The manager and the owner are very rude. They did not fulfill my special order and were very dismissive about my complaints. I do not recommend shopping here.

Its Godiva so the chocolate is great. What really impressed me was the service. I purchased several different items for multiple people. The people at the store took the time, during the Christmas shopping frenzy, to remove the tags from each of the items, put them in separate gift bags, and add tissue paper on top. Outstanding service.

Probably one of the best chocolates I had in awhile. Excellent service, They gave us free chocolate when we visited. But one flaw... Is that it is kinda expensive. But in over all it is really good. :D

Second best place to get chocolate around.. Check the gas stations first, cheaper and better or just as good if you buy there bars.

Staff was friendly but the chocolate was white from temperature change. I bought a few solid hearts to find quite different tastes and textures. I also assumed items were made fresh in the store until I saw the delivery boxes piled in front of the counter area.

Some of the best hot chocolate Ive ever had. A little on the pricey side but well worth it.

My LH used to buy me a box of chocolates every year for Christmas. He would pick each individual piece. This will be the fifth Christmas I wont have a big box of Godiva to snack on. I stopped in yesterday, and bought one piece for memory sake, but couldnt afford more, let alone a box like he used to buy me. He always made sure there was no dark chocolate or coconut! Its the little things you miss the most. I left Godiva eating my chocolate, but with tears in my eyes. Thanks for the memories.

So excited to live close enough to get fresh godiva dipped berries regularly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards card. Make sure you try the fresh dipped fruit kabobs. And pick up a little something to share at home too! Lol

I had a great experience. I went to buy the coffee they sale because they didnt sale it at the store in Puertto Rico. The woman was very kind and helped me. She also give me a cookie as a complement for my shopping.

Im not a fan of chocolate or sweets. I went here to purchase for someone else. They were very nice.

Excluding the individual working making it seem as if I could not afford what I purchased my experience was great. Super high quality besides the hiring/training of associates.

Chocolatería par excellence, located inside the St Matthew Mall, and contrary to what you know. Think that visiting a chocolate shop makes your soul happy, here the opposite happens. Extremely expensive, and the worst is not the prices, it is the rude and rude staff that works in it and, of course, caters to the clientele. No wonder its always empty.Nothing recommended
