Great customer service and reasonable priced parts.I felt like it was a personalized customer service experience all the way through. From ordering to installation. I had one issue with the product but It was easily resolved.I will be ordering more parts when needed!

I would rate them a zero if Google would allow.This is literally the first review I have ever left, but my experience with this parts company is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my 15 years of business. I called in with a part number to check availability and I was informed it was in stock so I placed the order on the phone right then. I was then called back and told there was a billing issue with my card due to my address. Ive been at the same address for 7 years, so I told them it had to be an issue on their end. A week passes and I call to find out where my part is and I was informed it was never shipped because the card wouldnt process..... I then spoke with someone who gave me an alternate part# to purchase online(because the one I needed was not on the website at the time), but was insured they would personally process the order and ship the part I requested.The part that showed up was the wrong part#. They then told me that I am the one that got confused and ordered the wrong part#. The sheer arrogance to blame me for being incorrect when I am the one that called requesting a part number is beyond me. They then inform me that they do not have the part number I need. I am speechless.

Horrible customer service. After ordering a part and waiting over a week, they all of a sudden send an email saying my order was cancelled. If you need a part in a timely manner, do not order from this place.

Still waiting to get my receipt for a new longblock crate hemi 392 engine I ordered about a month ago. I can never seem to get ahold of them except one time. He assured me that he was going to send me the receipt and tracking number as soon as we got off the phone but I have yet to receive any sort of email. Now every time I try to call, I always get the answering machine and I leave them a voicemail but never have they once called me back. I have a few questions and zero answers.

Ordered parts as they showed in stock. Received an email that they didnt have them and they cancelled. Dont list things for sale that you dont have/cannot get.

Ordered a set of ARP bolts for a project I am building and after 2 days of the item not being shipped I sent them an email about how fun the review would be and a couple hours later I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to the item being on backorder! Pretty childish but I appreciate it because I found them a lot cheaper on Amazon lol! I even called and the guy was rude on the phone, not really surprised though. So if youre not in a hurry for parts and like to wait an extra few days for shipping (if it even ships) or want to get ripped off this is the store for you to shop at! If I could leave a zero star review I would!

This review is for both Scoggin and the parts manufacturer they ordered from. Ordered a procharger bypass valve. Check email and see status as shipped. No tracking number so I give it a little bit. After not hearing anything I called them to check on it. They called the manufacturer and they stated it was sent to be redone and theyre waiting for it to come back. No backorder or communication email sent to state this, just the slogan were center of the usa and can ship anywhere quickly. I had to call and find out this information. I see youve respond to others saying its not fair to review you when its the manufacturers fault. No. You cant be the middle man and get no blame in this situation. Thats childish to even use. Youre a business, act like one when you reply to reviews and take responsibility since I gave you the money for it.

I ordered a performance part from them online as they had a good price. I waited for 3 weeks for the part. I called today to find out that someone forgot to submit my order. When calling LG the manufacture of the part they said they had just sold out they had tons a couple weeks ago but just sold out the past couple days and would take a couple weeks to get another batch together. Anyway long and short I am out my part my money because someone didnt put my order in. To top all that off it took 3 phone calls on my end to get the answer that there is nothing they could do. Terrible customer service and business.

Stood in line with 1 customer in front of me for at least 15 minutes while they had small talk. Very inconvenient for me and I will resume ordering from online sources. Sad, hard to support local businesses when you cant get any service.

Customer Service Like no other! Bought 4 gallons of ATF and FedEx lost my order. After 4 days of back and forth with FedEx, Chance at Scoggin was willing to over night my order so I didnt have to wait any longer. They will be getting my business from here on out!

First time ordering from this company, placed order on a Thursday and paid for 2day shipping. Tracking number showed I would see it on Monday afternoon, it never came and after spending 2hrs on the phone with FedEx they basically tell me that it was lost and myself or the company I bought it from would have to make a claim. One call to Scoggin-Dickey and they sent me another part over night at no charge to me and are dealing with FedEx on the lost package.Couldnt be happier with the way the situation worked out!

As a consumer and private mechanic business,I have gotten nothing but expected correct and prompt service at normal parts counter and will call.

Ordered a crate engine that stated on checkout that it would ship in 2-3 days. A week later I called to ask about the status of the shipment as I hadnt heard from them. They stated the engine was backordered and would probably be in stock a week from that call. I told them I was frustrated because their website had indicated the engine was in stock and would ship in days. The engine being backordered had never been mentioned until I called them. The rep smugly stated he would be happy to cancel the order. I waited until the estimated timeframe and still no engine so I cancelled my order. They offered no explanation and no apology.

Aaron in the parts side of things, became a huge help to me today when calling in. Massive thanks to these guys.
