These guys really saved me today with a mirror I accidentally chipped. They’re very nice and offer great service. I just wish they were in my area.

Today was my first visit to Erikson. Barney was helpful took time & went out to look at the car to provide more information on the repair. Barney made professional suggestions and I was satisfied with his words of wisdom. Thanks Barney for good customer service at Erickson!

They never got around to doing an inspection/quote for us. I went in and gave them all the info, they told me two maybe three days and someone will come check it out. 4 days later I called and they said oh maybe two more days.. 3 MORE days and my landlord calls to ask when they’re coming and they say maybe today, I don’t know. Then finally, one more call over a week later and same story. I heard good things about them and was hopeful I’d get the best deal here. This was for an apartment I was renting and was looking for best price in town. Very disappointed they didn’t make the time or even be upfront if they were to busy. Now we’re going with a different business.

Called Erickson glass Co on March 27th and asked to have a frosted window replacement for a friend since I was going on vacation with my kids over spring break.Was told we are very busy with business wont get to it until the following week so i gave my number and the person on the phone took my info he read it back to me said he will call when he would have someone on there way.Got back today and my friend had to call another glass company who came right out and fixed the window. So I called Erickson back and asked him what the issues were and he told me that Eriksons was 4 weeks out? But I had already made it for him to come out last month.Not a good way to do business need to improve customer service my friend is 89 years old thanks for the way you handled things totally unprofessional!!! Wont call Ericksons every again 😬

Customer service is top notch, we replaced all of the windows in our home and use them for business needs as well. Bringing them back to do our bathroom mirrors and shower door.
