This is a review of the Pre-Owned sales Department at the Geary store. I found my salesman Tyler and his manager Kevin Duong to be very up-front, honest, and flexible. They worked with me in the trade-in of my old vehicle and the purchase of my (almost) new FJ Cruiser. Great sales team- thanks guys- would highly recommend Casambz.

DO NOT GO THERE OR BUY FROM CASAMBZ. They are very shady and scammed me before and sold me a car that has a lot of issues. COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. Arman or Sean the manager or the sales guy they use different names and different phone numbers.

I would.I guarantee MOST OF THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! or the people who made a purchase havent had their car mysteriously start breaking down yet. (Like mine did within a month)I have even been contacted by numerous others that found my reviews and told me they had similar experiences with them!They scammed me and gave me a FAULTY CARFAX when I bought the car. It had frame damage and I didnt find out till I started trying to trade it in a year later.I came to find out that the REAL carfax report proves they found it at an auction, KNOWING it had frame damage but didnt disclose any of this information to me. They showed me a report with a clean title which they somehow fabricated. and on top of that, the car has a lot of problems with the computer system.When I have attempted (on 5 occasions) to go in there and ask them to buy the car back because of the ILLEGAL SALE, they not only refuse, they play victim as if I am a mean person and harassing them, even though they lied, ripped me off and BROKE THE LAW. They have even threatened to call the police on me one time because Arman is a coward and has no idea how to be a decent human being for one minute.I am also leaving out many gruesome details to this story. I would be typing for hours otherwise.These guys are CROOKSThey claim they have new owners and its a different business, but its the SAME PEOPLE!BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE

I love this place. Its second car I have from them and I just got my mom a car from them as well. They have great cars, clean carfax, and low mileage for great prices. People there are honest and reliable.. the car I was interested in owner told me that even though it wasnt marked on carfax it had an accident. He gave me options but I still wanted the car and they were open to let me know problems I could face in the future. I love these guys. I totally recommend them to everyone because I know for a fact that they have exactly what you are looking for. They sell dreams and definitely realized mine :) Super happy with my Mercedes from Casa MBZ!

Heads up folks !!! Sean Gharib who was general manager/owner of KayKARS has opened this business with new name because he was getting alot of bad reviews on yelp and google etc. But hey folks, nature can not be changed. He robbed me of my money and he will do the same to everyone. He had to issue me refund of more than $800 because of his deliberate fudging in calculation which I found 2 days later after buying the car.

They were KAY CARS before. They sold me a frame damaged car without disclosing it, although it was clean in CarFax. Found the damage after 7 years using the car, during car appraisal at CarMax dealership.

This place doesnt exist anymore
