This is the worst Chevy dealership in Lubbock. My wife dropped her car off for an appointment to get her tail light fixed. They said it would be long. Then comes 5:30 pm and I had to call them and ask what was taking so long. I talked to some guy named Jeff who said they didn’t have the part but told my wife a week earlier they have the part and setup the appointment to drop it off. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren’t even going to work on it till the end of the day and then not fix what they said they would. I have been taking my wife’s Chevy traverse and my corvette there but I won’t be going back. I will be taking my business to all American. It is sad that this place doesn’t even care about their customers

The entire staff of Scoggin Dickey has always been Johnny on the spot for myself and my family in sales, service and parts except when I was in the market for the 100 yr Anniversary Chevy Silverado. I left my name and number and informed the salemen how interested I was in the purchase of said vehicle. I later found out that said vehicle was delivered to Dealership and was sold to another customer and I was never informed of the vehicle in their inventory until it was too late.
