and should have been ready when he arrived today.

I love Discount Tire; by far my favorite tire shop. Been a customer for 20 years across several states and Ive *never* received poor service. Employees are courteous and on point. Prices are literally unbeatable. Sometimes you can shop and find a better price - and theyll beat it, but usually they offer about the best price available right off the bat. I was truly thankful when they opened a franchise here in HSV. I hope to continue to be a customer for another 20 years.
