I called B&R Auto Parts looking for an intake manifold for my mazda b2200, no salvage yard in el paso had any to pull parts off, I called them and I spoke with Terry he looked up to make sure they had the part in stock, and sent me pictures to make sure it was the right Intake manifold for my truck and it was! And it was at an awesome price as well and they were able to ship it to el paso for me as well,Im not In Lubbock but go to B&R if youre looking for parts at a really good price! We have been here before to get parts for our cars. B & R has been around for a long time. They are really helpful and try to get the parts that you need and if they dont have them they will order them for you. We came here to look for a car that was for sale and they helped me out. We were able to take it for a test drive and loved it.

Changed $200 shipping for a deck lid that weighs about 20lb to be shipped to my dock when it would have been easier and cheaper to just box it and send it to my house. They billed my credit card a second time without authorization for more shipping after I got it. They do not know what an A grade part is so beware of what you are paying for. Do not give them your credit card they will keep using it!

Found this place by accident while driving by. Just so happened we needed a shifter cable that day. Had called a couple of the chain auto parts stores where the cheapest was $82. We got one here for $35. Service was excellent. Very nice and accommodating crew there.

I have called several places the past few months and everyone is always so quick to get you off the phone, I really cant remember the guys name but I know I will never call another place again, I will drive to Lubbock from Childress to get what I need, and if they dont have it I will wait for it. This guy took his time and explained several things to me, everyone else always makes it sound like they dont care if they earn your business, people buy from people they dont buy from the business, they return because of the way they are treated..
