I’ve always been treated with kindness at Baldwin Optical, but I was blown away with the time and care taken in my last eye exam. I have a unique set of eyes 😂, Dr. Perez easily spent an hour or more trying to help me get my prescription just right.My last eye care place (Eye Care For You) did NOT take the time to get the prescription right or listen to any concerns I’ve ever had.I really hope everyone at Baldwin Optical know how much I appreciate their kindness and effort- I am very happy with them.

Rude scheduling person, there was a misunderstand about insurance and I figured it out but cancelled my appointment anyways because of the way they handled the situation.

Really I want to give negative star.. but thats not available yet. I am very disappointed! I will never go back to Baldwin Optical again.. it has been 5 weeks now and still no sign of my sons glasses coming in. Everything has already been paid for. Excuses are made on both the office and the labs side! I am constantly told that they are expecting them to come in, but still have yet to see them. Meanwhile, my son still cant see the board at school and cant get his license until he has them! Maybe they should stop giving me excuses, accept that its their fault and refund my money plus give me the glasses when they arrive, if they ever do!

Great customer service! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!For the first time ever it was fun to pick out glasses and then go back for the fitting. All other places I’ve been to just seem to care about selling. I loved it here. They genuinely care. They are just super helpful and friendly. I took my parents and son as well and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends and family!!!

WORST customer service ever!!! One star rating is being generous. We ordered glasses on December 2 & was told to expect them in 10 business days. My wife & I were also told to expect a phone call when they were ready. After waiting for 2 1/2 weeks & not hearing from them my wife called & was told to expect them to be in within the week. After waiting another week she again called & was told that Bob had broken a lens so the glasses had to be re-ordered. She was again told to expect a phone call to let us know when they were ready. My wife called back 10 days later on December 28 because we had not heard from them & she was told that the company would not be able to make the glasses until the end of January! She informed them that we were not going to wait another 4 or more weeks for glasses that we were told we would have by mid-December. She then asked for a refund & the next day when we went in to pick up the check Bob walked right by as we were waiting at the desk without even acknowledging us. At no time was there ever an apology made for the delays, lack of communication on their part or the poor customer service we received. We would not recommend Baldwin Optical to anyone as this was probably the WORST experience weve ever had in dealing with a local business.
