I went there today, and I had a great experience! The staff were very kind, and Bailey helped me find a wonderful foundation and even recommended a great primer! It is always fun to go to Ulta!

I had an absolutely amazing experience finding shampoo and conditioner a few weeks ago, I believe the stylists name was Brin but Im not positive. She was so helpful at helping me determine what my hair needed and helping me find a product that would give me the results I wanted and my hairs never looked better! I appreciate her help so much and Ill definitely be coming back in again.

I have always struggled with my skin. Ive been here multiple unremarkable times and always struggled to find the right skin products for me. My skin is not like it was in my 20s or 30s and the employees havent always been able to understand or help me find what I needed. On todays visit, I was helped by MARIANA and, (though she has naturally flawless skin) she listened, understood, and found exactly what I needed. I came home and tested the products she recommended and everything was wonderful. This is the first time Ive been happy with everything Ive purchased from a beauty store. She is amazing. ❤

Walked in the door to immediate service. The salesperson asked me if she could help me find anything in particular, then walked me to the area that had what I needed. I had another salesperson ask me if I needed help about five minutes later. Very impressed with the cleanliness and service.

It was really good, I had a question about a foundation and they helped me out fast and easy.

I have curly hair and have been struggling to find someone who can cut my hair properly without costing an arm and a leg. I absolutely loved my hair cut by Shelby! She helped me to fix my accidental mullet I got from my last try to get my hair cut. I finally found someone who knows that they are doing in Logan :)

The staff are all very welcoming and they were able to help me with all my questions. The reccomendations provided worked great and they were all very friendly and professional!

Its beautiful inside, clean, great customer service. I felt their prices were fair on many products especially when so many are difficult to find elsewhere. Of course some you can find cheaper elsewhere, but this store carries products difficult to find. So theyre TOTALLY worth it! Oh & theyll teach you how to do your makeup, you do have to book an appt & pay for it. I suggest googling prices, contrary to popular belief, they are NOT free makeovers, they DO charge & prices vary.They have many sample products, makeup, skin care, perfumes, colognes, nail products, all natural products, etc. I give this store 5* theyre totally worth it! If youre into beauty, this is definitely the store for you! ❤️

They usually have good prices on what I need or good sales. Staff at the Logan location are always wonderful and super helpful. Ive never had a bad experience here; even when my kids knocked over a whole bunch of hair spray, they were kind and understanding.

I had my makeup done by Serina who is a MAC makeup artist and its the first time in a long time Ive felt truly beautiful. Its also an amazing deal, $30 to get your makeup done and then its redeemable for $30 in MAC product. Ill definitely be back!!

I really cant say enough good things about the Logan Ulta Beauty store. I was politely offered help several times without any pushy sales people. I ended up spending much more than I would have had I felt smothered and rushed like in some other similar businesses.I was offered a free facial (normally$60) along with my teen daughter. I loved having the products used on us before deciding on purchases. The total amount paid would normally prevent me from purchasing new skincare regimes, but I spent money on great products personalized for each of our unique needs.

My friend and I had some fun with some clippers at work and ended up needing to get professional hair cuts. 😉 Since I havent cut or colored my hair in years I decided to just get the full package and do an icy blonde/brown balayage and subtle layers. I was so nervous but Dara OUTDID herself. Im obsessed with how my hair turned out. My friends hair was gorgeous as well! Thank You Dara!

I love how everything is testable so when you arent sure, you can use a qtip or something and just try it out! The girls that work there are super helpful and honest, which is very much appreciated. But I need to take advantage of what other things they have to offer, like the brow bar and salon and skin consultation! Thanks for the confidence boost Ultra! I will always come back.

Shelby is great! She took off all my ends that were in desperate need of trimming. She gives the most fantastic head massage during your shampoo and conditioning. I have been going to her for a few years now and am very pleased! Great service and personalized attention. The products used are Redken and Bedhead. I also get my color done there but, I did not have time today. Mondays through Wednesdays they run a special for 30% off if you get a cut and color.

Clean, well lit and kept. Employees were very helpful and in good spirits. Good selection of products that are difficult or impossible to find elsewhere in the valley. Hadnt been in before now but will likely be back!

I had an employee help me by the name of Tay. She was extremely rude and had a very short temper with me when I would ask basic questions about makeup. I blew it off and decided to figure things out myself. I kept my eyes on her the rest of the time I was there and couldn’t help but notice her being terrible to the other sweet employees as well.

The staff at ULTA are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I cant think of a time when there want someone at the front does to greet me as i walked into the store. They have a great selection of products, and their products are quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Im a guy and i never go into this place. I felt lost and confused. Tried to make it apparent that i was struggling to find what i was looking for. Nobody helped or looked in my direction at all. With only 1 other customer in the store, plenty of people were readily available but no one asked if i needed any help.

I went here on Black Friday, later in the day to avoid the crowds. I couldnt find the item I wanted, so I asked a girl and she was aloof and vague and not helpful at all. So I found another girl and asked her and she was rude and condescending...so, I guess if you want to pay a lot to be talked down to, here is your go to. The cashier was friendly.

Worst ulta store ever. Employees are rude and inconsiderate, they make customers feel racially profiled and they make a simple return process extremely difficult. As a long time customer you wouldnt expect to be treated this terrible. Customers go shopping for the fun experience and to get out but when you shop at this location you feel very rushed without a feeling a value.

Ive gone in here a few times. Sometimes I feel like Im being a bother to some of the employees which leaves me not wanting to shop here. On the other hand, some of them are truly great at customer service so it is really a mixed bag. I love Ultas return policy because lets face it, finding the right products is hard and quality isnt cheap.

Can buy large professional products I mentioned which makes for a very good value that salons etc frankly can’t compete with. Always, amazed by their friendly, fast , professional service!

A clean and orderly environment. Has everything you might need for your makeup and hygiene. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable on the subjects at hand. Also learned about tutorials and training that they have available in store that you can sign up for! A life saver!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a comestic store, which should be all about being nice to customers and making them feel welcome. Ive come in here several times, most of the employees are incredibly snobby, act like they dont care that youre there, and never smile at you as you leave the store. I hate coming here, but its one of the only places in Logan I can get my products.

I’ve been going here for years. all the employees in there are so nice. they make shopping for makeup fun and ask if you need help but don’t stay in your face constantly when you say you’re just browsing! there’s testers too so you can see the products which is helpful

Horrible customer service, I have been in several times over the past few months and just thought it was a bad day for a few of the employees, but now I am convinced they just dont care about customer service at all. Love their products but would rather pay shipping than deal with the staff at this point

I really liked this place most of the employees were very nice, but there was this one woman that was talking to a friend or I dont know what it was but she was not doing her job, and then she was my cashier and i showed her my member information on my phone and she said she didnt know what it was, so then I lost points because she didnt know. I liked this store but I thought the employees were sopposed to know how they store works and their responsibilities.

I have a great time every time I walk in. Ashlyn helped me find the right foundation shade for me and Ive never been happier. She was kind, helpful, and great to talk to.

The workers there will help you find whatever you may be looking for. They will also help you pick out any makeup that you might be unsure about what color to get. Many products. Very high prices but you get what you pay for.

Awesome Help, They have everything & more. Prices are definitely not Wal-Mart, but thats bcuz its top quality products. But when they have sales & buy one get one, etc. It So makes up 4 it!! Especially when Im allergic 2 the world & I can only use certain products on my face. Kinda like a champagne taste on a beer budget!! Ouch!! Thank You!!

They have a lot of good products here, but it can be very pricey. Sign up for the emails to get sales alerts, discounts, coupons, and a free gift for your birthday. The sales staff is hit or miss. Some are very nice and helpful, others really dont care about customer service or are snobby / catty.

I 150. went in to the salon and had the most negative experienceI did not like the hair dye. It was completely different from what I asked. It was a bad color. When I said where is color I wanted, I wanted the color, but the customer service asked me for $ 160 again . I paid $150 before

Very good help from a knowledgeable staff. Seeing as I am a man and have very little knowledge on womens tastes. I received very good information on which products to buy for my wife from a couple of young ladies. Teya was especially helpful for helping me choose the best straightener. Teya was with me, walking me through about 25 minutes worth of great information, and won the sell. My wife loves the straightener and I attribute that to the help that I received from them. Thank you Teya!

I went in to the salon and had the most negative experience. The stylists there were all talking very rude about people, it put a bad taste in my mouth. Not only that but a certain stylist named Kamber and another by the name of Rachel were talking bad about one of my good friends. It was unprofessional and made the entire store look bad as a whole. I felt awful walking out of there. I will NEVER return. Very negative people in there.

Dont use their salon. I payed professional to do my hair, cost close to $400 and few weeks later my hair was horrible mess, they tried to blame it on me. Refused to fix.I had to go to another salon to get damaged fixed..Never again will I do business with them.
