Weve been doing business with Republic Master Chefs for a couple of years and have always been happy with their service. They are always positive and upbeat when responding to any requests we have needed. Their customer service is always on their toes when fulfilling orders and answering questions. They will steadily raise the price on you and trap you in contract. Ignore all the good reviews, they were most likely paid off from all the money they made off the people who wanted to get out of their scam contract and sued.

Juan Amador is an amazing linen rep, and Republic has been awesome to work with. We switched over from another linen company a few months ago, and seriously every issue Ive had (and they are far fewer than any other linen company Ive worked with); even if its my fault (i.e. I forgot to order something!), Juan has fixed it. He answers immediately, even at off hours and does everything he can to make it right. I cannot recommend him or this company more!

This company is nothing but criminals working there drivers who force you to take a shipment which was requested and tries to pick a fight with my companys employees. I got a double order I didnt make also which the company isnt taking fault for. Now they are not bring the requested amount of body towels, floor towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, and sheets plus pillow cases. They are not a good company to use and work with. Im looking for a new company as we speak. They need to be restaffed and everything the data base just EVERYTHING!

Do NOT do services with these guys unless you want to be burned by them. These supervisors are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Iam a past employee who Got fired by Pete for not working at his standards . He did not give me time to learn and grow on my own physically on my own Rout. He went against his word at interview regarding that he would give me time to learn and be successful at this business. I would not say Anything not true. These supervisors need to know their place! If you dont want to get burned take my word for it. Many customers already came to me for overcharges that they have to deal with because contract. Smh..

Ive worked with Republic Master Chefs for over 7 years. They have a great company and management team!

Our business has been a client of this company for the past 20 something years. Recently, their service has gone from bad to worse. To them loyalty to their company means nothing.Their customer service is terrible to put it blantly, from the driver who delivers your linen to the supervisor/manager. When you have an issue with anything from not getting the linen you requested to getting overcharged they give the run around. You end up talking to different people and explain your situation over and over without anyone resolving it. When you do, finally, talk to someone in charge of your account, they promise they will go out of their way to make things right only to find out later that they havent done a single thing to correct the issues.Their product is substandard. There are hidden fees for everything: service maintanance, energy charges, misuse of linen, you name it! When you ask why the charges, they will tell you that everything is on the contract and they dont even supply you with a copy of it.When your contract is about to expire, theyll pay a visit to you and will sweet talk to you into signing a contract for 5 years. When you have had enough of the company and call and complain and tell them you want to get out of the contract they will threaten you with paying off for the remainder of your contract.You must be careful with this company if you are thinking about hiring them!!I will also file a complaint at the BBB.

Completely dishonest company with a hide the facts of the contract tactic. You dont know what your paying for with the misuse charges and auto replacement charges!!!!!! Your service will definitely cost double what you budgeted.

Stay away from this company if you can. 5-year locked contract, hidden fees, poor customer service, and many other problems. If you must, be sure to find reviews for this company and you will see a natural trend for poor service.

Bad service they dont care about their clients they just wants your money service manager is never there for you they never return your calls seems like they dont care because you are in their contract. driver is the boss if tell them to call manager they say he is not in office. dont get service from these company.

One of the worst companies i have ever dealt in my entitre Life. They trap you in a contract and threaten you with a lawsuit. The service is horrible. The bill they give you has so many over head charges which they do not reveal when they make you sign the contract. The laundry has human hair and dirty spots. Complaint to main office is talking to a wall.STAY AWAY.
