Had a great experience today getting the battery replaced in my cell phone.I scheduled the appointment yesterday afternoon, and arrived at 9:00am this morning. The customer service rep was ready for me, had my paperwork done quickly, and told me it would be done in around an hour.I went and ran a couple of errands, grabbed a bite to eat, and came back a few minutes past 1 hour.The representative saw me coming and had my phone ready to go before I got inside the store.And the price was better than I expected.Excellent customer service, thanks so much!

Placed online order for 2 batteries both Duracell that I selected online when I arrive for PU the Lynchburg store #554 had only one of the items I ordered. I live about 1hr and some from 3 of your stores so I phoned store 554 to verify that my item were in stock the day before traveling to Lynchburg #554 and was assured that Batteries were in stock. Even was given SLI confirmation# off my order on the phone and was told by clerk this AM won`t those for long time thanks for the bait and switch not happy won`t be back.

Just got back from a 60 mile round trip for nothing. Made online appointment to get battery replaced in my iPhone - droped off phone - told to come back in one hour - came back - told they do not have the battery.Added Review - Later that week they called me and apologized for their screw up and offered to give me a price break when they got the battery in stock, which they did this morning so they got a satisfied customer and an updated review.

Not friendly at all. I was in the store about 1PM, I needed a battery pack assemblied. the teck said he was working on some else and he could have it ready in an hour. there were no other customers in the store and he expected me wait there was an hour, why couldnt he lay the job he was working on aside and do mine? I gave him my number and asked to call me when it was ready. He called me at 7PM, 6 hours later.

Came in to get a phone battery replaced. When we got there, we were the only customers. We were told it would take about thirty minutes. We took a seat and waited while one of the two staff members started working on our phone. The store quickly filled up with other customers. The two guys proceeded to deal with each customer on a case by case basis. Quicker matters were settled first while the jobs that took a little longer (like ours) were set aside briefly so that they could clear out the crowd. Perfectly understandable. One woman started to get impatient and asked when she would be attended to. Staff member explained that they would assist her as soon as possible, and informed us that he was ready to ring us up. Unfortunately, he had to move us to the other computer which was in use at the moment by the other guy. Logically, we had to wait. As soon as the computer became available to him, the woman started making demands about wanting to know how things were done here. Again, he patiently explained that he was the only one trained to deal with her matter, and he was finishing up with us. She proceeded to fly into a Karen outrage, and when two other men stepped into the store, she told them that five other customers had cut in ahead of her, just so they knew. Thankfully, they were perfectly nonchalant and understanding, as most reasonable people should be. All that being said, the staff handled a stressful situation professionally and with a whole lot of self control. I thought Id jump on here and give them the five stars they deserve before lady in pink got a chance to write them a bad review. Keep up the good work, guys. 💪👍

Came in with Galaxy S9 phone with a cracked main rear camera lens. The guy was helpful and friendly. He told me that the lens was something that they didnt stock and would have to order. 2 weeks later I get the call that the piece had come in. I stop by to have them finally fix my camera and turns out the guy did not order the lens, he ordered the whole rear camera (which btw doesnt even come with the lens). The girl that helped me this time was nice and told me the lens was available in the warehouse. I cant wait another 2 weeks for them to order the wrong part again. Save yourself the trouble if you need a phone repaired and just go to a phone place. Batteries plus is good with batteries. Not so much on phones.

This place is Highly recommended. We have had a couple of small snafus in getting new batteries on 2 phones. But both times they took steps to make up for the problems as well as make things right. We were greeted as we walked in the door , a very short wait to get checked in for a battery replacement on my iphone 8 . We went to get groceries and came back about 45 min. later and it was ready so I dont know how long it really took to change. We had a very nice salesman/service tech.

I was told to make an appointment online so I did, for 1pm. I walk in and they are fairly busy. I go to the open counter and ask where I go for my appointment because it was almost 1 o’clock. Long story short it’s just a gimmick. There’s no point to making an appointment because you still just go in and wait behind everyone in there just like everyone else who walk in. I was late for my class because they don’t keep appointment times when you pick a slot and ended up getting a zero for a missed exam.Then I come back and they try to say theres too much going on because I was missing a screw. I waited 2 hours for them to say they didn’t feel comfortable working on it.You know what? Fine. Just sell me the part because I can fix it myself. The price was the only reason I went there. No... they cant even charge full service price and just sell it to me.Thank you for wasting my time, my university grades, and my gas ever giving your business a shot. I will not be back or refer anyone there.

Showed up at wards rd Lynchburg and it was 8:05pm. Sole representative was happy to install a battery in my Tundra. Removal was contrary as it was original and seven years old. New one in and gone by 8:30 pm. Two year employee took care of me! He had a voice for radio. Thank you Sir!

Wonderful Store! The WEBSITE recommended a different battery for my 98 Cadillac Catera. The salesman caught it and swapped out the battery for the right one. I was grateful! I live 1 hour away.

Never get your phone screen fixed here! Went in to get my phone screen replaced after making an appointment. When arriving at the store, I was told there was not a technician present who was certified to work on my phone (despite making the appointment far in advance, and confirming two days before).On a separate experience: was told the technician would not be able to fix my iPhone because they were not certified on the particular model- after finding out they were indeed certified, they cited busyness as the reason they couldnt take me. Better off just getting your phone screen replaced elsewhere. PhoneAxiom Express Repair does a FAR better job of screen repair.

I dropped my smart phone and cracked bad. Verizon my carrier would not let me upgrade early so went to batteries + to replace front screen. Didnt know back screen had cracked too. Plus they told me battery life about 2 years.

The guy working Sunday was great nice day going but the store had this guy by himself he was out of store trying to take out a old car battery for a new one and sure enough 12 pm got slammed i think i left 2pm we ran into some issues out of anyones control very studied only thing is management needs to double up at 12 cause folks go to church around here just up the road is TRBC? Service was subpar at best. Went in for a simple check to ensure that a cable was loose for my iPhone display and when it was checked I wasn’t all too sure that it was not the real problem and I was told I needed a new screen, to my despair my phone was at this point disembowled and I could not check with other stores to get a second opinion unless I left and paid the 40$ diagnostic fee just to open up my phone. Being stuck I allowed them to do my repairs under te precept that they would wave the fee of diagnostic and I would only pay for the repair. They then began replacing my screen with what looked to be a cheaper edition of my screen and eventually had it all back together after much time and abandoning me a couple of times to assist customers that can be assumed to be of “choice” variety. Then I was asked to pay 160$ and almost had me sign off on it i then argued that the diagnostic fee was to be waved and he argued that it was still to be applied. After bumbling for a few minutes he gave me the proper tots and I paid. I then stood and waited as I had paid for the repairs already I had to wait another 10 minutes for him to realize I was still standing there waiting to put my phone back together. Still not convinced that the OLED display even needed replacing, also they are not Apple certified yet claimed to have top grade diagnostic equipment. This being said they never once ran a diagnostic test on my device to back up that statement.
