TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ! I made a big purchase at the Logan location. The store associate didn’t bag my order properly and overloaded it. my bag broke and one of my volcano candles fell out and shattered to pieces when I made it to my front porch. I reached out to customer service immediately and explained the situation. They basically ignored my concern and invited me to shop again and took zero responsibility. In the past I haven’t always been super impressed with them. There are many other boutiques in cache valley with much better customer service and even better prices. Don’t waste your time here. Just look at all the low rated reviews they do not care about their customers.

One customer service rep in particular was so full of arrogance and disgust that when I found a dress perfect for a wedding coming up I would rather go elsewhere to make my purchase. When I asked this representative for information on a couple of dresses she acted like she was inconvenienced and had better things to do. She did manage to mention one dress was not carried in store and I could ask someone else to order it online. I browsed for a few more minutes and tried not to let that define my experience but when I went to wait in line to try on one dress I observed she had all the time in the world to fluff dresses and shirts, standing around. In my observation of her behavior Ieft me completely shocked and as much as I was interested in a particular dress I did not care to be around a woman who could make people feel demeaned. Take note from Leven’s staff on customer service. I paid more but at least was left with a better experience.

In addition, they handled it professionally and appropriately when I brought up that an insufficient amount was refunded to my account. The customer service here is terrible! I’ve bought Turkish towels here that started shredding before they were even washed for the first time and they wouldn’t return or replace them. Then they just had a tent sale that said final sale, which I get the concept, but the light I bought had small chunks missing from the stone which is why I thought it was on clearance (it was still $15 so not cheap for a clearance item). I got home and replaced their dead batteries and it must be the electrical work that was broken and they refuse to refund or return it. If there was a button missing or tear it was indicated on the tag of the item, but there was no indication on the box that this was the issue (or it had any issues for that matter) and no batteries at the sale to check and see if that was the problem. Why is it so hard for companies to stand behind their products?!
I think Roolee’s clothes are so cute! Unfortunately, I haven’t had great experiences with most of the pieces I’ve purchased. I bought a jumpsuit with buttons a few weeks ago and I washed it once in a gentle cycle and 3 buttons fell off after that first wash. I also received a pair of pants that came stained when I pulled them out of the package.

Not only do I adore the clothes - but I placed an order, then placed another one a few hours later (just can’t get enough) and I was charged shipping for the second one, so I just reached out to ask if I could have that waved since my orders were just hours apart, and I spent well over $100 - and customer service got back to me immediately and refunded me right away. It was simple but really appreciate this kind of customer service. Super personable even over email, and so prompt! Will be very long-time customer!

So second time ordering online. Cute products but quality not as good as I thought. But I reached out to customer service and despite not having a live chat or a phone number - they responded back quickly. They also gave me a few options on what I would like to do with the defective items. This was good customer service. So just missing a star for product quality. But other than that my experience with customer service was good.

Though it said delivered, I did not get it for some reason. With all the Christmas shopping I really wasn’t surprised. But! I would take your money somewhere else. The quality is not all that great. Modest.It is a hit or miss. They make it look cute. their prices are not appropriate and their 7 day take home it will cost you $100. They also don’t state that. Really expensive. Their clothes comes from Mexico. And China . I thought it would be here from the U.S . They also don’t advocate it comes from US but they also say that it does not. They post on Instagram but it is not good quality of clothes. They are charging me 100 just to try on their clothes even if you sent it back. Now they won’t give me my money back $152.They want to charge me the full price even though I did not keep the rest. They are about to charge me 6 dollars for just the label to send back the clothes. I might also do a YouTube video about my experience with this company because the Lies , quality is not great, their customer service is great but that is how they get you!DON’T be fooled!!!IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. DON’T SHOP HERE!

Ordered two dresses for a memorial service. Order arrived and it was not what I ordered. Someone elses dresses in a completely different size were in the package, along with an order slip with someone elses name and address on them.I wrote the company on Wednesday night (the day the order arrived) asking for my correct order to be overnighted in time for the service. I did not receive a reply until after 3pm the next day when they told me, Unfortunately our last shipment of orders went out at 3 PM today. Because of this, if I were to overnight your package, it will not arrive until Tuesday. Even though I emailed with plenty of time to rectify the situation, it was like they did not care to reply until after shipping my order would be impossible.We own a company that ships 1000s of orders every day and we catch stuff like this all the time. My business partners have even driven to the post office or UPS themselves after daily pickups occur just to ensure customers are taken care of. I understand how these mixups happen, but they are easily rectifiable if the company cares about their customers.They did refund me the next day, but as I dont live far from their location they could have gotten me my correct order in time and they didnt even try. Not shopping here again.

Okay I purchased what I thought was a set bathing suit from them but then quickly learned that through no fault from Roolee that I didn’t read the description. When I reached out they put the last matching bottom back on the website specifically for me to purchase it. They worked with me throughout the day to ensure I was a happy customer. I am very impressed with the flow and functionality of the website compared to other online distributors, the quality of clothes at the price point, and the customer service I have received with Roolee. The chat function on the website is very easy to use with quick and clear communication. I have recently used the try at home option which is an awesome option for those of us that are limiting going into stores during the pandemic. Samantha helped with my most recent order and did a great job of helping me out with adjusting my pricing since a few of my items ordered went on sale after I had the items shipped for my Try at Home. Youre a gem!The only drawback is not being able to ship the items back that I did not want for free, but honestly I would rather pay for the shipping label than pay for the gas (not to mention taking the time) to go to a store twice to return something because a lot of places are not allowing people to try on clothes before buying (which, for the record, I agree with due to the COVID 19 health crisis.) I appreciate that Roolee has given me this option. Very impressed! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
