The young lady working the evening of 10/9/21 needs to be fired. At 7:30p, she was irritated that people were in the store looking around, huffing and puffing when someone picked up a shirt to look at it. She had a friend in there that she talked to so much we thought he worked there. We went to the store next door and when we walked out, people were trying to get in PacSun and seems like she closed it early at 8p. The doors were locked and she was telling them they were closed.
Store was nice but the young female who works there was extremely rude. I will not return to this store specifically because of her demeanor towards the customers!
The manager was super nice. She helped me find all my sizes and was happy to get me a fitting room. This was my first time shopping at this location and the customer service was outstanding and made me feel very at hone.

I used to love shopping at PacSun but this location is by far the worst ever! The “manager” is a 20 year old girl with a terrible attitude and customer service skills. The first time I was here I overheard her talking to her girlfriends, who also work there. The conversation was regarding unhappy customers wishing to complain about her to a manager. To which she was almost boasting to her friends that she was the manager and doesn’t care to address their concern.
I will have to give this store a huge five star! Everybody has been very welcoming and resourceful. My mother has always come in and asked the more bizarre questions...their patience and kindness is why they are getting five stars.
Had a hard time getting a refund for a double charge.

Went to shop yesterday at the Tampa premium outlet mall and the store was closed when it said it was open!!! Got to the door and there were two young ladies in the store, I knocked and they said store was closed I didn’t hear them at first and the girl was screaming through the door what don’t you understand the store is closed Lady!!! And laughing like I didn’t understand English!! This is not the first time this happened at this location! Either you talk to your RUDE staff or I will take this further to corporate office!!! I rather shop at citrus Mall, where the staff are so much more professional and kind to their customers !!!!! And they greet you at the door not when you walk in your store to busy on their phones!!! Very sad!!!! I hope you talk to your staff!!!!
Cashier was young girl half clothed and rude. Stopped on vacation and definitely would not stop in again.
This pacsun location has the most awesome and wonderful staff. they are all super helpful and friendly. i wish all stores had a staff like this. pacsun at tampa premium outlets is the perfect example of what a clothing store should be like. amazing.
I went to return an item. As I walked into the store one of the employees were standing on her phone outside the store, gave me a dirty look as I walked in, and didn’t even say hi or anything. The cashier was not accommodating, and they both kept looking at my boyfriend and I as we shopped and made us feel uncomfortable, and neither were welcoming at all. This isn’t the first time staff here have not been welcoming.
I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the staff (probably a bunch of karen’s) because when i went they were very welcoming and helpful throughout my experience. I would recommend this pacsun out of any of the local ones.
The manager of this store is so RUDE, and she has the WORST customer service! She talks to customers who questions the false advertising of sales signs with Do you want it or not? Do NOT shop this store!! This is the 3rd time I have shopped at this store, and every time I have encountered this woman. This is the 3rd and last time! She says that if I have a problem with her then call customer service;, and then she refuses to give her name. No doubt she doesnt want anyone contacting customer service regarding her attitude towards customers. She has no business working in retail. As an owner of an establishment that deals daily in customer service, I would be APPALLED if my employee acted this way towards the very customers that help pay their salary. She sets the tone for the other staff who then follow her and act similarly. My 3 teenagers love Pac Sun, but we will drive to another mall next time

Im a skinny person and its very hard finding shorts for someone like me, since nowadays theyre all made for thick-thighed girls, but they actually have good shorts! I really wish you guys had a better top selection though. More unisex type clothing instead of super cropped hoodies and very short sleeved scalloped tshirts
