Let me tell you about how Poulsons does business... Earlier this week I was quoted a price on a Bradford Mustang flatbed for a 2020 Ford F350, SRW, long bed truck. It was a verbal/over-the-phone quoted price - nothing on paper or on email. It was the best price I could find for anything similar to what I was looking for. This morning, after going through all the numbers - price of bed, shipping costs, installation costs, etc. I called back to make sure the bed was available. This second guy confirmed that it was available and quoted me the same price.The only thing I left for me to do was get in touch with my customer and let him know. You see, I work for an upfitter/builder, We install these beds for other companies - all the time. The customer said that he wanted to go with this bed. Not only that, but he was going to need a second bed, and I should just get both of them. Great! I called back. This time, according to the guy who answered the phone, I was talking to the owner. He seemed pleasant enough... right up until I corrected him on the price. I mean, I was quoted a price - twice - and I didnt want to pay more. Well, the conversation got rather cold and quite rude. He flat told me, I wont sell them for what I was quoted. Hey, man. If two of your employees made a mistake on pricing. Okay. I didnt talk them into that price. They just told me that was what the price was. You dont need to be a big ol Richard Naugin to me. You could have honored the price and I would have happily called back over and over for further pricing and probably sales. You could have been decent about how you talked to me, and I might have still bought the two that I needed. As it is, that semi company in SLC has a couple of competing beds available. Ill just get them from there and not call anyone in Logan about truck beds again... unless one of the customers we have still insists on doing business with you. If that happens, my hands will be tied, but Ill resent it big time. I probably wont be pleasant to deal with, either.A couple other things. Im going to copy this and send it off to Bradford. Also, the price you quoted me was $200 more than whats on your website. Man, youre something.

👎🏻USED WORK BODY- NEW PRICE TAG👎🏻I went to pick up a “brand new” CM work body. Upon getting there we found terrible wear spots (bare metal) on all four doors. The salesman tried to push the blame off onto the shipper. 🤦🏻‍♂️He offered no deal and acted as though it was my loss. 👎🏻 I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I had spoken to them over the phone multiple times before making the trip. Not once was I told that all 4 doors had been rubbed down to bare metal by shipping straps. Either mark the price down so a guy could afford to go have it repainted or have a chat with your shipper on why your sales are dwindling. Better ask for pictures before purchase ! 😒

I stopped by to look at some pickup beds they had advertised on their website. I walked around the lot, snapped a few pictures of beds that would work and took that back to the main office. The guy I met there was friendly enough, but apparently didn’t set the pricing on anything. So he took me to Travis who was responsible for all of that. Travis was working in a trailer when he introduced me. Travis barely even acknowledged I was there and gruffly asked what I wanted. I explained and said I had a few pics and just wanted an idea on price. He did NOT acknowledge the response and kept doing whatever he was doing when I got there. He did not answer any questions and ignored a customer STANDING there in front of him. I’ll need a horse trailer and a flatbed or two down the road..........you know what, it will NOT be a Poulsen trailer. Worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever had.

Went in for trailer brakes, had me done in 15 minutes asked if I could bring my other one in, told them be back 20 minutes, again 15 minutes and I was out of there..these guys were awesome, i will be back, highly recommend this place..Thanks Guys.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE 2 HOUR DRIVE!!!I have shopped several dealers along the WASATCH front, including two within 4 miles of my home, and in surrounding states, that acted as though they could care less about my business. Some never even approached me on their lots or left me to search out a sales person!None were willing to entertain offers on their product, their price was their price. END OF STORY. One salesman laughed at me and told me Its a sellers market, we can sell them for what we want right now.Not so at Poulsens!I was greeted by Dave upon my entrance. Later I learned Dave is the owner of the company. I asked him if he wanted to sell me a trailer today? He smiled. Said Absolutely! and asked Justin to assist me. I knew exactly what trailer I wanted and it was IN STOCK!They actually had in stock what their website reflected! Not so with the other dealers. All the trailers I stopped to look at on my way North were either already sold or under contract yet still listed online... Would have been nice to know. I wouldnt have wasted my time stopping.I asked for their best price. Justin actually quoted me lower that I expected! I had him start the paperwork immediately and I was on the road with a brand new fully inspected trailer within 45 minutes from being greeted at the door.I had such a wonderful experience I have begun discussing the production of a custom trailer I will be needing in the near future.BTW within 1 hour of my purchase my trailer was removed from their website.My experience was very satisfying to say the least. This is what a buying experience of this magnitude should be. I left with a high quality product at an amazingly fair price. I would recommend buying from Poulsen Trailers over any other supplier in Utah (and likely surrounding states). I bought a custom built trailer here 7 years ago and will be buying another from Poulsen shortly. I looked within about a 200 mile radius and personally visited many of the other trailer dealers in this radius before I found Poulsen and prefer Poulsen.Travis is honest and straight forward, there are no games being played and there are no surprises. What you see is what you get and Poulsen has the best trailers for the best price bar none in my opinion.

Sales guys were very friendly and accommodating since I traveled 2.5 hrs, experience overall was good, however I was very disappointed in the install of my flatbed. Fuel hose clamps not tightened so fuel leaked during fill up, mud flaps rubbed on muffler where they could have been installed in other spot. I guess I expected a little better install. Yes, they would have taken care of all of this had I driven back but I just expected it done right the first time. Not bitter just disappointed.

Had to look for a trailer cuz my dad is dying of cancer. Had to get all our family things. I didnt say this to Colby. I just went there looking for a good trailer. Colby was patient to show me all the different trailers and answered all my questions.Colby was honest and wanted to make sure I really wanted such a big trailer.After I bought the trailer, Colby took the time to show me how to drive it. I never had a trailer before and barely got the truck.They put on my license plate for me for the truck.Colby answers all my questions if I call in.I was referred there by Karen and Brent from a related business.When I was in Wells Nevada, I got gas at a gas station where they also do RV repairs. They are trailer experts.They said I got a really good deal on the trailer and it was really nice. They wanted to know where I got it.I think Poulsen Trailer should expand. If people hear about their amazing customer service, they will get good business from anywhere, any state.Also, Colby saw I was low on DEF and he filled my truck up and didnt charge me.I found out at night that the trailer has a good lighting system.

Shoddy work. Had a hitch with wiring installed. Next time I looked under my vehicle there was a wire dangling down. Running from the rear of my car to the engine, a couple of tabs kept the back end of the world near the car the upper section just dangled. Shoddy workmanship for sure wish I still lived in the area, Id make them redo it.
