They are ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, quality and downright kind. I am a local (and new) artist who is very much just starting out. I draw everything by hand, which can take many hours on end. Because of this, I really am looking for high quality prints that reflect the time and energy that I put into my work. I am currently unfamiliar with any editing programs and only take photos of my work on my small iPhone. Despite not being as technologically well-versed and equipped as other artists, I have never felt anything but patience and understanding from Square One staff. Hyrum, with whom Ive worked the most, is one of the nicest, most patient people Ive met. He always is willing to take the time out of his busy day to make sure that I am always satisfied with the finished product, oftentimes showing me drafts of prints before I commit to the final order. The whole staff at Square One is fantastic. Robert, too, has been very helpful in helping me begin to understand a bit more about photography prints. I could not recommend this place more!

Square One has provided outstanding service to my family and I for several decades. This is why recent service at their store was puzzling and out-of-character for them. The front desk worker was a particularly grumpy young person, and although their work for me was well-done, their rude demeanor made me wonder if Square One management had changed. Sure hope not! Visits to this business have always been so pleasant in the past!.

I have an old poster/chart (30x 42) that I wanted laminated. Not only did they do it on the spot, the charge was very reasonable. Hard to beat that kind of service.

Through different companies I have put thousands of dollars worth of printing through Square One. Hardly ever have I had issues, and if I do they are always willing to fix it promptly. By far the best prices, best designers, and best customer service.

Gabby at Square One was great! I needed around 70 color copies for my work. The documents I needed copies of were in my google drive. After spending over a frustrating hour at a copy/shipping place up the street trying to use the self service, and little help from staff, I drove down to Square One and within 15 minutes I was on my way with my copies. I will go to Square One first next time!

If printing was a universe, Square One Printing would be the God of that universe. They have way better prices, quality and staff than their competing printers of Logan. Ive made the mistake of going to FedEx Printing (pretty much the only other printing place in Logan) instead of square one and they will try to rip you off as well as screw up your prints. Square One has printed my weddings invitations, school projects, and cards for me and theyre great! Also they gave me a wedding gift with my invites. Like who else does that? Amazing!

I needed some pages printed out and I had gone elsewhere and they did not come out the same color, I took them to Square One and they came out perfect, and very true to color! Great prints and easy to work with.

I work for a local motor shop and we have them do all of our envelopes and stickers. They always deliver when they say and the owner is such a pleasant guy! They have our preferences already saved so I just have to make a 30 second call and they get it all done within a few days. One time I had forgotten to order envelopes before we ran out and they happened to have an extra box they had printed on a prior job. I was so happy! They have reasonable prices and they have kept us going for years. Excellent customer service and excellent quality!

Their customer service is top notch (I couldnt praise Steve or Robert enough), the quality is very good and the price is exceptional. Im always amazed when I need fast turn around times on a project and they finish even before I expect. I highly recommend using Square One. After comparing all the print labs in the Valley, theyre by far my favorite and I will only print with SQ1 or through online out of state print labs.

Incredible service. We worked with Catherine to get many documents scanned and onto a memory stick. She was incredibly helpful. One of the best if not the best printing shop customer service experiences I have been to.

Square One Printing is my companys go-to printing place for all of our documents. In particular, I deal with proposals, which are extremely time-sensitive and must be printed and able to be shipped by a drop-dead time. We are notorious for getting our proposals to Square One with very little time (sorry about that, you guys), but they have always been able to meet our deadlines and do a very high-quality job on our items. Not only that, but they often catch mistakes that we would NOT want to be printed and call us up and ask if wed like to correct that before they print. I am very happy with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Square One is fast, reliable, and they print artwork colors better than anyone else that Ive tried in Cache Valley AND Salt Lake. Ive had multiple printers try to let me take prints with colors that are waaaaaaay off, hoping I just wouldnt notice. You want something printed correct and at a good price? Best printers around. Best prices, quality, customer service, and timing. Ive worked with square 1 for about a year and a half now and am always happy with the quality of prints. Im an artist so I am very picky with color, but they are always right on. Ive traveled all across the country and have tried a lot of other places but still prefer square 1 even though I am not located in logan anymore. I would rather print from them and ship than work with anyone else. They are very fast and easy to work with compared to anyone else. Would highly recommend to others.

The group here works really hard to make sure your prints come out the way you envisioned. The quality is great, and the price is reasonable. As a graphic design student, I would highly recommend it to anyone needing quality work done in Logan.

So, Ive given myself a chance to simmer down for a few days. Im a local photographer and designer and based off of the recommendations of others I know I used Square One, not once, not twice, but THREE times. Apparently I take a while to learn my lesson. The first time wasnt so bad- I ordered a bunch of Valentines for customers and though they were not exactly as I had hoped, and certainly werent anything special, I didnt really have any complaints, other than them being a few hours later than promised, making me late to a play-date with family. The second time I tried working with them, it never actually worked. I emailed them at the beginning of March, using the email address on their site and asked for them to get me an estimate on a folder I needed printed. Crickets for two weeks. So I emailed again, stressed the need for their response and explained that depending on their estimate I would be ordering between 70-100 of these folders. I heard back from a sales associate, got a quote that was way out of my budget and decided to re-do the way I was looking at doing the folders, I sent an email back asking for a re-bid on the new project. I NEVER HEARD BACK. Like, EVER. Never returned my email to let me know what was going on, nothing. Finally, last Thursday I brought an order in in person, I talked face to face with the people there, told them I needed it back by the next Wednesday (I was assured it would likely be done by Monday) and left. On Monday, I followed up. I was told that they were running behind but that it would be ready Tuesday for sure. Wednesday I still hadnt heard anything and needed it ASAP. I called that morning and was told it would be done and ready for pick-up at noon. So I run in and arrive at 12:00 sharp. They dont have my order. Cant find it anywhere. After 10 minutes of waiting they finally find it, but its not cut or ready and one of the prints is totally wrong, so they have to reprint. What can I say, I was late to pick-up my daughter, I still was charged an arm and a leg, and it was too little too late. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is that the lady at the counter was nice. I have started working with Watkins Printing and have been given personal attention, a very beautiful product, at a cheaper price than what I received with Square One (They didnt charge me $5+ for a proof of something I planned to order a bunch of later- they just printed one so I could approve). Do yourself a favor- go someplace else. Dont waste 3 attempts to make a poor processing print place work for you just to fit in with the IN crowd.

My experience with square one thus far has been wonderful! I often print and scan in my original art for my freelance business and they are awesome! Very helpful, high quality products, and very willing to redo stuff if there are mistakes (which there very rarely are). I also emailed them about a quote for my wedding invites and they were way more reasonable than other places in the valley and they printed me a sample and the quality was primo even though the pricing was cheap.

Square One saved my bacon!I needed a 11x17 foamcore printed and a process book spiral bound for my Interior Design Class at USU, and they were able to understand what I wanted and get it all done in about 30 minutes. They were both fast and friendly.Not sure how much extra it costs compared to doing it yourself, but if youre in ID1750 at USU, this is a good place to go to get your final project presentation board printed directly on the foamcore instead of having to glue it on yourself.Theyll get it done in about 30 minutes, but you still have to drive there and back!Thanks Square One!

My fiance and I designed our own invitations on Photoshop. I took the design to all the corporate companies to see if they would help me print: FedEx, Staples, CostCo. Every single one of them just told me to go online and do it myself basically. I was thinking, No, actually, I just want to pay you and you print them for me. But none of the associates would help me. So we went to Square One and I was delighted to get some personal, one-on-one, good old-fashioned customer service! The employees walked me through everything and the designer actually caught a spelling mistake before we printed. Very satisfied with the results and pricing. Oh yeah and we got a FREE ICE CREAM SCOOP for a wedding invitation!
